Pete Davidson says Eddie Murphy gave him the ‘best' parenting advice
Pete Davidson is all ears when it comes to parenting advice. In an interview with ExtraTV at the world premiere of his new film 'The Pickup,' the 31-year-old actor was asked if he received any advice from co-star Eddie Murphy, who is a father and grandfather. Not only did Davidson say yes, but he also described Murphy's advice as the 'best' he has received. 'His advice was the best,' Davidson recalled. 'He goes, 'I have no advice.'' 'Because you can't really tell anybody how to raise their own kid,' he added of Murphy's advice. 'But it's going to change your life and you're gonna love it, and I know you'll be good at it.' Murphy shares 10 kids — six daughters and four sons — with five women, including a 9-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son with his wife, Paige Butcher, according to People. As for Davidson, he and his girlfriend Elsie Hewitt, whom he has been romantically involved with since March, according to E! News, announced their pregnancy in a July 16 Instagram post. The pregnancy has been a hot topic as Davidson promotes his two new films, 'The Home,' released July 25, and 'The Pickup,' scheduled to be released Aug. 6, according to IMDB. And it appears Murphy wasn't the only co-star to share parenting wisdom with Davidson. In his interview with ExtraTV, Davidson revealed that his other co-star, Keke Palmer, who welcomed her first baby in February, according to People, showed him what it looks like to be a parent in Hollywood. 'When we were doing 'The Pickup,' Keke's baby was just born and she had him on set the whole time,' Davidson told the outlet. 'She would go into a take and then run over and play with the baby.' Palmer announced the birth of her baby boy, Leodis 'Leo' Andrellton, with ex Darius Jackson on Feb. 27, 2023. 'It made me realize that it's possible to co-exist in both worlds,' Davidson said of his co-star. 'I was really impressed with the way she was parenting on set.' Davidson's red carpet appearance July 27 was a special one for him and Hewitt. The couple made their red carpet debut at the Endometriosis Foundation of America's 13th Annual Blossom Ball on May 15, according to Harper's Bazaar. Now two months later, the couple returned to the red carpet to make another debut — this one featuring a baby bump. Davidson opened up about the experience in an interview with Variety on the red carpet. 'This is the baby's first red carpet,' Davidson confirmed. 'That's kind of crazy. We were talking about that in the car. One day the baby will see that and be like, 'I'm in there!'' Davidson added of Hewitt's baby bump. Though Hewitt wasn't present at the July 22 world premiere of 'The Home' several days earlier, it didn't stop Davidson from opening up about his upcoming role as a father. 'I assume you just try to give them what you didn't have, and what you didn't like, not do it,' he told E! News, adding that he's most excited to 'take care of something and show it the childhood I didn't have.' Davidson also revealed that he received advice from co-star Adam Sandler, though he didn't specify what the advice was. 'Everybody's just been super excited for me, because they know it's been my dream,' Davidson added. 'They all just have been like, 'You're going to be great at this. It's the best thing you'll ever do in your life.''

Kelly Clarkson 2.0! Singer unveils bold new look as she announces return to The Voice
Introducing a brand new Kelly Clarkson. The American Idol winner unveiled a brand new haircut as she announced her return to season 29 of The Voice. In a teaser posted to Instagram for The Voice: Battle of Champions, Clarkson revealed she had chopped off inches from her long, chest-length hair. Her tresses, which previously approached her torso, were now dramatically cut just above her shoulders. The fun look definitely suited the bubbly Kelly, who styled her hair in a side-swept 'do with waves as she returned to the judges chair. Kelly, who also has a Vegas residency, has returned for season 29 to battle it out against two other Voice icons - fellow coaches John Legend and Adam Levine. 'But this time we've got some tricks up our sleeve, y'all get ready!' Kelly promised in the teaser as her chair swiveled to the camera. Fans were delighted to see the songstress would be returning to the show after departing The Voice following season 23. In addition to that particular season, she also coached seasons 14-21. Season 29 will return next spring. 'Kelly being back is everything!' one commented on the teaser, a sentiment numerous others shared. 'Kelly is back... now we all go back to watching it!' another wrote. 