Dolphins' Tyreek Hills Calls Bills Defense a 'Bunch of (Expletives)' Over Cover Four Usage

Dolphins' Tyreek Hills Calls Bills Defense a 'Bunch of (Expletives)' Over Cover Four Usage originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill spoke on the stage during the Fanatics Fan Fest. There, he shared an NSFW comment about the Buffalo Bills on their defense, specifically calling them out for the coverage the team runs. Advertisement Arye Pulli of The Sports Place shared the comments from Hill on Twitter/X, where he jokingly complained about the Bills' defense. Hill said, "Whenever we play the Bills, those guys typically play Cover Four because they're a bunch of (expletive)." Even though Hill's message was said partially in jest, his message was clear. Hill is frustrated with the Bills, and specifically their defensive coverage when playing the Dolphins. In 2024 against the Bills, Hill struggled. His first matchup came in week two, where Hill caught just three passes for 24 yards on six targets. Though his numbers were low, it was partially due to the scary injury to Tua Tagovailoa. Advertisement While Hill didn't have a good day against the Bills in week two, his week nine performance wasn't bad. On five targets, Hill made four receptions for 80 yards and no touchdowns. His first try came in week four, where Hill had three receptions on five targets for just 58 yards. In Hill's second matchup, he caught seven passes on 13 targets for 82 yards and a touchdown. In Hill's first season with the Dolphins, Hill once again struggled in his first matchup and did a lot better in round two. Hill, in week three of the 2022 season, had two receptions on four targets for 33 yards. Advertisement Round two in 2022 saw Hill haul in nine receptions. On on13 targets for 69 yards and one touchdown. Hill also had a chance to face the Bills in the playoffs, and there he caught seven passes for 69 yards on 15 targets. Compared to a lot of his other games during these three years in Miami, he struggled against the Bills. While Hill wasn't awful, and he had decent performances, it didn't match what he's done outside of playing the Bills.
