Nando's fans rush to try new menu items from returning burger to 'girl dinner'

Nando's fans can get their hands on a series of new menu items including a fresh wrap, a returning burger and a new sauce – and people have been rushing to sample the new treats Nando's has launched a fresh batch of new menu items for fans to enjoy this summer. Peri-peri enthusiasts can tuck into these new treats in Nando's restaurants around the UK or order them for delivery now after they were released last week – and people have already been rushing out to try them. ‌ There is nothing like treating yourself to a nice meal out or a takeaway when you have been super busy, or while hanging out with friends or loved ones. Many people opt for Nando's – either eating in the restaurant, or ordering it to their homes. The Nando's team are always changing up the menu. Back in March, the chicken chain has announced its new Extra Saucy Wings, while in May a burger named The Big Cheese was launched. ‌ Switching things up again, the restaurant is now delighting fans with a wrap inspired by one of the most popular summer meals going – the Super Caesar Wrap. Nando's says it is perfect for "girl dinner" and is "everything you love about Nando's' Caesar Salad but extra." ‌ It includes pulled chicken, crunchy croutons, crisp lettuce, Herby Pickles, Creamy Salad Dressing and a drizzle of the recently launched PERi-honey. It's sweet, spicy and crunchy, all wrapped up. On its own, the wrap is priced at £10.25. If you make it a meal with one regular side you will be charged £14.50, and two sides totals £16.50. On Instagram, popular food page New Foods UK shared a post, and said: "The new Super Caesar Wrap is a must try! 10/10!" Many people tagged their friends in the comments and shared plans to try it out for themselves. ‌ On TikTok, Yaz Moore shared her review of the new wrap, and said: "I really like that. You know what, the Caesar dressing isn't too strong either. I'm very picky with Caesar dressing, I can't stand the ones that come in like pre made salad. I only like one type of Caesar dressing and this one isn't bad at all." She added: "I'm so happy, I think I have found my new favourite wrap." ‌ Also now added to the menu is a returning item for little ones -the Nandino Burger priced at £6.25. This much-loved burger is making a long-awaited comeback and has been improved, insists Nando's. The burger includes a grilled chicken breast with lettuce, Lemon & Herb mayo and Heinz ketchup in Nando's new soft roll. The new burger can be ordered as part of the Nandino menu. It comes after garlic BBQ has been crowned the nation's sauce of the summer. Thousands of fans voted for their favourite sauce to return, but the sweet and smoky spice took an early lead in the race and maintained pole position for the PERi-ometer prize. In a close second place was Mango & Lime, and Smoky Churrasco came in third. Fans can now order their meals with Garlic BBQ sauce.

Wendy Williams ‘doing better than ever' after 61st birthday celebration

Wendy Williams is said to be doing 'better than ever'. The troubled former chat show host celebrated her 61st birthday on Friday (18.07.25) and sources say she is now feeling optimistic about what lies ahead amid her battler to end her court-ordered guardianship. An insider told Page Six: "(She's) better than ever. She was talking (at her birthday party) about how she's ready to travel once she gets out.' Wendy marked her 61st with a dinner on Thursday (17.07.25) evening at the historic Delmonico's in Lower Manhattan, a day before her birthday. The former Wendy Williams Show presenter, who has faced a series of public health struggles in recent years, arrived without her motorised scooter — a notable change from previous outings. Wendy, who has been under a legal guardianship since 2022, is currently residing at the Coterie in Hudson Yards, a luxury assisted living facility. She has referred to the residence as a 'luxury prison', according to Page Six, and is understood to be seeking legal release from the guardianship arrangement. Two of Wendy's attorneys joined her for her birthday meal, along with her former producers from The Wendy Williams Show, Suzanne Bass and Brendan Higgins. A source added to Page Six: 'She got emotional when she blew out her candles. 'Everyone seemed happy to see her and she looked amazing.' Wendy was said to have appeared in high spirits throughout the night, dining on a lavish spread that included seafood towers, caviar, Caesar salad and filet mignon. She was also presented with a birthday baked Alaska, and designer Zang Toi, who was also dining at Delmonico's, took a moment to wish Wendy a happy birthday before leaving the restaurant. Though Wendy has faced considerable personal and medical difficulties in recent years, the birthday outing seemed to reflect a sense of renewed energy and determination, according to insiders, One added to Page Six: 'She was beaming and sans scooter. 'She's confident her lawyers are going to get her out of (her guardianship.)' Wendy, once a dominant force in daytime television, stepped away from the spotlight in 2021 amid ongoing health concerns. Since then, the New Jersey native has largely kept a low profile, occasionally surfacing in New York for public appearances.

Is Daniel Caesar Teasing a New Album?

