'WWE Raw' Adds Top 'NXT' Star to Main Roster Days Before MITB

'WWE Raw' Adds Top 'NXT' Star to Main Roster Days Before MITB originally appeared on Athlon Sports. WWE has wasted little time calling up a huge "NXT" star to join the "Monday Night Raw" roster. Recently, Cory Hays of PW Nexus reported that Stephanie Vaquer would be on her way to "WWE Raw," while Jordynne Grace would be sent to "Friday Night SmackDown." Advertisement It was later reported that Ricky Saints is also expected to make his way to the main roster. As it turns out, WWE is bringing up one of those stars to the "Monday Night Raw" brand. In a new social media post just before Friday's episode of "SmackDown," the red brand's general manager, Adam Pearce, announced that Vaquer is now a full-time member of "WWE Raw." Pearce also revealed that Vaquer will share the ring with Liv Morgan and Ivy Nile in a triple threat MITB qualifier. Monday night actually won't be Vaquer's debut on "WWE Raw." She first appeared for the brand during the April 21 episode. She took on reigning WWE Women's World Champion Iyo Sky in a match that did not have a winner. The following week, Vaquer pinned Nile in a singles match. Advertisement Vaquer recently lost the "NXT" Women's Championship to Jayce Jayne in a shocker. It soon became clear that the decision to have "La Primera" removed from the top female prize in "NXT" was made to bring her to the main roster. During an appearance on "Busted Open After Dark," Vaquer said that she chose to be a part of the "NXT" brand to start her run on WWE TV. The seasoned veteran explained that she wanted to adjust to the American style of televised wrestling before being in the limelight. Spoiler: Big Act In Town For WWE SmackDown Tonight

Could a long-awaited act finally be making their return tonight on WWE SmackDown? According to Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), The Wyatt Sicks are in town for tonight's episode of SmackDown. Sapp was able to confirm this news after being reported by Cory Hays of PW Nexus and Mike Johnson of PWInsider earlier this afternoon. Advertisement The Wyatt Sicks haven't been seen on WWE programming since late last year due to Uncle Howdy being sidelined. By the time Howdy was cleared to return, plans for WrestleMania were already firmly in place, and the company decided to hold off their return until afterward. While Sapp is unable to confirm that The Wyatt Sicks will appear on SmackDown tonight, it was implied to them that they would be. WrestleZone will have live coverage of WWE SmackDown later this evening. Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on the return of The Wyatt Sicks as it becomes available. Report: WWE Evolution All-Women's PLE Set To Return This Year

WWE Evolution It looks like WWE Evolution is finally set to return. WWE Evolution was an all-women's professional wrestling pay-per-view that took place on October 28, 2018, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island, New York. As of now, it is the first and only Evolution event to take place in WWE. That looks to change, however, according to a new report from @WrestleVotes. The outlet claims WWE is set to reintroduce the Evolution event this summer. No date for the Evolution relaunch was reported by @WrestleVotes. Advertisement However, Cory Hays was credited for reporting talks of Evolution's return earlier this month. Hays previously listed July 5, 2025, as a potential date of the event. WWE has not commented on Evolution's return. A formal announcement is expected shortly before WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas next month. The original WWE Evolution pay-per-view featured seven matches on the event card. This included three WWE women's championships being defended on the card. The main event saw Ronda Rousey defeat Nikki Bella, while the penultimate match saw Becky Lynch defeat Charlotte Flair in a Last Woman Standing match. Other matches on the card saw Toni Storm defeat Io Shirai to win the 2018 Mae Young Classic. Trish Stratus and Lita also defeated Mickie James and Alicia Fox, who had Alexa Bliss in their corner. James was the architect behind NWA's all-women's pay-per-view event, Empowerrr, which took place in 2021 as part of NWA's anniversary weekend. James was the executive producer of the show, which had Chelsea Green score a main event win in a NWA Women's Invitational Cup Gauntlet.
