Singer Maluma schools mother for bringing 1-year-old baby to loud concert. Watch

Colombian singer Maluma stopped his performance during his Mexico City concert to address a mother who had brought her one-year-old child without any ear protection. The show was part of the final leg of his '+Pretty +Dirty World Tour,' which will wrap up on August 16.'With all due respect, how old are they? A year old? Less? A year. Do you think it's a good idea to bring a one-year-old baby to a concert where the decibels are this f***ing high? Where is the sound this loud? That baby doesn't even know what it's doing here. Next time, protect their ears or something. For real. It's heavy. It's your responsibility. You're waving them around like they're a toy. That baby doesn't want to be there, for real. I'm telling you with all love and respect, now that I'm a father, I would never bring them to a concert. For the next time, be a bit more aware,' Maluma said at the concert. Inside Lamine Yamal's 18th birthday celebrations: Private concert attended by Barcelona team-mates, a superhero mural and a £300,000 diamond necklace

On Saturday Barcelona star Lamine Yamal celebrated his 18th with a lavish party featuring some of his closest friends and family. The La Masia graduate has enjoyed a season to remember in the twelve months since he starred in Spain's victory at Euro 2024. Under former Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick, Barca wrestled domestic dominance back off of Real Madrid, finishing four points clear of their Clasico rivals to secure their 28th league title. The club also secured victory in the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup, with Yamal making 55 appearances throughout the campaign in all competitions and scoring 18 goals. After continuing to deliver on his potential at the highest levels of the game, Yamal has enjoyed some downtime ahead of the coming campaign. For his landmark 18th birthday this weekend, however, the teenager decided to let his hair down. من عيد ميلاد لامين — FCB World (@forcabarca_ar) July 13, 2025 Reports from Spain claim that Yamal enjoyed a meal with close friends and family at the La Cupula restaurant south of the Catalan capital. Yamal's father shared a number of images from the get together to his 1.2million followers on Instagram. A number of fans noticed Yamal's striking jewelry in the form of a large diamond encrusted gold chain featuring his initials. It later emerged that the stunning piece, valued at upwards of £300,000, was gifted to the forward by famed Dominican rapper El Alfa. After sitting down for dinner with his family, Yamal and his entourage were whisked away to a private location where it is said that he did not want images to be leaked. However, a number of snaps from the event have since been shared on social media, showing Yamal alongside some of his Barcelona team-mates, namely Gavi and Alejandro Balde. In one clip the pair can be seen signing together on stage, with Yamal also showcasing his vocal talents whilst wearing a white suit complete with a diamond cane. While the celebrations reportedly continued through the night, the players' downtime has abruptly come to an end as they are set to report back to their club in the coming days to begin preparations for next season. Outside of his party, Yamal's landmark birthday also served as a moment of inspiration for an artist in the Catalan city. Famed graffiti artist TVBoy commemorated the event by painting a mural of Yamal in superhero garb in the Gracia district of Barcelona.

Sueños is returning to Chicago over Memorial Day Weekend on May 24-25 for its fourth consecutive year as a two-day festival of Latin music, reggaeton and culture. The full lineup: SATURDAY: Shakira, Arcángel, El Alfa, Oscar Maydon, Gordo, Dei V, Maria Becerra, El Malilla, NSQK, DJ Luian, Caleb Calloway, Reggaetonlandia, Chan and DJ Fredy Fresco. SUNDAY: Don Omar, Grupo Frontera, Wisin, Tito Double P, Jhayco, Deorro, Kapo, Omar Courtz, Bellakath, Gonzy, legallyrxx, Sorry Papi, 3BallMTY, Victor Cardenas and Dynamiqo. As reported in the Tribune after 2024's festival, this summer's event will have a second stage, more staff, additional entrances and larger grounds with a dance zone equipped for additional performances, DJ sets, and perreo along with more food vendors, bars, live-stream screens, seating and shade. Sueños has inked a five-year deal with the City of Chicago and Chicago Park District to remain in Grant Park at least through 2029. The Mexican superstar Pluma is returning after his headlining 2024 set was cut by severe weather. Sueños is put on by La Familia Presenta and C3 Presents, which also produces Lollapalooza in Grant Park. The 2024 fest had a total attendance of 130,000 and has drawn both local and out-of-state Latin music fans since its 2022 debut. Long wait times to get into the grounds have been an issue in the past and Sueños stressed a new focus on entrance flow in its announcement on Tuesday. Box offices will open the day before the festival to lessen wait times on festival days. VIP and GA+ ticketholders will have separate entrances. All entrances will have more lanes and way-finding staff to help fans.
