Its stunning rooftop location on the 22nd floor of Atlantis The Palm, comes with a lounge and bar and an expansive terrace offering incredible views over the Palm Island and Arabian Gulf. With a super menu from lauded chef Grégoire Berger using the finest ingredients from around the world, be prepared to be wowed. The setting itself is incredible – with floor-to-ceiling windows revealing Atlantis The Palm's famed aquarium, so you'll be able to see fish, sharks, stingrays and other fascinating sea creatures glide past as you enjoy your tasting menu. It's a proper old-school US-style steakhouse, with banquettes, classic sides and starters plus, of course, excellent cuts of meat. Start with a portion of the dirty fries loaded with chicken and melted cheese, before digging into the slices. You'll be excited to know that a brilliant brunch experience is available at La Mar by Gastón Acurio at Atlantis The Royal. A sharing-style set menu will be served, alongside mixed drinks, mocktails and unlimited traditional Peruvian drinks. Start with a curated selection of the freshest seafood, followed by ceviche. Next, you can dive into classic Peruvian street food, anticuchos, featuring marinated grilled chicken, as well as crispy empanadas. Don't forget the creative mixed drinks that you can pick up on your way back to your table, either, though keep your eyes open, you'll likely get caught up in a conga line en route, which can only be a good thing. Credit: Nobu Dubai Nobu Dubai at Atlantis The Palm is not only one of Time Out Dubai's best Japanese restaurants for 2025, but it's also the A-listers' hangout of choice. With guests like Kendall Jenner and Ronan Keating, you know you're getting the good stuff when you visit Nobu. Taking place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, you can sample an express lunch menu for Dhs165 per person. To begin your experience, you can choose two of 16 Nobu starters on offer, including the crispy squid, coriander shiso aioli, salmon avocado maki, spinach dry miso, white fish dry miso, as well as the seafood ceviche. For the main event, there are nine dishes to choose from, including the baby chicken anticucho, grilled salmon anticucho, lamb chops with wasabi pepper, as well as roasted duck orange miso.
