Report – All Inter Milan Stars But Italy Midfielder Fit & Ready For Last Pre-Season Friendly
Inter Milan will have all players available for the weekend's clash against Olympiacos, except for Davide Frattesi. According to FCInterNews, the Italian midfielder is the only high-profile absentee in the Nerazzurri squad. Davide Frattesi has been on the sidelines since the tail-end of last season. Indeed, he underwent abdominal surgery toward the end of July and has since been in the recovery process. However, the 25-year-old will not return to action until the opening Serie A weekend. Indeed, both players have recently returned to training, with Inter looking to offload them by the end of the summer. However, they may feature for Chivu's side against Olympiacos this weekend. Given the situation, it could prove to be the last game in the Nerazzurri shirt for both players.

Report – Inter Milan Contemplate Late Summer Bid For Olympiacos Midfielder
Inter Milan could reportedly submit a late summer offer for Olympiacos defensive midfielder Santiago Hezze. According to Greek publication Kokkinos Protathlis via FCInterNews, the Italian giants are seeing the Argentine as a last-gasp option. Despite splashing north of €75 million on new signings, Inter are not ready to pull the plug on their summer spending. Indeed, the San Siro club will try to strengthen the midfield department toward the end of the summer. Still, Cristian Chivu could make a late push to sign a new deep-lying playmaker at the end of August. Hezze has emerged as a potential solution. Despite plying his trade in the Greek championship, Hezze's stock has skyrocketed since joining Olympiacos. Indeed, the former Flamengo midfielder has gone from strength to strength at the Karaiskakis Stadium. Therefore, Inter cannot expect to sign him on favorable terms.

Report – Inter Milan Still In The Running To Sign PSG Star Amid Contract Drama
Inter Milan are reportedly still in the running to sign Gianluigi Donnarumma as his contract saga with PSG is pushing him towards an exit. This according to today's print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews. Italian international goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is under contract with Paris Saint-Germain until the end of next June. However, contract extension talks between the 26-year-old and the reigning Champions League holders haven't taken off. The Corriere della Sera report that Donnarumma has rejected PSG's most recent offer for an extension. He is still holding out for a higher fee. Therefore, it is looking as though the Parisians face a choice: cash in on Donnarumma now, or lose him on a free transfer next summer. Furthermore, the fact that PSG are set to sign Lille keeper Lucas Chevallier is a clear sign that they are prepared for the loss of Donnarumma. Report – Inter Still In The Running For Donnarumma Amid PSG Contract Drama FLORENCE, ITALY – OCTOBER 08: Gianluigi. Donnarumma of Italy looks on prior to th.e. Italy training session at Centro. Tecnico. Federale di Coverciano on October 08, 2024 in Florence, Italy. (Photo by) Considering that PSG have signed Chevallier, their plan seems clear. The Parisians have little intention of having two keepers fight for the starting spot. They've tried that with Kevin Trapp and Alphonse Areola, with Areoal and Gianluigi Buffon, and with Keylor Navas and Donnarumma himself. Therefore, it seems very clear that PSG want to sell Donnarumma this summer. If the Italian international is to leave the Parc des Princes, then the Premier League appears a likely destination. Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea would all be potential next clubs for Donnarumma. However, as the Corriere della Sera note, Inter have always been keen on Donnarumma. And if the former AC Milan keeper is to see out his contract at PSG, then the Nerazzurri could spring into action, with their penchant for big free transfer signings hardly a secret.
