"I don't want to help him...": Jason Momoa talks about nepotism; opens up about not being involved in casting of his 16-year-old son
The 'Nepotism' eye rolls have been part of the entertainment industry, and Hollywood isn't any different. Jason Momoa , the 'Aquaman' actor, opened up about how he wants his 16-year-old son, who was recently cast in 'Dune 3,' to create his own path in Hollywood, without getting the recommendation calls from him. Jason Momoa talks about his son, Nakoa-Wolf Momoa In an interview with Extra, the 45-year-old denied being involved in Nakoa-Wolf Momoa landing the precious role. 'A rude awakening is what he's in for,' he said, before adding, 'He's into the workforce for the first time. It's going to be good. He did it on his own. I don't want to help him, and he's done it all on his own, and good for him.' Jason further added that one would want their children to be better than them, and he believes that Nakoa-Wolf actually is better than him. 'I couldn't do what he's doing at his age. There's no way I could sit in a room with Denis Villeneuve and hold my own,' he said, continuing that he was 19 during 'Baywatch' while Nakoa-Wold is 16 and is working with Denis Villeneuve. What role is Nakoa-Wolf Momoa playing in 'Dune 3'? The 16-year-old is reportedly playing the role of Leto II, against Ghanima played by Ida Brooke, in the franchise's triquel. Leto and Ghanima are the twin offspring of Paul Atreides, played by Timothee Chalamet and Chani, played by Zendaya, as given in the third book. The Momoas have a legacy of playing a role in 'Dune,' as Jason played Duncan Idaho in 2021's 'Dune: Part One' and will be joining the team in the third instalment after sitting out in the second, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Momoa concluded, 'We raised him beautiful. We raised our children… It's just, you know, being loved and being confident in themselves… That is what he is. He's very confident.'

Feast Your Eyes on Pedro Pascal In His Tom Ford Suit
THE RUNDOWN Tom Ford knows how to make a damn good suit, and thankfully, Pedro Pascal looks great in them. Last night, the actor stepped out on the blue carpet for the world premiere of The Fantastic Four: First Steps in Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann, who showed his debut collection for the house this spring. The actor's look, while crafted to perfection, offered plenty of non-traditional twists. The foundation of the suit was a slim-fit white jacket which featured a special adornment. In an interview with Extra on the carpet, Pascal explained that the duo added a red carnation to the jacket pocket, teasing that its context will soon be understood. (Get your theories ready!) In lieu of both a tie and a collared shirt, Pascal instead opted for a simple white tank top and polka-dot silk foulard tied loosely around the neck, embodying his usual editorial ease. Last night's premiere isn't the only time Pascal has graced the carpet in a Tom Ford design by Ackermann. During the Fantastic Four press tour, the Materialists actor has sported numerous TF looks. To name a few: during a launch event in London, he wore a subtly printed black suit, again forgoing a collared shirt in favor of a powder-blue silk foulard and asymmetrically popped lapel collar, a beautifully simple detail that is quickly becoming signature to Ackermann's tenure at the brand. And at a fan event in Berlin, Pascal opted for a more casual look, with a cream printed silk shirt and scarf-tie detail that perfectly complemented his white pleated trousers. On Instagram, Ackermann posted a carousel of the looks, saying he was 'truly honored for these moments' he's spent working with Pascal, making them one of the current red carpet's strongest designer-muse pairings.

James Gunn Thinks Adria Arjona Would Be 'a Great Wonder Woman'
If Superman and the forthcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow weren't enough, a new Wonder Woman movie is officially in the works, too. In June, James Gunn confirmed that a new iteration of Wonder Woman is 'being written right now.' Ana Nogueira, who will also write Supergirl, is in talks to write the script. Here's everything we know about the new DC movie. Gal Gadot will not be reprising her role in the new Wonder Woman film. A new actress has not been cast as the titular hero yet, but Adria Arjona is rumored to be in consideration after people noticed that Gunn followed her on Instagram. 'I follow Adria on Instagram, but everybody came out [and thought], 'He just followed her, that means she's Wonder Woman,'' Gunn shared in an interview with Extra, per Deadline. 'She'd be a great Wonder Woman, by the way.' He also clarified that the follow wasn't recent. They had previously worked together on his 2017 film The Belko Experiment. 'She was in a movie that I made seven years ago,' he said. 'We've been friends and have known each other since that time. I followed her then, I didn't just follow her.' In a previous interview with ELLE, Adria Arjona spoke about the types of projects she hopes to make. 'I'm really intentional and I follow my intuition,' she said. 'When [the right project] comes in front of me, I know that's what I want to do next. When you're in the arts, you can't plan too far ahead. I could say right now, 'All I wanna do is comedy.' But [then I] would not be making good ones, you know? I like to stay as open as I can for the opportunities that are coming my way. I don't wanna get in my own way.' Not yet. On Threads, Gunn shared that though Wonder Woman is a 'priority,' it's not being 'fast-tracked.' He continued, 'Nothing is going to be shot unless we're as sure as we can be that the script is good.' No director is attached to the film yet, and screenwriter Ana Nogueira is only still in talks—not yet confirmed—to write the script. It's unclear whether Patty Jenkins will return after helming the two Gadot-starring Wonder Woman films. She was supposed to direct a third movie, but it did not move forward at Warner Bros. After the news broke in 2022, Jenkins said in part of a larger statement, 'I wish her [Wonder Woman] and her legacy an amazing future ahead, with or without me.' This story will be updated.
