Superfit Iris Law proves she can put herself in pole position as she shows off her skills and washboard abs in new pole dancing clip
Iris Law has shared one of her hidden talents in a new social media clip as she revealed that she can pole dance. The model, 24, showcased her skills in the new video which she posted to Instagram this week among a highlight reel of what she has been up to recently. Iris, who's the daughter of Hollywood's Jude Law and actress Sadie Frost, could be seen showing off her flexibility with a move called the 'side-saddle superman'. The impressive move involves bringing your legs up behind you so that you are flying in a horizontal position. Iris has previously said of her training programme: 'I really like running on a running machine, spinning and hot yoga', before adding pole dancing to her regime. The star also shared some racy snaps from a recent getaway to her Instagram Story, posing topless as she ate nectarines by the sea. Iris also set pulses racing as she posed topless alongside a stunning pal while soaking up the sun in her latest eye popping photo dump to mark Earth Day. She took to Instagram on Monday with a slew of snaps from her many getaways and modelled skimpy swimmer before removing her bikini top to flash ample side boob. Iris and her friend sat on rocks overlooking the clear blue ocean while snacking on fruit before heading back into the cooling water. The model continued to showcase her jaw-dropping figure and taut abs as she later slipped into another tiny two piece and beamed for the camera. Wherever she was in the world Iris made sure to make the most of her lavish location, as she enjoyed a boat trip and dined on traditional dishes as well as a spot of Yoga. She captioned the post: 'Earthday tomorrow so thank you. it's too much'. Iris' mum Sadie, 59, is also a yoga enthusiast and has ditched her 90s party girl label for leggings and fitness, rebranding herself as a yoga-teaching film director. The actress and former socialite, who is a mother of four and grandmother to one, not only had A-lister party pals but she was also married to British heartthrob, Jude Law and Spandau Ballet guitarist Gary Kemp. Reflecting on her partying days in a new interview, Sadie has revealed the hedonistic lifestyle also had an impact on her health as she went onto suffer from both anxiety and asthma. She has now credited yoga with helping her manage her anxiety and panic attacks, which she attributes in part to her childhood lung disease, Bronchiectasis. She told OK Magazin e of her changing friendships: 'Before, I would operate in a group, a clan, a crew. I still have some very healthy friendships, but I actually enjoy my own time, too.' 'I've always struggled with certain breathing situations because I had asthma and that caused anxiety', she added. 'So for me, yoga, meditation, diet and breathing have always been really important because if I'm out of balance or out of sync, not connected to myself and to my breath, I'm going to be a very unbalanced, unhappy person.' She then went on to reveal that she has gained a group of 'yogi friends' and still has a very close bond with her long-term best friends like Zoe Grace, Frances Ruffelle and Rosemary Ferguson. Sadie made her big-screen debut in Empire State in 1987, but it was her role as Lucy Westenra in Francis Ford Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula four years later that made her a household name. Throughout the 1990s, she also appeared in several music videos, including Pulp's Common People. Iris dined on traditional dishes as well as taking in a spot of Yoga Living in north London at the time, she became a key figure in the party-loving Primrose Hill set, alongside Donna Air, the Gallagher brothers, Jude Law, Patsy Kensit, and Jonny Lee Miller. In recent years, her focus has shifted from the social scene to her deep commitment to yoga, regularly traveling to India to further her knowledge of the Jivamukti method. Sadie is currently celebrating major success as the director of the critically acclaimed documentary film Twiggy, which explores the life and career of British icon Dame Twiggy Lawson. She has worked hard for this achievement but she has credited her approach to health and wellness for allowing her to truly enjoy it. Alongside her professional accomplishments, she is also embracing her role as a grandmother to her first grandchild, Daya Wildrose Mallory Kemp, the daughter of her eldest son Finlay and his wife Charlotte Mallory. The mother-of-four also shares three children with ex Jude their son Rafferty, 28, daughter Iris, 24 and youngest Rudy, 22. She also was in an on-off relationship with businessman Darren Strowger for eight years, before Sadie confirmed she was single in an interview last year.
