There were three other boxes of cookies labelled Game Over. When the raid took place on April 25, two shop assistants fled downstairs and escaped using a secret exit. The secret passage was hidden behind a panel in the basement wall which took them back up to street level. However, by moving the panel, they revealed a room which contained £80,000 worth of fake goods. The director of the store, Ahmad Yar Jan, told a court that he was happy for the goods to be destroyed by the council. The Harry Potter shop next door was also found to be selling unlicensed Hashish and White Widow CBD products. An unnamed individual linked to the wizard-themed shop, ran by 5IVESTAR Limited, appeared in court alongside Yar Jan. Many of the products which were seized had no English translation on the box, which sparked allergy fears since their contents was unknown. 'The food products here were part of a raid at two addresses on Oxford Street which have taken thousands of items worth £80,000 off the streets. 'One of these 'magic cookies' products was labelled game over – however the only game over will be for unscrupulous traders who sell illegal goods to the public." The news comes as Westminster Council has announced that reducing the huge number of sweets shops on Oxford Street is a priority. Adam Hug added: 'We have known for a long time that US candy stores rip off customers, but charging £900 for two packets of sweets is a new low, even for the unscrupulous people who run these rackets. 'Our job is to protect people who visit the West End from being exploited and continuing raids and court appearances will ensure life is sour for the rogue US sweet shop trade. 'Hopefully, the fall in the number of US candy and souvenir shops means the tide is going out on this tatty trade.'

Mai Ezz Eldin to Make Big Screen Comeback after 13-Year Hiatus
Yara Sameh Egyptian actress Mai Ezz Eldin is gearing up to make a comeback to the big screen after 13 years of absence. She made her last onscreen appearance in the 2012 film 'Game Over', which featured a starry cast that included Yousra, Ezzat Abu Ouf, Mohamed Nour,and Eman Al Sayyed. Ezz Eldin was recently seen in the romance-drama TV series " Alby We Moftaho ". The cast also stars Asser Yassin, Aida Reyad, Ashraf Abdel Baky, Samaa Ibrahem, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Diab, and more. Tamer Mohsen directed the series from a script he co-wrote with Maha El Wazir. Mediahub is the studio behind the drama. The drama consisted of 15 episodes and marked the first collaboration between Yassin and Ezz Eldin. "Alby We Moftaho" was screened during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon. Ezz Eldin, born on January 19, 1980, in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, studied sociology at the Faculty of Arts in Alexandria. In 2001, she learned that famous singer Mohamed Fouad was looking for a new face to star opposite him in his film 'Rehlet Hob' (A Love Journey), she took the risk and asked director Mounir Radi— who was a friend of the family— to introduce her to Mouhamed El Nagar the director of the film. El Nagar found in her a fresh pretty face and talent that they were searching for, in turn, he introduced her to Fouad who gave her first leading role. Ezz Eldin's second appearance was in the TV series 'Ayna Qalbi' (Where is My Heart) co-starring veteran Egyptian actress Yousra, which shot her to stardom. She boosted her career with El Sobky Production films "Kalam Mama" and the rom-com franchise 'Omar & Salma' co-starring Tamer Hosny. Her film credits also include "Farah", "Khiana Mashroaa", and "Habibi Na'eman". Hitman who killed fashion icon Maurizio Gucci shoots son in face, turns gun on self: reports
The hitman who killed fashion icon Maurizio Gucci shot his own 37-year-old son in the face and then turned the gun on himself Tuesday, according to Italian reports. Benedetto Ceraulo, 63, was hosting family at his Pisa, Italy, home for the Easter holidays when the shocking attempted filicide occurred, according to Italian newspaper La Stampa. A family argument broke out on Tuesday — which escalated when the high-fashion hitman allegedly resolved the issue by firing a small-caliber pistol into the face of Gaetano Ceraulo, Il Tirreno reported. ASSOCIATED PRESS Ceraulo then turned the pistol on himself in the front garden of the Santa Maria a Monte home in an apparent suicide attempt, according to the local reports. Despite being shot in the face, Gaetano never lost consciousness and managed to drive himself to a bar in a town in the nearby province of Valdinievole, while gushing blood. Once there, he was picked up by first responders and rushed to the hospital, according to Il Tirreno. He is currently in stable condition after receiving treatment at Felice Lotti Hospital, the outlet reported. Advertisement Meanwhile, his father, Gucci's assassin, remains in very serious condition at Cisanello Hospital in Pisa, Il Tirreno stated. Ceraulo was convicted alongside another hitman of the 1995 killing of the third-generation Italian fashion house head on orders from the doomed businessman's ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani. The high-profile assassination became fodder for Hollywood in 2021 when director Ridley Scott's 'House of Gucci' hit the silver screen — much to the dismay of Reggiani and Gucci's daughter, Allegra Gucci. Happy Gilmore 2 Release Date Reportedly Set for Adam Sandler Movie
The release date for , the much-anticipated sequel to the 1996 comedy feature Happy Gilmore, has reportedly been set. Notably, Adam Sandler and Christopher McDonald will reprise their respective roles from the first movie in the sequel, which will come out on Netflix. Deadline mentioned in a February 2025 report about Happy Gilmore 2 cast member Conor Sherry that the movie is slated to premiere on Netflix on July 25, 2025. However, no other major entertainment publication has seemingly reported on this. Netflix Tudum published an article on Happy Gilmore 2 earlier that month, and there was no mention of July 25 as the release date. Happy Gilmore came out on February 16, 1996, and was a critical and commercial hit. In 2022, conversations about a potential sequel solidified when Sandler, who plays the titular character in the movie series, expressed interest in it. McDonald, who plays Shooter McGavin, disclosed in March 2024 that the sequel was indeed happening, and Sandler had shown him a draft of its script. The project ultimately found a home at Netflix, which replaced Universal Pictures, the first movie's U.S. theatrical distributor. The screenwriting duo behind the first movie, Sandler and Tim Herlihy, also penned the script for the sequel. Kyle Newacheck, known for 2018's Game Over, Man! and 2019's Murder Mystery, helmed the project. Sandler took to Instagram on his 58th birthday (September 9, 2024) to announce that production for Happy Gilmore 2 had begun. In December, production came to an end. Previously, Sandler mentioned July 2025 as a tentative release date window for Happy Gilmore 2. Besides Sandler and McDonald, Julie Bowen and Dennis Dugan will also reprise their roles as Virginia Venit and Doug Thompson, respectively, in the sequel. Ben Stiller made an uncredited appearance in the original movie as Hal L. He is also returning for the sequel. Other cast members include Bad Bunny, Eminem, Travis Kelce, and more.
