The incident allegedly took place on May 2, 2023, in Utah. According to LaBella, she was called in unexpectedly after Hunt declined to perform a newly added scene. Then, she was asked to perform the scene without explanation, rehearsal, or an intimacy coordinator, in violation of standard industry protocols.
