EA FC 26 release date – when you can play EA FC 26 for the first time, and confirmed prices
EA FC 26 will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. EA Sports has confirmed the EA FC 26 release date and revealed the prices of the Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition. We're finally entering the EA FC 26 era of EA Sports FC, with EA Sports starting to reveal all about the game over the last few days. EA kicked things off by revealing the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition cover star, and since then, a fantastic reveal trailer was released featuring loads of gameplay footage, which we broke down in detail. In addition to the trailer, EA also revealed the official EA FC 26 pre-order bonuses, which feature a free Icon and 6,000 FC Points. More importantly, we found out the EA FC 26 release date and the official EA FC 26 price. Here's when EA FC 26 will be released worldwide and how much the game will cost. EA FC 26 release date confirmed The EA FC 26 worldwide release date is September 26, 2025, with players who purchase the standard edition able to access the game on this date across all platforms. But, once again, players who pre-order the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition will be granted early access to the game, meaning you can start playing EA FC 26 on September 19, 2025, a whole seven days in advance. Early access is a given nowadays, but if you want to access the game even earlier, you should be able to through the EA FC 26 Companion App and Web App when they are eventually released closer to the release date. After the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 earlier this year, it's been confirmed that EA FC 26 will be coming to Nintendo 's latest console. EA FC 26 will be available on all platforms, including PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X |S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Here's how much the game will cost on each platform: EA FC 26 pricing confirmed EA FC 26 (PlayStation) EA FC 26 (Xbox) EA FC 26 Standard Edition EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition EA FC 26 (PC) EA FC 26 Standard Edition EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition EA FC 26 (Nintendo Switch) EA FC 26 Standard Edition (Nintendo Switch): £54.99 / $59.99 / AU$109.95* EA FC 26 Standard Edition (Nintendo Switch 2): £59.99 / $59.99 / AU$109.95* EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition (Nintendo Switch): £69.99 / $69.99 / AU$139.95* EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition (Nintendo Switch 2): £79.99 / $79.99 / AU$139.95* There is a little confusion regarding the pricing of EA FC 26 on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. On the UK Nintendo Store, the FC 26 Standard Edition costs £54.99 on the Switch and £59.99 for the Switch 2, while the Ultimate Edition costs £69.99 on the Switch and £79.99 on the Switch 2. However, on the US Nintendo Store and the Australian Nintendo Store, there seems to be one shared price between the Switch and Switch 2 for the Standard Edition and one shared price between the Switch and Switch 2 for the Ultimate Edition. We aren't too sure of the reason why the game is priced differently for the Switch and the Switch 2 in the UK, as there hasn't been any confirmation of the Switch 2 version having any extra features. But we're doing some digging, and we'll update this with any new information when we get it.

5 things you missed from the EA FC 26 reveal trailer including new Evolutions hint and new Icons
There was a lot to digest from the EA FC 26 reveal trailer, so we've rounded up some cool things you might not have noticed. EA Sports has given players a first look at EA FC 26 with the EA FC 26 reveal trailer, but there are some interesting details you may have missed. The hype surrounding EA FC 26 is now starting to build, with EA Sports starting to reveal the first bits of information about the new game. After unveiling Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition cover star and confirming the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition pre-order bonuses, EA has now given players a taste of how EA FC 26 looks, with lots of gameplay being delivered as part of the EA FC 26 reveal trailer. Here are five things you might have missed in the EA FC 26 reveal trailer. EA FC 26 trailer breakdown – things you may have missed The EA FC 26 reveal trailer told us a lot more about the new game than ever before, but we've dissected the trailer to try and find anything that you may have missed. New EA FC 26 Icons Yes, we all know that Ibrahimovic is coming to EA FC 26 as a new FUT Icon, but did you spot the others in the EA FC 26 trailer? Towards the end of the trailer, former United States striker Alex Morgan is seen, confirming her inclusion in EA FC 26 as a FUT Icon. But, as well as Ibrahimovic and Morgan, we may have seen another Icon teased. One minute and 35 seconds into the trailer, a goalkeeper makes a save, while the text 'New Icons' appears on screen. Based on EA FC 26 Icon leaks, we think that this goalkeeper could be former Bayern Munich and German player, Oliver Kahn. Skill Moves and Weak Foot indicator Quite a useful addition which wasn't highlighted in the trailer, but it seems we will now be able to see the skill moves and weak foot of each player during games in EA FC 26, both for our own players and our opponents. Only a small addition, but it appeared in all of the gameplay footage, and this can be extremely useful down the line when you are using new players and wanting to know what their skill moves and weak foot are during a game. New Camera Angle A large chunk of the EA FC 26 reveal trailer was shown from a new camera angle, and although it may not have looked like a new camera angle, it is. It seems EA is adding a new third-person camera angle in EA FC 26, which looks much better than the Pro camera angle currently available in EA FC 25. The camera angle seems to be slightly higher and further out than the Pro camera angle in EA FC 25, giving you a much bigger view of the pitch. The camera also seemed to move quite a bit in the trailer, and I think it looks great. Goalkeepers in Rush and goalkeeper Evolutions hint After a lot of demand from the community, EA has listened, with goalkeeper set to be a playable position in EA FC 26. This means that games can increase to five players on each team at a time, but maybe more importantly, it hints towards a big update fans have been crying out for in EA FC 25 – goalkeeper Evolutions. The one position which you can't evolve in Ultimate Team, being able to use goalkeepers in Rush means that we should now be able to complete Objectives with goalkeepers to earn upgrades. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but it sure is a big hint. Confetti celebration Lastly, it looks like last-minute celebrations are set to get a whole lot crazier in EA FC 26, with EA seemingly adding confetti into the mix. This could just be a visual addition for the trailer, but I think this will be coming in EA FC 26, so expect to see confetti cannons blasted if you find the top corner in the last minute to win the game. There will probably be confetti left on the pitch when you kick off again though, so make sure you save yourself from embarrassment and don't concede a last-second equaliser.

