Pamela Anderson looked a bit flustered in New York City on Wednesday. The 58-year-old actress stood out in a Marilyn Monroe-type white summer dress which looked like what the Hollywood icon wore in The Seven Year Itch. The Baywatch veteran was makeup free with her hair worn in soft curls as she added gold high heels for a touch of glamour. The mother-of-two has been promoting her new film Naked Gun, which comes out August 1. This is the first time Anderson has been seen since Daily Mail shared that she is officially dating her 73-year-old Naked Gun costar Liam Neeson. The two have been in a romance 'for a while', a source confirmed, with 'sparks' first flying when they filmed their Naked Gun movie in May 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia. The May/December lovebirds have been kissing on the red carpet while promoting the high-profile comedy in New York City and London. 'Pam is very drawn to Liam because he is totally open to her way of thinking and living, and especially her approach to fame, which is impressive,' a source tells Daily Mail. 'She has been telling friends he is smitten and does a lot of sweet things for her, like sending her flowers, and spending time with her sons and dogs.' The insider has noted they've managed to keep the long-distance romance private by spending time at her house in Canada. 'Pam cooks and gardens at home... it's wholesome and appealing and very un-Hollywood and Liam loves that,' said the insider. 'He actually gets involved.' In The Naked Gun - which is a new take on the original Leslie Nielsen 1988 comedy movie - Detective Frank Drebin Jr. (Neeson) takes on his first big case, determined to solve a high-profile murder and save the police department from closure. Following in his father's hilariously clumsy footsteps, he stumbles through outrageous situations while trying to solve the mystery. Neeson recently said he didn't want to 'emulate' Nielsen in the new film, which was directed by Akiva Schaffer and hits screens on August 1. He told Empire magazine: 'I wouldn't say nerve-wracking, but every day I would go up to Akiva after we wrapped and say, 'How was it?' Because I just didn't know. 'I did not want to emulate the wonderful Leslie Nielsen, but the only thing I grabbed from him, was, 'Be serious. Don't try to be funny. Just stick to being a serious cop who is a bit of a doofus.' The Taken actor also admitted he wasn't sure if he was funny enough for The Naked Gun - which also stars Paul Walter Hauser and Danny Huston. Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Neeson said: 'During the whole shoot - I'm being very honest - I still did not know, when we wrapped at the end of each working day, whether it was working for me. 'Pamela, Paul, Danny, everybody else, I thought, were very funny. I just couldn't put a verdict on myself, on my own performance. I'd always ask Akiva, "Are you sure it's working?" That continued from day one till we finished.'

The pair have shared the screen in the new Naked Gun reboot, which is released in cinemas on August 1, but are rumoured to have taken their chemistry off camera. According to insiders, the Taken actor, 73, and the Baywatch icon, 58, are said to be 'enjoying each other's company' and are clearly 'smitten'. Although they have remained coy about the status of their relationship, they did get up close and personal on the set of their new comedy, with writers Dan Gregor and Doug Mand sharing that it was probably the 'strangest sex scene' the stars had filmed. Speaking to Metro at the New York premiere, they shed light on the most absurd thing they asked Liam – who plays the main role of officer Frank Drebin Jr – to do in the role, Dan didn't hold back. 'This is a spoiler, but he has a great … very strange love scene that I believe has to be the strangest sex scene of his life,' he told us. Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson have sent fans into a frenzy over their reported romance after filming The Naked Gun together. Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, discussed their budding relationship during an interview on the TODAY show. The pair, who met on set of the upcoming movie, play the leading roles of Lt. Frank Drebin Jr. and Beth Davenport in the reboot of The Naked Gun, which is set to be released on August 1 2025 in the UK. The Taken Star appears to have hit it off with the Baywatch icon, after they were spotted getting cosy at the New York and London premieres of the film on Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30. At the New York showing, the pair also posed together alongside each of their two children on the red carpet as they took group pictures. Pamela's sons, Brandon, 29, and Dylan, 27, were there, who she shares with ex-husband Tommy Lee. Meanwhile, Neeson has Micheál, 30, and Daniel, 28, with his late wife Natasha Richardson, who passed away in 2009. At the London event, they took things a step further when Pamela planted a kiss on Liam's cheek, sparking further speculation. Liam and Pamela appeared on the TODAY show on Tuesday where host Craig Melvin asked them: "Are you two an item?" The pair made direct eye contact with one another as Anderson replied: "I don't understand the question." She let Liam take the lead, who was very selective with his words, as he replied: "We met. I had never met Pamela before. We met on set and we discovered we had a lovely budding chemistry." Pamela was seen smiling up at the Northern Irish star as he continued: "A connection. As two actors." Liam finished: "And it was like oh, this is nice. Let's not mould this. Let's just let it breathe. And that's what we did. So that's what we're doing."
