Extended Ending of Predator: Killer of Killers Featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger's Dutch and Danny Glover's Mike Harrigan to Broadcast Tonight

A version of Predator: Killer of Killers with an extended ending featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger's character Dutch and Danny Glover's character Mike Harrigan will broadcast tonight. Predator: Killer of Killers is an animated Predator movie that ends with a tantalizing look at how the Yautja store people who survive a Predator hunt. This extended ending, due to be broadcast tonight, July 25 at 7pm PT on Hulu, sees Arnie's Dutch from the original Predator movie and Danny Glover's Mike Harrigan from Predator 2 captured and frozen by the Yautja. Director Dan Trachtenberg revealed the news during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2025, where he also confirmed Arnold Schwarzenegger had given him his blessing to tell new stories with the Dutch character. Fans had already expressed hope that they might see Dutch return, and it looks like this may happen in a follow-up to Killer of Killers. Dan Trachtenberg has set up new Predator lore that sees the Yautja kidnap beings who survive a hunt and store them in stasis for later use. This is what has happened to Dutch, Harrigan, and Amber Midthunder's Naru from Prey, all of whom we will presumably see in action again. There's no suggestion the 77-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger will play Dutch again in live action, but it will be interesting to see if the actor lends his voice to the character for an animation. Meanwhile, Trachtenberg once again teased the possibility of a new AVP movie, even as fans speculate that's exactly what Predator: Badlands sets up. And we've also got news on the inspiration for Badlands, which comes from a perhaps surprising source. Photo by Sunset Boulevard/Corbis via Getty Images. Wesley is Director, News at IGN. Schwarzenegger and Glover Return to The PREDATOR Franchise in New PREDATOR: KILLER OF KILLERS Epilogue — GeekTyrant

The Predator franchise just pulled off a big surprise. After revitalizing the series with Prey , and Predator: Killer of Killers , director Dan Trachtenberg has revealed an extended epilogue for Killers of Killers that brings Arnold Schwarzenegger back as Dutch. Originally, Killer of Killers ended by revealing that the Predators were hunting Torries and Kenji after Ursa's sacrifice. The post-credits stinger then revealed that the Predators had taken people from different points in time, storing them in massive stasis containers. That last shot showed Naru among the captives. Now, the updated version adds even more intrigue, revealing both Danny Glover's Harrigan and Schwarzenegger's Dutch in those containers. Trachtenberg dropped the bombshell during San Diego Comic-Con, and also said that he's met with Arnold about his future in the franchisee, and that the actor signed off on his character's return. This is so cool! Adding a post-credits scene after the film's release is rare, but it's exactly the kind of swing that has made this new Predator era so exciting. You can watch the updated ending when it goes live tonight on Hulu at 7 PM PST. What does this mean for the future? The setup suggests a multigenerational Predator event, possibly bringing these characters together in one epic showdown. Could Naru, Dutch, and Harrigan unite against the ultimate hunt? If they do, I imagine it will be animated, but it would still be awesome! Are you ready to see Dutch return?

‘Predator: Killer of Killers' Gets a New Ending Tonight

Predator: Killer of Killers ended with a tease of where the franchise could go next, and as it turns out, that's not the full ending. After Torres and Kenji escape from the Grendel King, we see Yautja cart a cryogenically frozen Ursa away into a collection of prisoners. One of them is is Naru, the protagonist of 2022's Prey played by Amber Midthunder. During the Predator: Badlands panel for San Diego Comic-Con, the Killers ending was shown, further revealing that Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Mike Harrigan (Danny Glover), the leads of the first two films, were also captured. And that extra snippet will be added to Killer of Killers later tonight. It's not over yet. Stream a new extended ending of Predator: Killer of Killers tonight at 7pm PT on Hulu. — Predator (@Predator) July 25, 2025Ahead of Killers' release, Trachtenberg confirmed to io9 that 'people who defeat the Predator get captured and are frozen,' which helps laid the groundwork for the Dutch and Harrigan reveals. He also said at the time he planned to get back to Naru when he had the chance. Now that we know those three are in the picture, those plans could start to take some more shape as he steers the franchise towards wherever it's going. Until we learn more about those plans, you can watch Predator: Killer of Killers on Hulu, and Predator: Badlands when it hits theaters November 7. Want more io9 news?