EA FC 26 cover stars confirmed as Jamal Musiala joins Jude Bellingham as faces of EA Sports FC
Jude Bellingham has remained as the EA Sports FC cover star, but a new face joins him on the front of EA FC 26 Jamal Musiala has been confirmed as a new EA FC 26 cover star, with the Bayern Munich star featuring alongside Jude Bellingham on the front of the new game. After months of anticipation, EA Sports is finally starting to reveal information about EA FC 26, the newest instalment in the EA Sports FC series. EA recently updated all of its social media profile photos with the EA FC 26 logo to mark the start of the EA FC 26 era, and that began at the start of the week, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic being unveiled as the new EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition cover star. Now, the new EA FC 26 cover stars for the standard edition of the game have been revealed. EA FC 26 leaks confirmed that Bellingham would remain on the front of the game for EA FC 26, but a later leak revealing that he would be joined by Musiala has now been proven true, with the German lining up on the EA FC 26 cover alongside the Real Madrid midfielder. The faces of EA FC 26 revealed The EA FC 26 Standard Edition cover has been released by EA, featuring both Bellingham and Musiala. The image features the duo, rocking the new Real Madrid and Bayern Munich kits respectively, walking out of a tunnel, with fans cheering them on from either side. The image also features Champions League advertisement in the background, confirming that the competition will be fully licensed in EA FC 26. But, the biggest tell from the EA FC 26 cover is that Bayern Munich will be a partner club for EA FC 26. Bayern Munich were previously licensed with Konami's eFootball, but that partnership ended earlier this year, opening up the door for a full return to EA FC 26. This means that, for the first time since FIFA 19, the Allianz Arena will be available to use in-game. After making his debut on the EA FC 25 cover, EA FC 26 marks the second time Bellingham has been an EA Sports FC cover star, while it's also the first time that Musiala has appeared on the front of the game. In fact, Musiala is the first German and Bundesliga player to star on the cover since Marco Reus in FIFA 17.

EA FC 26 trailer countdown – when will the reveal trailer go live and what to expect
A countdown to when EA Sports' EA FC 26 reveal trailer will finally go live and give players a first look at the new game. It's almost time to take our first look at EA FC 26, with the EA FC 26 reveal trailer dropping very soon. After weeks of constant EA FC 26 leaks, we are finally starting to gather information about the new game from an official source, with EA Sports beginning to make its first EA FC 26 announcements over the last few days. From the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition cover star being revealed to confirmation of the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition pre-order bonuses, everything EA FC 26-related is starting to drop, and soon, we're set to get a first official look at the new game thanks to the EA FC 26 reveal trailer. In EA FC 25, EA 's reveal trailer was slated heavily by the Ultimate Team community, with little to no actual gameplay being shown. But, in a recent teaser for the EA FC 26 trailer posted to the @EASPORTSFC Twitter account, EA has seemingly picked up on the feedback, almost ridiculing itself for last year's trailer and giving players hope that the EA FC 26 reveal trailer will feature a lot more gameplay. But, when does the EA FC 26 reveal trailer go live? Here's a live EA FC 26 trailer countdown, as well as what we expect to see. EA FC 26 reveal trailer start time The EA FC 26 reveal trailer will go live on the EA Sports FC YouTube on Wednesday, July 16 at 8:57 am PDT / 11:57am EDT/ 4:57pm BST. We will be reacting to the trailer live on the All Out Gaming YouTube from 8:40 am PDT / 11:40am EDT/ 4:40pm BST, where you can get a detailed breakdown of what was shown in the trailer. So, when the trailer is released, what can we expect to see? Firstly, even though EA has hinted towards more actual gameplay being shown, expect a lot of dramatic, cinematic shots of players, stadiums, managers and more. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic the Ultimate Edition cover star, the Swede should be involved in the trailer, as should Cole Palmer, with the Englishman involved in the teaser trailer. Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala are expected to be involved with the duo leaked to feature on the EA FC 26 standard edition cover, and we may also get some shots of Bayern Munich's stadium, the Allianz Arena, with the stadium set to return in EA FC 26. Players from partner clubs like Real Madrid, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Juventus should also feature, while we should see some new FUT Icons included as well. EA will release detailed deep dives ahead of EA FC 26's release for gameplay, Ultimate Team, Career Mode and more, so gameplay-wise, we don't expect a detailed breakdown of new additions and features, but hopefully, we get a few glimpses of what we can expect in EA FC 26.