Summary Daniel Caesarseems to be cooking something up. After recently contributing toBlood Orange's 'The Field' comeback track, Caesar appears to be plotting a grand return of his own; aside from a two-pack withRex Orange Countythat dropped this past Valentine's Day, Caesar has been quiet in terms of solo music since his most recent album,NEVER ENOUGH,in April of 2023. But that's about to change … Caesar's new project is presumably titledSon of Spergy, the name used throughout Caesar's recent social media trailer and the URL of the album'sofficial website, which currently houses an embedded video of the trailer below as well as pre-save links to the project. In the trailer, he also tagsBon Iver,Clairo,Dev Hynes,Sampha, Rex Orange County, and 646yf4t. He first shared a 'trailer' of sorts on his Instagram feed (after clearing everything else from his grid), which also comes overlain with a lengthy message. 'I'm trying to write a letter announcing the album, but I want it to be profound and clever. I have this secret desire to think and express a thought that's never been thought before. But alas,' it begins. 'When I was little, any time my dad was disappointed in me or felt as though I needed motivation (or he wanted me to understand him, which I didn't at the time), he would tell me his carefully curated but true origin story. He would tell me of the glory days of the Jamaica tourism industry and how he would sing dinner music at Doctor's Cave Beach to foreigners from all over the world. He told me how a friendly couple from Canada heard him sing and brought him to Canada to sing on 3ABN (an Adventist TV station). This would spark his love for the country, and later, he would go on to move there and meet my mother. He would tell me these stories and I would listen uninterestedly due to having heard them 1000 times. He would warn me of the dangers this world had to offer, seemingly pleasant but in fact fleeting, and would encourage me to center God in my life.' It closes out with: 'Everything is vanity. Family is everything. Be truthful and forthright in your dealings. Never forget that god is the only eternal measuring stick for morality. I am nothing, but in my flesh I am Spergy's Son, and in my spirit I am God's.' Stay tuned as more information on the new album arises.

12 L.A. spots reinventing the classic chicken Caesar wrap

In the 1990s, chicken Caesar wraps dominated lunchtime menus. Aside from the comforting hit of nostalgia for a simpler time, I don't remember them fondly. Often soggy, laden with too much dressing and scant, dry chicken, it was the kind of unfortunate premade meal you'd eat alone at an airport cafe. So you can imagine my surprise to see the Y2K-era sandwich having a sudden renaissance at popular restaurants around Los Angeles. But this time, it's back with some much-needed upgrades: Reputed L.A. chefs and sandwich shops are finally doing the dish justice by using high-quality ingredients and adding their own signature touches — from organic fried chicken to chunks of falafel instead of croutons. While Angelenos' love affair with the Caesar salad has been ongoing since Italian chef Caesar Cardini debuted it in Tijuana in the 1920s, the inventor of the chicken Caesar wrap is a bit more mysterious. California Chicken Cafe opened in 1991 on Melrose Avenue and added a chicken Caesar wrap to its menu soon after in 1993. In 1997, fast food chain Wendy's added its take to the menu (they've since been discontinued), giving the wrap nationwide exposure. At Ggiata, an East Coast-style deli with five locations across L.A., the chicken Caesar wrap is inspired by the ones that co-founders and childhood friends Noah Holton-Raphael, Max Bahramipour and Jack Biebel grew up eating in New Jersey sandwich shops. 'Every neighborhood sandwich shop had a Caesar wrap on the menu — and if they didn't then, they definitely do now,' said Holton-Raphael. Since Ggiata launched its viral version in March 2024, the trend has picked up serious steam, inspiring iconic restaurants like Mini Kabob and Casa Vega to add the wrap to their menus. No longer an afterthought, L.A.'s chicken Caesar wraps are made to order with ingredients like herb-blackened chicken, grain-free tortillas and house-made dressing that borrows inspiration from the salad's Mexican origins. Here are 12 excellent chicken Caesar wraps (including one made with a baguette) to try around L.A. right now.

Barbie star Margot Robbie splashed out on her favourite Papa Salt cocktails for over 100 diners when she ate out at the Australian restaurant Bondi Green in London. Robbie was joined by her husband Tom Ackerley and her friends Josey McNamara, Regan Riskas and Charlie Maas for an Aussie lunch whilst the sun shined outside. Margot and friends shared chicken parmigianas, big steaks and Caesar salads in a signature pink booth in the middle of the restaurant. It is believed the 35-year-old Australian actress and her friends were dining with founders of the restaurant, Australian Prue Freeman and husband Tom Onions. As she left, the generous Hollywood star insisted on treating the room full of diners to a cocktail made from her own gin, Papa Salt. A diner on the day said: "Margot, her husband and friends were having a wonderful time and couldn't get enough of the classic Aussie cuisine on offer which must have been a taste of home.
