Mom-to-be Gauahar Khan is expecting her second child and is five months pregnant. As the actress is already a mother to a son and will again embrace motherhood, Gauahar spoke in detail about her journey. In her new vlog, Gauahar recalled the heartbreaking moment of losing a baby before delivering her first child, Zehaan. She even mentioned how it was an "extremely difficult" phase and got emotional as she shared this with her fans. In her new YouTube video, Gauahar Khan opened up about her journey of motherhood. She even disclosed having a miscarriage before she conceived her first child, Zehaan. Gauahar got emotional and said, "I did have a miscarriage before Zehaan. Uss feeling ke baare mei kya hi batau. (What can I even say about that feeling?) It's impossible to describe it into any words." She added, "I did lose a pregnancy before Zehaan. It was not like pregnant hue, and I lost it (It wasn't like I just got pregnant and lost it). I lost the baby after almost 9 weeks, more than 2 months. It was extremely difficult." Gauahar Khan reflected on the experience of delivering her first child, Zehaan. She shared that she and her husband, Zaid Darbar, have chosen not to post photos of their son on social media henceforth in order to maintain her son's privacy. The winner of Bigg Boss 7 remembered working until her eighth month of pregnancy when she was pregnant with Zehaan. Gauahar explained that she conceived her son naturally and had a C-section during his delivery. She also mentioned that she has been working during her second pregnancy. In the first episode of her new show MaaaNoranjan, the actress got emotional and called out the misinformation being spread around childbirth, particularly by those who haven't experienced it firsthand. 'There was something said by a big personality recently that C-section was an easier option. I mean, what? I want to scream on top of my voice and ask 'How can you say that?'" she said passionately. Without naming anyone directly, Gauahar expressed her frustration at the myths surrounding C-sections, challenging the belief that it's an easier route. 'There are so many myths related to C-section, one of them being that it is an easier option. I don't know what to say. How can there be so much misinformation? And for a male celebrity to say that, who didn't go through a pregnancy, who didn't carry a child, who doesn't know how painful a C-section can actually be…" she added, visibly choking up while speaking. Gauahar also took the opportunity to address the misconception that childbirth method is always a matter of choice. She strongly emphasized that what matters most is the health and safety of both the mother and the baby. 'Let me just put this straight — having a normal delivery or a C-section is not in a woman's hands. Some women can deliver normally, while some cannot and it's completely natural, and if they are opting for C-section, then they are not choosing the easier route; that's just a myth," she averred. The actress, who welcomed her first child Zehaan via C-section, also opened up about how people constantly question her about her birthing method — something she finds unnecessary and intrusive. 'A lot of people ask me, mostly women, if I had a normal delivery or a C-section. I don't know why is this such a big topic to know how I delivered my baby. Both are equally tough, and both give you the same feeling of motherhood. But let me just put this chatter to rest — I had a C-section when I gave birth to Zehaan," she said, wrapping up.
