Florence Pugh pours pints at London pub with singer Yungblud

Marvel star Florence Pugh has made a surprise appearance at a London pub where she poured pints alongside singer Yungblud. The 29-year-old appeared at The Devonshire in Piccadilly on Friday, where she was seen working behind the bar and chatting with customers, after starring in a music video for the singer's Zombie single. Advertisement Pugh was cheered after pouring a perfect pint of Guinness before asking 'whose is this?', and later remarking 'I'm sorry' after pouring a less impressive drink. In another clip, she can be seen learning to pour pints with a member of staff, describing her own first attempt as 'a bit lumpy'. It comes after Yungblud, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, turned up at Camden's Hawley Arms to put in a shift behind the bar earlier this year. The 27-year-old released his music video for Zombie, taken from his forthcoming fourth studio album, Idols, on Friday, with the album due for release on June 20th. Advertisement Oscar-winner Pugh stars in the video as a health worker on the brink, who is dealing with grief and exhaustion, wearing a set of angel wings. Speaking about the video, Yungblud said: 'The song was written initially about my grandmother going through serious injury and trauma, leading her to become a different person to who she was before. 'It's about the feeling of deterioration and ugliness; shutting out the world and the people we love out of the fear of becoming a burden or an embarrassment. 'We all want someone or something to comfort us no matter how we are right now or who we become in the future. But it's f****** scary.' Yungblud - real name Dominic Harrison - shared an image of a clapperboard with the Thuderbolts star's name on it alongside the caption 'Friday [two eye emojis] @florencepugh' His new song Zombie, apart of his new album IDOLS that drops June 20, will see Florence play a nurse in the music video, according to The Sun. Fans rushed to the comments to share their excitement, writing: '@florencepugh love it can't wait', '@florencepugh can't wait to see this music video', 'can't wait to see this! I just know it will be epic!!!!', '@florencepugh OMGGGG FLORENCE WHAT IS THIS IM SO EXCITED ❤️❤️' Yungblud first teased the news that a British actress was starring in his video at a playback for his new album last month. He said: 'We have got a massive f****** British actress in the video — it is going to be iconic. This song is called Zombie. 'It is a ballad and what I learned as a songwriter is trying to write about a specific event but not forcing you to feel what I feel when you hear it. Fans rushed to the comments to share their excitement, writing: '@florencepugh love it can't wait' 'To form your own experience, your own ideas, your own life. I remember when I was making this album, I am really close with Lewis [Capaldi] and he was like, 'Dom, just fing sing, man!'. 'I have always been shouting a lot and so I am singing on this song.' Yungblud recently revealed he believes he's finally found 'the love of his life' in Cher 's goddaughter - despite breaking off their relationship following a period of intense 'insecurity.' He had finally settled into a long-term relationship with Los Angeles-based singer and fashion designer Jesse Jo Stark after a string of failed romances, among them a short-lived fling with Halsey. But in a far-reaching interview with Paul C. Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast this week, he admitted that Jesse, 34, agreed to a temporary separation as he wrestled with the pressures of living life in the spotlight. Yungblud said: 'This year has been such a strange thing for me because it's the first time that probably the biggest love of my life, I've taken space from and I've asked for space. 'Last year I was really having problems with myself and it was all a me problem.' He added: 'Her name's Jesse Stark. She's probably the most incredible person I've ever met and she's my best friend and I feel so lucky to be in her orbit.' The Doncaster-born star admitted he maintains regular contact with Jesse, who is the daughter of the founder and CEO of luxury goods brand Chrome Hearts, Richard Stark, and is goddaughter to pop veteran Cher. Yungblud said: 'I got to talk this through with her and she understood and she needed a moment. 'We talk every Sunday and I mean ultimately I think in my life all roads lead to her because I love her. I never loved anything like I love her. 'I love her as everything. And I love her as if I'd love water. I need it. You know, and I think I'd never experience love like it because when you could be that honest with another human being, even in times when we're not technically together.' Despite ending the relationship, the singer insisted he was hopeful that he will start a family with Jesse once he has worked his way through the emotional issues that ultimately led to their separation. 'I think at this moment in time, I needed to build up a fundamental basis of a personality. I was a shell, so I didn't know what I could love,' he explained. 'I will love that girl until I die and if that ends up like we like I would love it for one day to have loads of kids with her and vibe out and do all the like whatever the fairy tale thing is but if that doesn't happen that doesn't happen.' Yungblud's relationship with Jesse followed a short-lived romance with fellow pop star Halsey, who he dated for several months in 2019 and admits entered his life as they were both establishing their music careers. He recalled: 'I was cool to her and it was that there were almost two things colliding. That's why I don't think we worked out. And it was epic. We weren't completing each other.'

British rocker Yungblud reveals list of his favourite things about Australia including the city he had a 'mad night' in before hinting at Aussie tour

British rocker Yungblud has teased in a new interview that he might soon be heading Down Under after love bombing Australia. The 27-year-old hitmaker appeared on Triple J 's Drive with Abby and Tyrone on Monday and told Aussie fans he 'missed them' before gushing over all the things he loved about Australia. Yungblud's list of things he wanted to 'thank Australia for' included Chicken Twisties chips, Chicken Salt seasoning, and Big M flavoured milk. The rocker, who was last here in 2022, added he respected Australia 'hard', though Aussie fans missed out on Yungblud's current world tour. 'I miss your wonderful country. I want to be there all the time,' Yungblud, real name Dominic Harrison said, before he gave a shout out to Queensland 's Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary - which he referred to as a bird sanctuary. 'Shout out Melbourne for the vibes,' he continued, adding that he always had a 'mad night' whenever he was Down Under. He also told his Aussie fans he would 'see them soon'. A video of the interview, later shared on TikTok, sent fans into a frenzy of speculation over when the Memories singer would announce tour dates. 'I'LL SEE YOU SOON??! said one Yungblud enthusiast, adding, 'is this him [hinting] he's doing a tour here?!!! PLEASE.' 'He better announce dates soon, we already had to miss out on the self titled tour,' said one TikTokker. 'I missed him so much I flew to Vegas for [his latest] tour since he wasn't coming to Australia,' complained one fan. Other fans commented on his quirky list of Aussie 'loves'. 'Chicken salt getting the recognition it deserves,' joked one TikTokker. 'Yay for Chicken Twisties,' said another fan, while several were shocked that he name checked a Queensland bird sanctuary. Yungblud, who has sold over 160,000 albums is set to begin his world tour in August in the US and includes 35 gigs. It comes after Yungblud praised the quality of the Australian dental system for their quick repair work after he lost a tooth on stage in Melbourne back in 2022. The performer appeared on The Project and told the hosts he was performing at a show in Melbourne when suddenly 'my tooth fell out'. The 11 Minutes singer applauded his tech team and the dentist who treated him for their professionalism and quick response. 'I was on stage and my tooth fell out. My guitarist's face - that was the funniest thing' he recounted of the experience. 'I was like "I got no tooth. Can we get me a dentist in the morning?" and there was one waiting for me at 8am,' he said. 'I just got that done at an Aussie dentist. I went straight from the club to the dentist. I hadn't been to bed yet either. But I'm happy' he said, showing off his newly fixed smile. He summarised the experience by commending the Australian dental system with, "Aussie dentists, man!"
