The Leederville Precinct general manager swapped his office suit for a chef apron and put his cooking skills to the test to prepare a menu for dinner guests.
Carl Leembruggen proved he could cook up a storm inside one of the venue's he manages spreadsheets and strategy for, whipping up a tasty set menu for a dinner at Servo.
Guests were treated to oysters, tuna tataki, honey soy glazed stuffed chicken wings, French onion and miso fish en papillote and black pepper crusted beef fillet.
For dessert, a creamed corn and condensed milk parfait was served, paired with a salted banana daiquiri.
The event was part of Leederville's six week long food and wine festival Nom Nom.
