Kaizer Chiefs transfer news: Best winger in CAFCC
Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi is continuing to build his own Amakhosi team. A few players are being released before the Tunisian introduces new names.
Despite finishing ninth position in the Betway Premiership, coach Nabi's Nedbank Cup championship has kept him in the job for next season. What's next?
According to the latest reports, the Kaizer Chiefs tactician is closing in on his next winger. The target has been found in East Africa.
Reports in Tanzania have revealed that Simba SC's speedy winger Denis Kibu is on Amakhosi's radar. The 26-year-old topped the CAF Confederation Cup (CAFCC) dribbling ranking with 23 dribbles, while also earning a place in the CAFCC Team of the Season.
In terms of goals, Kibu scored four in 13 games for Simba in the CAFCC. In the Tanzanian Premier League, the Kaizer Chiefs target scored six goals and made three assists in 15 matches.
