We've got WWE Superstar Chad Gable in the house today! — (@twinstv) July 27, 2025 Finding The "Silver Lining" During an interview with the at the game, Gable was asked about his recovery. He confirmed the nature of his injury and maintained a positive attitude about his time away from the ring. "I'm looking at the silver lining here. I have a little injury to my rotator cuff," Gable said. "But what it did do was buy me some time off the road to be home with my family and do stuff like this, go to a baseball game on a Sunday which I never get to do. So find the bright side, right?" Gable was in the middle of a major run as the leader of the "American Made" faction on Raw before the injury. He was written out of storylines on the June 23rd episode of Raw after a backstage attack from his rival, Penta El Zero Miedo. It was reported that Gable underwent successful shoulder surgery in early July to repair the damage. There is currently no official timeline for his return to the ring. A rotator cuff injury is significant and could see him sidelined for several more months. WWE star makes bold return promise after surgery for injury
The post WWE star makes bold return promise after surgery for injury appeared first on ClutchPoints. After undergoing surgery, WWE star Chad Gable is on the road to return from his recent injury, and he posted an update for fans on social media. Advertisement He took to Instagram to share an update for his fans. Gable promised he would'be back quicker than you can say GRACIAS!' a reference to his El Grande Americano character. In the video, he is shown waking up in his hospital bed. 'What's up, dudes?' he groggily says. 'I made it, and Rambo is on TV. Look at that. Sly [Stallone] looks awesome in this movie.' The picture he posted shows him putting up his signature peace sign. Gable appears to be in high spirits following the surgery for the injury. The comments were flooded by responses from current and past WWE stars. Former WWE star and current AEW wrestler Bobby Lashley said, 'Prayers for a speedy recovery bro,' while Natalya said, 'Thank you for always putting your body on the line for our entertainment- A true f*****g workhorse.' When will Chad Gable return to WWE from his injury? It is unclear when Gable will return from his undisclosed injury. The nature of it is unclear, but it was serious enough to require surgery. Advertisement Hopefully, all goes well on his road to recovery. Gable was having the run of his career, playing two characters in WWE. The second, El Grande Americano, has seemingly been taken over by Ludwig Kaiser. The role has caused Gable to have to wrestle more frequently. He had a busy Money in the Bank weekend, as he competed at Worlds Collide as Gable before taking part in the event's namesake ladder match as Americano. Gable was written off TV during the June 23, 2025, edition of Monday Night RAW. He had a backstage confrontation with Penta, who injured his arm by putting him in a submission hold. More than likely, Gable will miss most of the summer season. It appears unlikely he will recover in time for the first-ever two-night SummerSlam on August 2 and 3. Advertisement Currently, Gable is the WWE Speed Champion as Americano. It is unclear if it will be vacated or if Kaiser will continue his reign as Speed Champion in Gable's absence. He is also the leader of the American Made faction, which also includes the Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus) and Ivy Nile. They have been together since July 2024, shortly after Gable left Alpha Academy. New Wrestler Takes On El Grande Americano Persona On WWE RAW
With Chad Gable likely out of action for some time, a new mysterious man took up the mantle of El Grande Americano on WWE RAW. During Monday's episode of RAW, the rest of American Made was interviewed about how they'd proceed without Gable. As they spoke, though, El Grande Americano appeared. Significantly taller than normal, the group was shocked as he stared them down, nodded, then walked off. While it was unknown who the mystery man covering as El Grande Americano was, it did look a lot like Ludwig Kaiser. More will likely be revealed in the coming weeks, though, as Gable is set to be out for some time. The shocking appearance came just a few minutes after Gable revealed he was undergoing shoulder surgery. On WWE RAW last week, Gable was backstage with Ivy Nile when Penta approached. Gable concluded their 'lesson' and went to mock Penta, who just had a match with Bron Breakker. Gable teased finishing the job Breakker started, but Penta took exception to Gable repeatedly poking him in the chest. Penta superkicked Gable and screamed, 'I told you, Cero Miedo' before snapping Gable's left arm back. READ MORE: What do you think? Who do you think is behind the El Grande Americano mask? Will they be revealed before Gable is back? Let us know what you think about it in the comment section below.
