Police investigate Audi S3 stolen from driveway in Powys

Dyfed Powys Police are looking for a vehicle stolen from the driveway of a property near Llandrindod Wells. After a car was stolen from the driveway of a property in the Llandegley area of Llandrindod Wells on Tuesday, July 29, police have launched an appeal for information to try and find the stolen vehicle. Police added that the car, a while Audi S3, was reported stolen sometime between 9am and 6pm, and are appealing for anyone with information that could help them with their enquiries to get in touch. READ MORE A spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police said: 'Police are appealing for information following a report of a stolen vehicle from the driveway of a property in the Llandegley area of Llandrindod Wells. 'The vehicle, a white Audi S3, number plate SW14 JXO, is reported to have been stolen sometime between 9am and 6pm, Tuesday, July 29, 'Anyone with information that could help officers with their investigation, or anyone who has seen the vehicle, is asked to report it to Dyfed-Powys Police, either online, by email or by calling 101. 'If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired text the non-emergency number on 07811 311 908.'

A crash that saw a single car crash into a telephone pole in Powys resulted in one person going to hospital. Powys Police confirmed that one person went to hospital as a result of a collision between a car and a telephone pole on the A483. The crash took place at around 8.35am on Saturday, July 26, between Llandrindod and Llanbister, and resulted in the road being closed for the recovery of the telephone pole. A spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police said: 'Police attended a single vehicle collision which occurred at about 8.35am, Saturday, July 26. 'A Toyota Avensis collided with a telephone pole on the A483 between Llandrindod and Llanbister. 'One person attended hospital. 'The road remained close for recovery of the telephone pole.'

A teenage youth with a pushbike is being sought by Pembrokeshire police officers in connection with a report of criminal damage to a fence at the Valero depot in Waterston. A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said that the historic incident took place between 7.30am and 8am on Monday, June 2, 2025. They added: "The suspect is described as a male, aged between 15 and 18-years-old, dressed all in black and wearing a black beanie hat. He was seen riding a silver or white push bike. "He is believed to have used the coastal path to travel between the Neyland and Waterston areas. A report of a drunk man on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path led to a police and coastguard search into darkness. The police helicopter, Dyfed-Powys Police officers, a police dog and coastguards were all involved in the hunt, which went on for more than three-and-a-half hours. The search was concentrated on the stretch of the path between Tenby and Saundersfoot, near Monkstone Beach, which was where the man was seen. Woman dies in two-car crash on rural road as police appeal for witnesses

A WOMAN has tragically died in a two-car crash with cops appealing for witnesses. Police scrambled to the scene after the collision on the A40 at Broadoak between Carmarthen and Llandeilo, in Carmarthenshire, at around 8am on Wednesday. Dyfed-Powys Police said the crash involved a red Renault Clio and Blue Audi Q5. A police spokesperson said: 'Sadly, the female driver of the Renault passed away at the scene. "Their next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers." The people in the Audi were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police added. The road was closed for collision investigation and has since reopened. Cops have now asked for witnesses to the collision to come forward immediately. Police are looking for anyone who was travelling along the road at the relevant time and has dash camera footage to get in touch.
