Gavin Casalegno Says Jeremiah Has "Happy" Ending on 'The Summer I Turned Pretty'
The Summer I Turned Pretty is about to drop its third and final season, meaning we're moments away from finding out who Belly chooses: Jeremiah or Conrad. And while it's unclear whether or not the show will stay true to the books, Gavin Casalegno just teased a "happy" ending for Jeremiah. However! Before you read too far into things, his full quote is slightly cryptic. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Gavin said "It was fun, especially on my side of things, seeing how much the character grew throughout the season and how you could really see the maturity in the decisions towards the end of the series. So the final scenes were kind of a nice, happy button for Jeremiah—at least, I hope that people watching feel that way." On the other hand, Christopher Briney said wrapping up Conrad was "bittersweet." As he put it, "But I just treated every season like, 'Hopefully we get another one. It's nice to finish our trilogy and to capstone that story that we signed up to hopefully get to the end of. It was good." Meanwhile, author and co-showrunner Jenny Han said of the show's ending "Personally, it feels very satisfying." So you know what? Taking it back, absolutely going to read into literally everything while I wait for the first two episodes of Season 3 to drop tomorrow.

Why ‘Bachelor in Paradise' Moved to Costa Rica
Bachelor in Paradise is known for many things: Being chaotic. Traumatizing an entire population of crabs who are forced to watch strangers make out in their literal home. And above all else, those daybeds that have truly SEEN SOME THINGS. But this season is looking a little different, mostly because the show ditched its longtime filming location in Mexico and moved to Costa Rica's Azura Beach Resort. And fans who are fond of the show's iconic original location aren't exactly thrilled. So, why the move? There are several reasons, and chief among them is the need for air conditioning and elevators now that the Goldens are on the show. "All of those things went into the thought behind going to Costa Rica and finding somewhere different," showrunner Scott Teti told Variety. "It was a great experience. I think the hotel and the vibe of everything feels a little chicer and more elevated. There's air conditioning! So if the cast is happier, you're going to get a better response. And I think the response was extremely positive with their experience." Scott also told Entertainment Weekly that "I think the drive to move was based on shaking things up stylistically with a new vibe and a new kind of Paradise. This also is very production friendly. It's a very private beach. It's very secluded, but it also has the ability for our production to stay on one side of the sister hotel, and the newer portion of the Azuara Beach Resort, where we will be filming, is right next door. It's this beautiful sexy, new location." Kay!

Elmo's Twitter Account Shares Shocking & Violent Posts After Getting Hacked
Unfortunately, many stars have had their social media hacked, with the hackers using the platform to share posts like sales promotions. However, the posts that came out of 'Sesame Street' character Elmo's official Twitter account after getting hacked were shocking, to say the least. Yesterday (14th July 2025, Monday), followers of Elmo's official Twitter account were shocked to see several posts from the account that depicted violent and anti-semitic messages instead of its usual posts of heartwarming messages and kindness. As shown in screenshots, the now-deleted tweets include a lengthy post that threatens the lives of Jewish people and accuses United States President Donald Trump of being a 'puppet' of Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. There was another post directly mentioning Donald Trump and calling for him to release the Epstein Files, a collection of documents containing information related to serial sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The files are the subject of public interest as they allegedly contain names of high-profile individuals, including Donald Trump, who could incriminate them for being accomplices to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. It's believed that Elmo's account was hacked by an individual with disdain towards the President of the United States and his denial of the files, despite having a close relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. The tweets have gone viral, sparking discussion amongst netizens. While many were shocked by the hacking, others poked fun at the issue. Some even joked that Elmo's account was hacked by rapper Kanye West, who has shared many controversial tweets in his career. Thankfully, the Sesame Workshop has since regained control of Elmo's Twitter account. In a statement, the nonprofit behind 'Sesame Street' said, 'Elmo's X (Twitter) account was compromised by an unknown hacker who posted disgusting messages, including antisemitic and racist posts. The account has since been secured.' However, the identity of the hacker remains unknown. Regardless, we hope Sesame Workshop will ensure that this incident will not repeat itself, especially given the image attached to Elmo. What are your thoughts on this? AP Tung told the outlet she was 'very emotional' while filming the entire final season, but especially during her last scenes as Belly. 'I cried, naturally, many, many times,' she said. 'I was 18 when I was first cast, and I [had] just finished my first year of college, and I was 22 when we wrapped this year.' WireImage While she didn't get emotional when wrapping the series finale, Han said she 'definitely cried' watching the actors bring her characters to life one last time. 'It was, in some ways, surreal,' Han said of the series coming to an end. 'I remember Lola was like, 'You're not crying that hard,' and I was like, 'I'm always going to know you, and it doesn't feel like goodbye to me.'' 'There are a couple of moments that people really love from the books that I knew that people were wanting to see,' Han confessed. 'I wanted to make sure that I was going to really service those fans who've been following the story for a really long time. Advertisement To do that, she watches closely and stays in tune with what audiences respond to. 8 Han said moments from the third book might not unfold the way readers expect. Getty Images 'I, as much as I can, try to keep my finger on the pulse of how the audience is feeling but also really be guided by my own compass in terms of story,' Han told Elle Canada. Advertisement 'It comes down to listening to your own inner voice and following you gut, and that will guide you the rest of the way,' she added. Erika Doss/Prime Advertisement 'At the end of the day, you have to please yourself and stand by what you made,' she said. 'And, you know, I think I feel that way.
