The amount James Argent has to pay his ex-girlfriend Nicoline Artursson after attacking her has been revealed. The Towie star, 37, received a six-month suspended jail sentence and a two-year restraining order earlier this month after being arrested for pushing the model, 32, down a set of stairs in Spain. Confirming she received medical assistance, the prosecutor said: 'The injuries she suffered healed in seven days on skin and soft tissue.' The indictment shows public prosecutors were intending to push for a nine-month prison sentence for Argent for a crime of wounding. He was spared jail after striking a plea bargain deal with public prosecutors ahead of his May 5 trial at Fuengirola's Court of Violence Against Women following his arrest hours earlier. Speaking out for the first time since the news was announced, Argent told the MailOnline that he is still sober and 'devastated' by the incident. 'I haven't relapsed. But experts say they expect Argent to be obliged to attend ten once-a-week workshops where educators will try to make him see what he did was wrong and help him ensure he doesn't reoffend in the future. Argent, who last performed at Elliott Wright's Costa restaurant on May 1, confirmed he was dating Nicoline last September. The reality TV personality was also given a restraining order banning him from contacting Ms Artursson. In the Court of Violence Against Women in Fuengirola, Argent admitted to "mistreating" Artursson. Shocked onlookers told the Mirror they were "frightened" by what happened and said "heard an aggressive man yelling" and "throwing objects from the terrace of a nearby house". The Mirror understands Nicoline's mother arrived at the scene to aid her daughter and police transported them both to a hospital.
