Tesco is selling £12 cabin case that's £287 cheaper than Samsonite version – and it's great for EasyJet and RyanAir
SHOPPERS are racing to Tesco to snap up a £12 cabin bag which fits perfectly in EasyJet and Ryanair airplanes. The bargain case is just a fraction of the price of the Samsonite version. 1 Tesco is selling £12 suitcases on clearance With the holiday season around the corner, you might be on the lookout for good deals. After splurging on flights and hotel, the last thing you want is to pay extra for Ryanair or EasyJet luggage fees. But eagle-eyed shoppers have found a solution with a suitcase that passes the airlines' restrictions and is easy on your wallet. One bargain hunter spotted the epic discounts in her local Tesco store and was eager to share it with others. Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private Facebook page with 2.5 million members, one member uploaded a snap of the cheap suitcases. In a post, they wrote: "Today at Beeston Tesco Nottingham, was quite a few left, waterproof material too!" The picture showed a shelf full of of carry-on cases which are retailing for only £12 on clearance. Apart from waterproof material, the suitcases sport a 360 degrees gliding wheels and can fit up to 30litres of clothing. In comparison, a similar suitcase from Samsonite will set you back a whopping £295. Shoppers were left open-mouthed by the cheap suitcases and many eagerly flocked to the comments to express this. Shoppers rush to snap up Primark's 'underseat suitcase' which is perfect for holidays & it also has removable wheels if you need it to be even smaller One fan raved: 'These are actually really good." While another called them 'a bargain buy'. The discounted cases are a part of Tesco's Constellation line, which also offers Manhattan-style luggage in a variety of colours and sizes. Members of Clubcard will also be able to take advantage of some fantastic discounts. The Manhattan Constellation cabin case costs £55 at full price, but with a Clubcard, it just costs £40. But some lucky shoppers have found even better deals on leftover or reduced stock, with some scanning at just £12 at the checkout. Just be aware that prices vary from store to store and depend on local stock, so it's worth checking your nearest Tesco or phoning ahead to ask if they've got any left. The cabin case also meets strict EasyJet size rules, meaning you won't be hit with unexpected fees at the gate. The budget airline only allows one small bag per passenger on board and it must measure no more than 45cm x 36cm x 20cm, handles and wheels included. The bag must also weigh less than 15kg and fit under the seat in front of you. Anything bigger will need to go in the hold and that'll cost you extra at the airport.

One customer shared the haul he picked up in a post on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK. "This will keep a few people happy and their clothes smelling nice for a while," the bargain hunter joked. He revealed that he visited eight Asda stores in search of the sales and "drew blanks" in five. The Facebook user explained that he got "a few minor bits" in one, while he "did OK" in another. He revealed the final store he visited "had shelves full and still had loads when I left". According to the bargain hunter, Asda shoppers need to be prepared to put in some time and effort to nab these deals. He shared images of all the products he picked up, filling multiple shopping trolleys and baskets, as well as his car boot. His haul included Vanish Oxi Action, which was reduced to just £2.35. He also nabbed Daz Gel, Lenor Fabric Conditioner, Lenor Scent Booster Beads, Comfort Laundry Detergent, Ineos Laundry Detergent, Persil Wonder Wash and detergent capsules. When it comes to your bed, maintaining a hygienic sleep setup can actually improve your sleep quality, helping you start every day better. A wash at 60°c (unless you have silk sheets) every now and again can help kill off dust mites and other nasties. What's the difference between bio and non-bio detergent? Bio detergents contain enzymes, which are especially good at breaking down tough stains like food, grass, or sweat. It's best used in mid to low temperature washes (ideally between 20-40°C) as anything hotter can cause them not to work effectively. Non-bio skips the enzymes, which in turn makes it more suitable for those with sensitive skin or allergies. Although non-bio doesn't contain enzymes, it's still great at removing stains and keeping your clothes clean, you just may need to use a slightly higher temperature setting to aid with the cleaning process. The thrifty shopper, Siân Jones, was visiting the Bury branch in Greater Manchester when she spotted the epic deal. Whilst checking out the furniture collection, Siân came across gorgeous grey dining chairs in a set of two that was slashed by more than £100. And it seems that she was visiting the store just in time - as the set was reduced from £140 to £90, to then £50 and finally to just £30. How to save money at B&M Shoppers have saved hundreds of pounds a year by using B&M's scanner app. The scanner lets you see if an item's price is cheaper than advertised on the shop floor label. Products that are typically discounted are seasonal items and old stock that B&M is trying to shift. The app is free to download off the B&M Stores mobile app via Google Play or the Apple App Store. According to one ex-B&M manager, you'll want to visit your local branch at 10am on a Wednesday too. Here's how you can join the B&M bargain hunt: Download the B&M app for free on any smartphone with an App Store or Google Play. Once you've installed it on your device, click on the option labelled "more" on the bottom, right-hand side of the app home page. You'll then find an option that says "barcode scanner".