'Yay. Kelly. So happy. I'll watch just for her,' another wrote. One fan gushed that Kelly was 'lookin' fiiine.' Kelly's return to the show - and new haircut - comes after she underwent another major transformation. In recent years, the songstress has dropped an astounding 60 pounds - and last year she admitted she used a prescription medication to aid in her weight loss, which also included exercise and healthier eating. While interviewing Whoopi Goldberg on her talk show, the Fort Worth, Texas-born star revealed that doctors prescribed her with a weight loss medication after a blood test. She insisted she didn't use Ozempic, but did not reveal which drug she used instead. 'Mine is a different one than people assume, but I ended up having to do that too,' the A Moment Like This songstress told the EGOT winner. 'Everybody thinks it's Ozempic, it's not - it's something else.' She reportedly lost 60 pounds, according to Extra TV, although Kelly has not revealed the exact amount herself. The popstar, who shares daughter River Rose, 11, and son Remington Alexander, nine, with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, said that her physician insisted she take the medication after repeated efforts to get her on it. 'My doctor chased me for like two years,' she said. 'And I was like, "No, I'm afraid of it. I already have thyroid problems, I was afraid."' Kelly said the medication she takes is 'something that aids in helping break down the sugar,' as her 'body doesn't do it right.' The hitmaker, presumably speaking about how she didn't notice that she had progressively gained weight, said that she was taken aback when watching herself on camera at one point and seeing her drastic transformation. She added: 'Seeing yourself, I didn't see it... all of a sudden, I was like "Who the f*** is that?"' At the time, Kelly reiterated that she had not been paying attention to her weight for some time. 'It's a weird thing ... I never saw that, I was never insecure about it - I just did not see that,' Kelly said, adding that at her heaviest, she weighed 203 pounds standing at 5-foot-3. Kelly said she was not miserable or depressed at the time, even though in hindsight, she felt she looked like she was 'about to die of a heart attack.'

Jason Momoa's teen children support him in rare outing at 'Chief of War' premiere: Photos
Jason Momoa celebrated his latest project with some of his favorite people. On July 18, the 45-year-old actor attended the premiere of his upcoming historical drama miniseries, "Chief of War," with his son Nakoa-Wolf Momoa, 16; daughter Lola Iolani Momoa, 17; and girlfriend, "Blink Twice" actor Adria Arjona. Momoa and his children, whom he shares with ex-wife and "The Cosby Show" star Lisa Bonet, wore matching capes at the event. The black, yellow and red outerwear was styled similarly to the wardrobe he wore in "Chief of War" as an 18th-century Hawaiian warrior-chief who defected from King Kamehameha's forces as they sought to conquer the Hawaiian islands. The "Aquaman" star, who was born in Honolulu and raised in Iowa, plays the lead role of warrior Ka'iana. He also served as a director, writer and executive producer for the nine-episode series, which premieres its first two episodes Aug. 1 on Apple TV+. The red carpet premiere took place at Ko Olina Beach Park in Honolulu's neighboring Kapolei. Jason Momoa, Adria Arjona step out together at 'Chief of War' premiere Momoa also walked the carpet with 33-year-old "Hit Man" star Arjona, with whom he soft-launched a relationship in May 2024. Arjona is the daughter of Ricardo Arjona, one of the best-selling Latin American artists of all time whose hits include "Fuiste Tú" and "Historia De Taxi." The two have been each other's red carpet companions as of late, having also attended the "Highest 2 Lowest" premiere together at the Cannes Film Festival in May. What is Jason Momoa's 'Chief of War' about? According to Apple TV+, "Told from an indigenous perspective, 'Chief of War' is a passion project for creators Momoa and Thomas Pa'a Sibbett, who share native Hawaiian heritage." The series features "a predominantly Polynesian cast" and depicts "the unification and colonization of Hawai'i at the turn of the 18th century," 100 years before a group of mostly American businessmen overthrew the Hawaiian monarchy, paving the way for it to be annexed by the United States. Jason Momoa's son, Nakoa-Wolf, 'doesn't fall far from the tree' Ahead of the "Chief of War" premiere, Momoa performed at the 2025 Harley-Davidson Homecoming festival in Milwaukee as a part of his band, ÖOF TATATÁ. For the band's climactic performance of Metallica's "For Whom The Bell Tolls," his 16-year-old son made a cameo. "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree," Momoa said. Nakoa-Wolf is also joining his dad in the upcoming "Dune: Part Three." "He's in for a rude awakening is what he's in for," Momoa told Extra TV. 'He's into the workforce for the first time. It's going to be good. He did it on his own. I don't want to help him, and he's done it all on his own, and good for him." "I couldn't do what he's doing at his age. There's no way I could sit in a room with (director) Denis Villeneuve and hold my own. I was on 'Baywatch' at 19. He's 16 and holding" his own with Villeneuve, Momoa added.

