Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE review
It's neither the Z Flip7, nor is it the Z Flip6 - Samsung's come up with a second-tier clamshell foldable in 2025 and the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE carries the 7 in the name, but is more like the 6 in most ways. No longer satisfied with offering a clamshell and a book-style foldable, Samsung is diversifying things by having two clamshells in addition to the Fold. A two Flips approach does seem to make sense - Motorola has had two Razrs in most markets, and competing at more price points is probably good for the bottom line. The Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, in true FE fashion, comes with certain hardware concessions, though it's seemingly not as dramatic a downgrade compared to the 'real' model, as is the case with the S-series and their FEs. Indeed, this FE is more of a reissue of last year's model. The Z Flip7 FE reuses the Z Flip6's cameras, but then so does the Z Flip7. Unlike the Z Flip7, however, here we're looking at the same body as the 2024 model, same displays, same battery, same most things. Well, the chipset is different - an Exynos 2400, like some S24s had - and Samsung figured 12GB of RAM is too much for an FE, so it's 8GB instead. The Z Flip7 FE does start its life at Android 16, though, two more than the Z Flip6, so there's that. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE unboxing Little is different in the presentation on the Z Flip7 FE compared to the Z Flip7 or the Z Flip6. The phone comes in a slim-line graphite cardboard box, unfolded, face down. No charger is provided, but there's still a USB-C cable included - Samsung's basic 3A one, which won't be a bottleneck given the 25W charging rating. There's also a SIM tool tucked in there somewhere. Page 2

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 5G colour leaked in India: Check out the expected launch timeline, specifications, and more
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 5G leaks: The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 5G is shaping up to be this year's most closely watched mid‑range flagship, with leaks spilling its storage options and colour variants ahead of a planned September–October 2025 launch. Rumours highlight two familiar configurations for this Samsung smartphone—8 GB RAM with 128 GB or 256 GB storage—paired with striking new hues like Navy, IcyBlue, JetBlack, and White, a departure from last year's palette. While the modest memory options raise questions about future readiness, many expect the Galaxy S25 FE to deliver premium features such as an Exynos 2400 chipset, 120 Hz AMOLED display, and an enhanced camera setup—offered at a fan-friendly price point. Stick around to explore how this device aims to bring flagship flair to affordability. Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 5G launch timeline in India (Expected) This year, the Galaxy S25 FE is anticipated to be Samsung's next significant release. The upcoming Fan Edition (FE) smartphone is expected to launch as a budget-friendly variant of the Galaxy S25. The colour options and RAM and storage specifications of the Galaxy S25 FE have been leaked online most recently. The phone reportedly comes in four color options and provides the exact RAM and storage variants as the Galaxy S24 FE. The forthcoming phone is anticipated to come with 8GB of RAM and two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB. Its launch is expected in colour variations of icy blue, jet black, navy and white. Should this leak prove correct, it may disappoint fans of the Galaxy Fan Edition who were hoping for a more significant upgrade with this year's model. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE in for review
This is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE. It's on sale (ours shipped a few days earlier than the projected July 25th date), starting from €999, and you have a choice of Black and White. The Flip7 FE is nearly identical to the Galaxy Z Flip6, only it runs an in-house 4nm Exynos 2400 with 8GB of RAM. The older Flip6 packs a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with 12GB of RAM. We'll run our own tests, but the Snapdragon will likely be a bit faster than the new Exynos. On the surface, the Flip7 FE doesn't seem like much of an upgrade, especially considering that you can find the Galaxy Z Flip6 with twice the base storage (256GB) of the Flip7 FE, for less. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Z Flip7 FE You get a USB-C cable with the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE. Having identical hardware to last year's Galaxy Z Flip6, the Flip7 FE has an outdated cover screen (especially compared to the Flip7). It's only 60Hz and it doesn't stretch to the entire available panel. On the surface at least, the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE doesn't look like a very compelling proposition. If you look over at Motorola's Razr 60 series, you'll get a bigger, more functioning cover display, a bigger battery with slightly faster charging for less money. Still, the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE may not be all bad. We'll need to do our full review treatment on it to see what's what so stay tuned! Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE 5G

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE camera: All you need to know
Although Samsung has released all kinds of Galaxy phones so far this year, it's far from over for the largest Android manufacturer out there, as another Galaxy S25 version is reportedly scheduled to arrive later this year (possibly in October). That's right, the Galaxy S25 FE is likely coming sometime around October with a design that's very closely following the Galaxy S25 and pretty much the same hardware as the mid-sized flagship phone. The Galaxy S25 FE will be thinner and lighter in contrast with the Galaxy S24 FE, with an Armor Aluminum build, the Exynos 2400 chipset, a larger battery with faster charging, and finally, a 6.7-inchFHD+ display with a 1-120 Hz refresh rate. Overall, this phone shapes up to be a very decent successor to the Galaxy S24 FE , but it remains to be seen if all these rumored changes will turn out to be real. Apparently, the Galaxy S25 FE will come with the same camera system as the Galaxy S24 FE . This means that we will likely get a 50MP main camera with an F1.8 aperture, an 8MP telephoto with 3X optical zoom, and finally a 12MP ultrawide camera. No hardware changes in the main camera system, as far as we can see. The only change that's hinted to be coming to the Galaxy S25 FE is a new 12MP selfie camera, a slight upgrade from the 10MP one on the Galaxy S24 FE . This 12MP selfie camera will most certainly turn out to be the same one that's currently making the rounds on the rest of the Galaxy S25 range, so we expect it to be an autofocusing one. Here's how the Galaxy S25 FE will likely stack up against the Galaxy S24 FE if we take all these rumors into account. These days, software plays an equal, if not a bigger part inimage processingg than hardware. Time and time again, Samsung has revealed that it can greatly shake up the image processing and therefore the image quality between two phone generations that come with basically the same hardware at the back. This makes us think that even though the Galaxy S25 FE will carry the same rear cameras as its predecessor, it might take drastically different photos and videos. Remains to be seen what direction will be taken with this upcoming phone. Galaxy S24 FE camera spider chart (Image by PhoneArena) The few proverbial flies in the ointment were the slight oversharpening with the telephoto camera and the inconsistent color science, which sometimes delivered too oversaturated colors. Video quality had room for improvement, too. All of those issues sound like they can be fixed with software and algorithm optimizations, as the hardware on board will definitely have the same potential as the Galaxy S24 FE . Overall, we are pretty optimistic about the Galaxy S25 FE's potential performance in our custom camera test, where it might perform just as well as the rest of the Galaxy S25 lineup.
