KEAM 2025 results out: Ernakulam tops engineering, Alappuzha leads in pharmacy
KOZHIKODE: The highly anticipated results of the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2025 entrance examinations were officially declared on Tuesday by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE). The announcement was made by Higher Education Minister R Bindu in Kozhikode. Ernakulam district emerged as a powerhouse in the engineering stream, sweeping the top two ranks, while Alappuzha celebrated its first-place achiever in the pharmacy examination. The computer-based entrance examination for KEAM 2025 was conducted from April 23 to April 29, 2025, across 138 examination centres, including those in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru, as well as Dubai. A total of 86,549 candidates appeared for the Engineering Entrance Examination, with 76,230 successfully qualifying. From these, a comprehensive engineering rank list was prepared for 67,505 candidates who had submitted their marks within the stipulated timeframe. In the Pharmacy Entrance Examination, 33,425 candidates participated, and 27,841 candidates were successfully included in the Pharmacy rank list. Leading the engineering cohort, John Shinoj from Ernakulam secured the coveted first rank, closely followed by Hari Krishnan Baiju, also from Ernakulam, who claimed the second position. Akshay Biju from Kozhikode attained the third rank, with Adl Zayaan, also from Kozhikode, securing the fourth. The fifth and sixth ranks went to Joshua Jacob Thomas and Emil Ipe Sacharia, both from Thiruvananthapuram. Mahir Ali T and Dani Firas Payyanakadavan, both from Kozhikode, took the seventh and eighth positions respectively, while Dhiya Roopa B R from Kollam and Jayyash Muhammed K from Malappuram rounded out the top ten.

VITEEE 2025 Result To Be Out On May 5, Here's Direct Link To Check Scorecards
VITEEE 2025 Result: The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will announce the results of the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2025 on May 5, as per the latest update issued on its official website, Earlier scheduled for April 30, the result declaration has now been deferred by a few days. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam between April 20 and April 27, 2025, will be able to access their scorecards and ranking status by logging in with their credentials once the result link is activated. The result will include the individual scores and the rank obtained, which will form the basis for the upcoming online counselling process. As per the official information, candidates securing ranks up to 1 lakh will be eligible to participate in the counselling process for admission to all four VIT campuses-Vellore, Chennai, AP (Amaravati), and Bhopal. The selection will be based purely on merit, with the ranks determining the order of seat allocation during counselling. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for the latest updates regarding the counselling schedule and other related instructions. All About VITEEE-2025 The exam lasted for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Students are allowed to appear only once for VITEEE-2025. All the questions were multiple choice, carrying one mark for each correct answer and zero for incorrect ones. There was no negative marking. Candidates who scored a total of '0' were declared 'Not Qualified' and were not eligible to participate in the counselling process. The exam comprised a total of 125 questions, divided into the following sections: Maths/Biology (40 questions), Physics (35 questions), Chemistry (35 questions), Aptitude (10 questions), and English (5 questions). Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes in VIT group of Institutions.

VITEEE-2025 begins at VIT-AP University
Amaravati: The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2025 has officially commenced on Monday at VIT-AP University campus in Amaravati. This computer-based examination, held annually for students aspiring to pursue B Tech across VITs campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Amaravati (AP), and Bhopal. Speaking on the launch of VITEEE 2025, Dr SV Kota Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of VIT-AP University, said the exam will be conducted at various centres nationwide until April 27. Students from 120 cities in 219 centres across India and 6 international locations Singapore, Qatar, Muskat, Dubai, Kuwait, Al Manamah are participating in this year's online examination. Results will be released in May and one can visit at Registrar Dr Jagadish Chandra noted that apart from VITEEE 2025, following exams will also be held: VITEEE 2025 from April 20 to April 27; VITREE / VITMEE / VITLEE on April 20; and VITREE/VITMEE on April 24. To support candidates commuting from nearby regions, VIT-AP has arranged transportation services from Vijayawada and Guntur. Providing details on the admissions process, Dr. John Pradeep, Deputy Director of Admissions, explained that candidates securing a rank within 1.5 lakh are eligible to participate in the online counselling process in VIT-AP, which will start in May – June 2025.
