'The Executive Committee and the Governing Body of the Consortium of National Law Universities (the 'Consortium") at their Meetings held on July 20th, 2025 decided that the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 shall be conducted on Sunday, December 7th 2025, from 2 PM-4 PM," reads the official notice. Candidates will require a recent passport-sized photograph, their signature, category certificate (if applicable), PWD certificate (if applicable), and domicile certificate (if applicable) in order to register. The application fee for General, OBC, PWD, NRI, PIO, and OCI candidates is Rs 4000 for and for SC, and ST, it is Rs 3500. The eligibility criteria to apply for the UG programme is that the candidates must have passed the 10+2 or the equivalent exam with at least 45 per cent marks (40 per cent for reserved classes).
