Scottish shopping centre to host major US fashion brand

A major international fashion brand is to open at one of Scotland's leading shopping centres. The American clothing store Hollister will join the line-up of apparel outlets at Silverburn in Glasgow this summer. Hollister, a division of Abercrombie & Fitch Co, is sold through approximately 500 stores worldwide. The new store will be located in Silverburn's main atrium, with an opening date in time for the summer season. The store will open in Silverburn this summer (Image: Silverburn) The news marks a coup for Silverburn and follows a record-breaking year for the centre, which saw 15.2 million guests visit throughout 2024. The retail and leisure centre will soon welcome a series of new brands to its line-up, including the first Glasgow stores for Spanish retail duo Bershka and Pull&Bear, and leading luxury department store H beauty. Shopping centre launches new work hub 'to meet evolving needs of guests'

A Scottish shopping centre has announced it is launching a new work hub to help it diversify its offer to meet the evolving needs of guests in 2025. The free-to-use work hub at Silverburn will be located on the mall between the Chisholm Hunter and Tag Heuer stores. The Glasgow centre said the hub will create "a comfortable and productive environment for people to enjoy". Guests can access seating and desk space for up to 15 people at a time at the hub, which will be open daily. The investment complements Silverburn's recent record-breaking growth, with the centre welcoming 15.2 million visitors last year.
