Wisconsin officers find vehicle off roadway, driver arrested for 4th OWI
MIDDLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – After officers responded to a crash in southern Wisconsin, they found a vehicle off the road and arrested the driver on her fourth OWI offense.
Around 3:10 p.m. on March 19, officers with the Middleton Police Department responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of CTH Q and Bishops Bay Parkway.
When officers arrived they found a vehicle that had gone off the roadway and made contact with the alleged driver, 39-year-old Megan Bedrosian of Madison.

Authorities reported noticing a strong odor of intoxicants on Bedrosian's breath, noting other alleged behaviors that indicated impairment; including glossy eyes, and being unsteady on her feet.
Following field sobriety testing, Bedrosian was arrested for 4th Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Bedrosian consented to a blood draw and was booked into the Dane County Jail on the felony.