Jason Momoa Reacts To Son's Dune: Part Three Casting
Last month, you may have seen some chatter around the casting of the two young actors playing Leto II and Ghanima, the twin children of Paul Atreides and Chani, in the upcoming Dune: Part Three. As far as we know, Dune: Part Three will follow the events of Frank Herbert's second Dune novel, Dune: Messiah. For context, Paul and Chani are portrayed by Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya in Denis Villeneuve's film adaptations. And at the time of the casting reveal, there was much praise for the fact that the filmmaker did a damn-good job of finding two teens who look like they could actually be Timmy and Zendaya's biological kids — which is funny, given that one of the young stars already has very famous parents. In case you missed it, Nakoa-Wolf Momoa — who will star as Leto II alongside Ida Brooke as Ghanima — is the 16-year-old son of Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet. Of course, Jason also appeared in Dune: Part One as Duncan Idaho back in 2021, and will be reprising the role in Dune: Part Three. However, speaking at the premiere for his new Apple TV+ series, Chief of War, over the weekend, Jason was keen to emphasize that his son landed the part all by himself. 'He did it on his own. I didn't want to help him, and he's done it all on his own,' Jason told Extra TV after being asked about the Dune casting. 'I couldn't do what he's doing at his age. There's no way I could sit in a room with Denis Villeneuve and hold my own. I was on Baywatch at 19. He's 16 and he's holding his shit down with Denis Villeneuve.' Despite praising his son's confidence and work ethic, Jason did joke that Nakoa-Wolf is in for 'a rude awakening' when he sees what really goes into moviemaking. '[He's] into the workforce for the first time. It's gonna be good,' he added. In another red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jason also joked that his son is gonna be 'way better' than him, which is exactly 'what you want for your children.' 'This kid…I [was] like, 'No, no, you can't act. No, no no,' and then he did it all on his own,' the dad of two gushed. 'He'll be a force.' Shooting for Dune: Part Three is reported to be starting very, very soon, so it sounds like these two have got a fun father-son trip in store. LMK your thoughts on the casting below. Miley Cyrus fans shocked as old clips show her being asked about sex as a child
Old interviews with a young Miley Cyrus have resurfaced, and fans have been left horrified by the disturbing questions she was asked at just 14 years old. A montage of clips of the singer, now 32, in which she was forced to set the record straight about pregnancy rumors and talk about her sex life when she was just a teen have recently gone viral on Reddit. she passionately told the camera during a chat with Inside Edition on the red carpet: 'I am not pregnant. I am 14 years old, and that is very lame because I'm a minor.' Her mom, Tish Cyrus, stood behind her with a smile on her face as her daughter spoke to the reporter. Miley went on: 'And yeah. So stupid. The main reason that I'm here tonight [is to] set the record straight. 'I think that people that make stuff up like that do that, [it's] kind of a cry for help, for attention.' In another video from the same event, an Extra TV reporter asked the teen: 'Why do you think these rumors about you being pregnant still exist? [What] do you think they're still going around?' Miley responded: 'I don't know, I'm ready for them to make up something else so I can descape from it. 'I think it's just people kind of wanting attention, but they didn't get the attention they wanted. It got turned back on me, and it was attention that I did not want at all. She then sarcastically added: 'Thanks a lot, guys, good job.' When asked about her fans' 'reactions' to the pregnancy rumors the pop star said: 'It was really breaking my heart, so I thought it would really take me down. 'But the only thing it's done, it's put me in a position where everyone sees how supportive my fans are because all my fans have really stood strong and said "No, that's not true." 'I know that, and it's also giving me the street cred just to stand here and say that would be impossible, because I'm living my life the way I believe is right, and that is to stay pure.' To this, the Extra reporter asked if Miley believed in 'no sex before marriage.' Miley replied: 'No, I don't at all. So, I'm trying to stay true to that, 'cause you never know.' The old clips have gone viral, with fans slamming the media for forcing a child into having inappropriate adult conversations. On eReddit user commented: 'The fact that a 14-year-old had to handle that level of adult weirdness is honestly disturbing.' Another wrote: '"You don't believe in sex before marriage?" Ma'am, this is a 14-year-old girl…' Someone else said: 'These adult interviewers are so gross and weird.' Yet another wrote: 'I'm both amazed at the poise [with] which this 14-year-old conducts herself, and disgusted at the line of questioning from an adult.'
