Marnie Simpson has given birth. The 33-year-old reality star - who is best known for having appeared on the MTV reality series Geordie Shore - and her husband Casey Johnson have welcomed their third child, a baby girl, into the world. Marnie - who has sons Rox, five, Oax, three, with her spouse - shared the news of their new addition on her Instagram Story, and insisted both mum and baby are "doing really well". Alongside a bed selfie, she wrote: "Baby girl is here safe and sound! We're Both doing really well and recovering. Shes so beautiful and perfect! "I feel so blessed and still feels surreal I have a daughter. Gonna enjoy this baby bubble and get back to socials once I've recovered fully. Thanks for all the amazing messages it really means so much. (sic)" Casey gushed that he is "obsessed" with his little girl and said the family is "completed". He wrote on his Instagram Story: "Thank you everyone for the lovely messages, I can't reply right now but our little girl is safe and sound and im obsessed! she's completed the family and ©marns done so well, very proud of you as always, such a strong girl who always amazes me, love you (sic)" Marnie announced her pregnancy back in February, captioning a video montage of the first scan on the app: "Here we go again …" Before the arrival of her second baby, the former Celebrity Big Brother star discovered she was expecting whilst she was filming a TV show. She said: "I was filming a TV show in September and we planned on trying after that. But during filming I had really weird symptoms. "I constantly felt sick, my gums were bleeding and I felt dizzy, but I just put it down to it being an activity-based show and the fact it was 17-hour days. "When I was away filming I was messaging Casey and I told him I felt really sick and my boobs were really hurting. I said it could be because I was running around and my muscles hadn't been used in that way before, but Casey said he thought I was pregnant. "While we were doing that show I also did a bungee jump! Everyone had to do a medical beforehand and when they took my blood pressure it was really low. My blood pressure has never been low so that was a red flag. "I told Casey and he said, 'You're definitely pregnant!' So as soon as I got back that night I did a pregnancy test and it came up with 'Pregnant' straight away. We just laughed!"

While pregnant with her second child Oax, she said: "I would not go to three. I think you've got to find the balance for yourselves." She continued: "We want to enjoy our lives as well. We've not waited too long to have kids and I feel like having two, we can give them the best life possible." She added: "I was in such a bad way mentally, emotionally and physically; I couldn't believe he even wanted to be with me. I was in such a bad way." Marnie continued: "When he asked me to marry him I was honestly shocked because I thought 'you're asking me to marry you when I'm literally at my worst? The cousin of Sophie Kasaei, who is one of the original members of the popular MTV show, added: "For him to ask me to marry him at that point I thought 'what? You're asking me to marry you when I'm this ill?' It completely shocked me. He said he loved me unconditionally and it was just a real special moment."

A star of Love Island series three is set to become a dad for the first time and has admits he 'was never a massive fan of the idea of kids' before he met his partner A former Love Island star has confirmed he is to become a dad for the first time. Eight years after finding fame on the hit ITV dating show, Jonny Mitchell is ready to enter a new phase in his life. The series three islander took to Instagram to share the exciting news with his followers in a sweet upload. He revealed he and partner SImone Engelhardt were to become parents, admitting it was getting tough to keep their news a secret. He captioned his upload: "Well.. she's getting too big to keep this a secret much longer. As Bella Ramsey would say - I'm gonna be a dad." The reality TV star added: "I don't post much personal stuff on here, but I'll make an exception for this. Anyone who knows me well, knows that I was never a massive fan of the idea of kids. "But I think it's something that you don't really feel until you have a woman in your life who you know will be an amazing mother. Which I know @engelhardtlund will be. So it's safe to say I've warmed up to the idea." He concluded: "Life has been an endless rollercoaster of unexpected twists and turns over the past decade, it's hard to imagine where we were even 5 years ago to where we are now. "And it looks like the next chapter is here right on time! Baby Mitchell coming end of the year, let's hope i can figure this whole Dad thing out." In the images, Jonny is seen beaming as he kneels down and caresses his partner's stomach as she cradles her bump. The reel of images also showed the duo enjoying trips on holiday together and enjoying date nights. Among those sending congratulatory messages were fellow Love Island alum. Adam Collard simply wrote: "Congrats mate," alongside a clapping hands emoji. Marcel Somerville also shared his delight and surprise, writing: "Ohhhh My Days!!!!! It's happening. Congratulations my bro!!!! So happy for you guys." Rykard Jenkins said: "Congratulations and blessings to you both," while Geordie Shore star James Tindale also penned: 'Get in mate buzzing for you both! Congratulations." Jonny and Simone reside in Bali after making the move in 2020. And the reality star previously said that helping dogs on the island was a "sense of duty". He said: "One of the biggest most unexpected changes I've seen in myself is my new overwhelming sense of duty towards helping dogs on this tiny little island. "And how I feel like somehow one of my higher purposes in life is to make a difference by helping more dogs that need it. I've fallen in love with Bali since I've been living out here but it doesn't excuse some of the approaches they have in relation to animal rights and how they're treated."

Holly Hagan blasts Geordie Shore and shares show regret 15 years after debut
The reality star has opened up about her regrets, years on from her MTV days, and how she thinks the show's creators could have taken better care of her on set at just 18 years old Holly Hagan was just 18 years old when she first joined the cast of Geordie Shore on MTV, and after her recent lifestyle changes and transformation, she has reflected on what she thinks could have been done differently. This week the TV star turned influencer took to Instagram to answer questions from her fans and got pretty candid with her millions of followers. Now 33 years old, Holly admits that at the time, she was "very young and naive" when first starring in the show. It was 2011 when she first appeared on our screens in what was the British version of the American hit show Jersey Shore before leaving in 2016. The MTW series was notorious for being rather messy, as it followed the daily life of youngsters living in Newcastle, partying, sleeping together and having plenty of fun. One follower asked Holly: "Do you have any regrets from Geordie Shore?" to which she responded in an open and honest Instagram story. She said: "I do regret the first night and wish someone had stepped in to stop the lads egging me on to keep downing shots." The reality star went on to explain: "I'd never even drank a Jägerbomb before that. Of course, I had my own mind and take responsibility for that, but I was very young and naive at 18 and probably could have done with some duty of care/welfare in that moment." In light of opening up to her followers, Holly answered another fan question, but this time about her family plans. Since 2022 she has been happily married to her footballer husband Jacob Blyth, with whom she shares a son, Alpha-Jax. Candid as ever, Holly shared that she had plans to expand her family with more children this year but revealed the tragic news that she suffered a miscarriage. She added: "And just because 90% of the questions are about when we're having another, and I do get constant comments like 'AJ needs a sibling', and I'm like, I KNOWW!!" Holly added that she did want to speak about it at the time of the loss but wasn't sure how to and that she didn't "want any sympathy". She added: "Just a reminder to be mindful when commenting, saying, 'When's the next?' Because how on earth would we know that?" After years of chaos on our screens, Holly found her happily ever after with her husband, whom she met back in 2017, a year after her Geordie Shore departure. The couple got engaged in 2019 during a special trip to Ibiza and tied the knot in a ceremony that featured on MTV three years ago, the very channel that helped to launch her career.
