'ZO&FRIENDS' reflects G-DRAGON's emotional depth and creativity, inspired by his personal life and symbols. The main character, ZOA, is based on his pet cat, Princess Zoa. The backstory for ZOA is that she was born from the clouds and is always moving in slow motion. She is a cool yet warm-hearted cloud-cat with colorful paw prints given to her by mischievous color drops, AKI and ZAKI. Her best friend A&NE is a loveable fashionista Daisy. Together, they embody the artist's intention to convey healing and comfort. These imperfect yet perfect friends embark on an enchanting journey filled with artistry. Heat concerns behind G-Dragon's decision to cancel Bangkok concert
Worries about heat conditions were a factor for K-pop star G-Dragon to drop his concert in Bangkok set for next month. Galaxy Corporation has said the cancellation of a stop in the Thai capital came after evaluating the risks of weather conditions that could pose health dangers for his fans as it would be an outdoor concert, Yonhap reported. "The health and safety of fans was the top priority in making the decision," the South Korean official news agency quoted in a statement from G-Dragon's agency. His show was planned for Aug 2 at Rajamangala National Stadium. The Thai show was to be part of his Ubermensch world tour. Thai Ticket Major had earlier announced the concert cancellation in Bangkok but said on its Facebook account only that it was due to an "unavoidable reason". Tickets for the show were not yet put on sale.

G-Dragon's agency blames Bangkok show cancellation on heat wave, fan safety concerns
Galaxy Corporation rescinds initial cancellation, says Bangkok concert is postponed instead G-Dragon's agency, Galaxy Corporation, said Friday that the decision to postpone the Bangkok stop of the singer's ongoing world tour was due to Thailand's extreme heat wave and concerns over fan safety. The announcement came a day after the agency initially called off the show without explanation, citing only 'unforeseen circumstances,' prompting backlash from fans. In a statement, the agency clarified that the 'Ubermensch' world tour performance originally scheduled for Aug. 2 at Rajamangala National Stadium, an outdoor venue in Bangkok, has been postponed rather than canceled. 'We regret to inform you that the Bangkok performance of G-Dragon's 'Ubermensch' tour, originally scheduled for Aug. 2, has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances,' Galaxy Corporation said. 'This decision was made in light of the exceptional and record-breaking heat wave affecting the region, which has resulted in numerous heatstroke cases. Given the open-air nature of the stadium, we prioritized the health and safety of our fans.' 'We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please understand that every decision was made with your safety as our top priority. Details about the rescheduled venue and date will be announced as soon as possible, taking into consideration the heat and rainy season,' the company added. No tickets had yet been sold for the concert, so refund procedures are not necessary at this time. Meanwhile, G-Dragon's fans have been staging truck protests in Yeouido, Seoul, from Tuesday to Thursday, criticizing Galaxy Corporation for poor management and disorganized handling of the artist's comeback and overseas tour. Among their complaints were short-notice announcements, vague communication and concerns over venue arrangements and tour logistics.

G-Dragon's side reveals reason for Übermensch Bangkok concert cancellation after intense fan backlash
G-Dragon's August 2 Bangkok concert Bangkok was called off with an official notice by the concert organizer AEG Presents Asia on July 10. The development came just two days after fans' protests over G-Dragon's agency's misdemeanor towards both the artist and his fans. Following fan flak regarding the Übermensch show cancellation, on July 11, the label shared the reason for the same, as reported by K-media outlet My Daily. Fan protests leading to G-Dragon's Bangkok show of Übermensch World Tour being canceled Previously, the reason for the cancellation of the Bangkok Übermensch concert was speculated to be the growing discontent of fans regarding the agency, Galaxy Corporation's alleged mismanagement of G-Dragon 's schedule. Fans sent protest trucks to the agency over claims that the concert organizers for long hours of delay in show start, unofficial entities selling show tickets, the agency's CEO having too media exposure and more. However, the real reason for the Bangkok show being called off, was something completely different, as per the latest notice. G-Dragon's agency shares why Bangkok Übermensch concert was cancelled As per Galaxy Corporation's latest notice, "The cancellation of this [Bangkok] concert was a measure taken due to the characteristics of the Rajamangala National Stadium, an outdoor concert venue, amidst a series of patients suffering from heatstroke due to the unusual and record-breaking heat waves." They explained, "This decision was made with the health and safety of fans as the top priority." They further mentioned that the alternative concert time and venue will also be announced later. However, that will be done by "taking into account the heat waves and rainy season and considering safety [of the artist and audience]." They apologized for the inconveniences that the ticket buyers might have to face. "The artist and his agency are doing their best to deliver a performance that will live up to your expectations, and are preparing to make that moment a special time that you will remember for a long time," they stated. The agency, thus, cited unfavorable weather as the basis of their decision, and avoided commenting on the mismanagement allegations.
