It is understood that the man was previously reported to have been at the same location at around 340am, but disappeared before the rescue team arrived. 'Once the situation was confirmed to be safe, the operation was fully concluded at 10.24am,' the spokesperson added. Two injured in pickup truck crash near Julau Stadium

'Upon receiving the call, a team of firefighters was dispatched to the accident site, which is located 40 kilometres from the station,' he said in a statement. When the team arrived, they found that one of the victims had managed to exit the vehicle on his own, while the other remained trapped inside. Firefighters immediately began rescue efforts and successfully extricated the trapped victim in about 10 minutes, Mahmudin added. BINTULU, May 30 — A man was killed and another seriously injured in a road accident near the Nyalau Bridge along Jalan Pesisir Bintulu-Miri yesterday. The incident involved a white pick-up truck carrying two Indonesian nationals. 'One of the victims identified as Dafid Duanda Putra was found trapped in the driver's seat and was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel,' he said in a statement. The second victim, known only as Ikhsan, was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious head injuries. He was given initial treatment at the scene before being transported to Bintulu Hospital at 3.03pm. 'Upon the rescue team's arrival at the scene, it was confirmed that a single-vehicle accident had occurred involving a compact vehicle (Perodua Axia),' the statement read. JBPM further reported that three of the injured were transported to Hospital Sri Aman via Emergency Medical Rescue Services (EMRS), while one adult male and one female were conveyed by Ministry of Health (KKM) ambulances.
