Suzuki Avenis gets a new dual-tone colour option at Rs 91,400

Suzuki Motorcycle India (SMIPL), the Indian subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has added a bold new dual-tone colour to its 125cc scooter, the Suzuki Avenis. The new Metallic Matte Platinum Silver No. 2/Glass Sparkle Black colour scheme adds a distinctive flair to the scooter's sporty design, making it an even more attractive choice for new dual-tone variant joins the existing Suzuki Avenis colour lineup, which includes Glossy Sparkle Black/Pearl Glacier White, Glossy Sparkle Black/Pearl Mira Red, and Glossy Sparkle on the launch, Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, "At Suzuki Motorcycle India, we focus on offering products that reflect the evolving preferences of riders. The new colour on the Avenis adds a bold twist to its sporty personality and gives our young customers another exciting way to express their style on the streets. With this addition, we continue to enhance the appeal of Avenis while keeping the excitement alive." Powered by a 124.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, the Suzuki Avenis delivers 8.7bhp at 6,750rpm and 10Nm of torque at 5,500rpm, with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology ensuring a balance between performance and fuel efficiency. The engine is BS6 OBD-2B compliant, aligning with the latest emission Avenis stands out with its edgy design, featuring body-mounted LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, split grab rails, and sporty graphics. Practical features include a digital instrument console, USB-equipped front box, external fuel lid, long and sporty step seat, and 21.8-litre under-seat storage. Suzuki Motorcycle India Records Over 1.13 Lakh Sales in July 2025

Suzuki Motorcycle India has wrapped up July 2025 with a solid sales figure, clocking a total of 1,13,600 units across both domestic and international markets. While this marks a slight dip from last year's numbers, the company continues to see strong traction in key areas, particularly in retail. Out of the total sales, 96,029 units were sold within the country, and 17,571 units were shipped to overseas markets. For comparison, in July 2024, Suzuki had recorded total sales of 1,16,714 units—comprising 1,00,602 units domestically and 16,112 units in exports. Interestingly, even though overall dispatches have slightly declined, Suzuki has seen a notable upswing in actual customer purchases. Retail sales in the domestic market stood at 93,141 units, representing a 14 per cent year-on-year increase from 81,730 units sold to customers in July last year. This suggests continued consumer confidence in the brand and a healthy demand on the ground. The eAccess will be the next big launch for the brand. Reflecting on the performance, Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Suzuki Motorcycle India, expressed appreciation for the brand's loyal customer base. He noted that as the festive season approaches, Suzuki is committed to ensuring a seamless ownership experience while maintaining its sales momentum. Suzuki Motorcycle India sales surge 8 per cent in June 2025 amid rising export demand

Suzuki registered total sales of 95,244 units in June 2025, with exports surging by 24 per cent. Check Offers Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) recorded total sales of 95,244 units in June 2025. With this, the company marks an eight per cent year-on-year growth over the 88,287 units sold during the same month last year. The growth in sales was supported by steady demand in the domestic markets and a notable surge in exports, which helped boost the company's overall momentum as it enters the second quarter of FY26. Domestic sales volumes reached 73,934 units for the month, registering a four per cent growth compared to 71,086 units in the year-ago period. Suzuki posted a stronger performance in exports, which rose 24 per cent Y-o-Y to 21,310 units from 17,201 in the same month last year. The export-led growth indicates a widening demand for Suzuki's current two-wheeler portfolio, with international markets continuing to play a key role in the company's total volumes. Suzuki's updated portfolio for MY25: In June 2025, Suzuki revamped its product portfolio with the launch of the OBD-2B-compliant GSX-8R, as well as the updated Suzuki V-Strom 800DE, which is now available in three new colour options. The Suzuki GSX-8R is priced at ₹ 9.25 lakh (ex-showroom) and is powered by a 776 cc parallel-twin with DOHC and four valves per cylinder that uses a 270-degree crankshaft. With this, the bike makes 82 bhp and 78 Nm of torque. The bike is underpinned by Showa SFF-BP inverted forks at the front and a link-type mono-shock at the rear, with a pre-load adjuster. It features dual radial-mounted four-piston callipers at the front with 310 mm discs for braking and rides on light-cast aluminium wheels. The Suzuki V-Strom 800DE adheres to the latest OBD-2B emissions standards and comes priced at ₹ 10.30 lakh (ex-showroom). The adventure motorcycle comes powered by a 776 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine with a 270-degree crankshaft, delivering 83 bhp and 78 Nm of peak torque. Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler manufacturing arm of Suzuki Motor Corporation, has registered sales of 95,244 units in June 2025. This translates to a growth of 8 per cent compared to the sales of 88,287 units sold in June 2024. The sales number includes domestic sales of 73,934 units, which shows growth of 4 per cent compared to 71,086 units during the same period in the previous year. Meanwhile, Exports reached 21,310 units, showing an increase of 24 per cent compared to 17,201 units dispatched in June 2024. We will continue to offer greater value to our customers as we strengthen our presence across markets and gear up for the months ahead." June 2025 also saw the launch of the OBD-2B compliant Suzuki GSX-8R in the Indian market. Along with the middle-weight supersport, the brand also launched the V-Strom 800DE with three new paint scheme options, adding to the existing ones. Apart from these, the big bike portfolio of the brand includes models like the Katana and the Hayabusa. Presently, the brand has motorcycles like V-Strom SX, Gixxer SF 250, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF, and Gixxer on sale in India. Meanwhile, the range of scooters includes Avenis, Access, and Burgman.
