She captioned the post with a series of emojis including a cocktail glass, coconut, stars and red love heart. The model and actress' yacht photoshoot comes after she posed completely naked for a racy bath snap before posing topless in a set of sizzling selfies. Brooklyn, a professional photographer, snapped his wife fully stretched out in a white tub with no bubble bath, the clear water giving a glimpse of her toned figure. She covered her modesty with her arm and leg, leaving her dark locks flowing into the water. Nicola went make-up free and accessorised with a single diamond bracelet. Brooklyn recently opened up to Glamour on his early plans to pop the question to Nicola, whom he married in Miami three years ago. In a rare joint interview and cover shoot with his wife, Brooklyn said: "I knew after three months that I wanted to marry her. "But because of COVID, I wanted to wait until our families could be there." Yet the chef and photographer failed to mention his parents David and Victoria by name, and claims he has now hired Prince Harry's lawyers to solve the bitter family dispute. Peltz-Beckham's respond to reports of family feud Brooklyn is allegedly embroiled in an ongoing feud with his famous family. The married couple reportedly have been keeping their distance from his family, after they failed to attend dad David's 50th birthday party. Beckham family pal Sir Elton John even stepped into the dispute as peacemaker, with Nicola and his godson Brooklyn meeting him in Cannes, as revealed in The Sun. Chef and photographer Brooklyn has continued to gush over his spouse throughout the drama - despite "cutting off brothers Cruz and Romeo" in the drama. 5 Nicola previously shared a snap of her posing in a bathtub Credit: Instagram/nicolaannepeltzbeckham 5 The couple is reportedly in a feud with Brooklyn's famous family Credit: Instagram

Teddi Mellencamp Gives New Health Update After Calling Out Her Doctors for Missing Her Melanoma Spreading
"Essentially, I haven't been feeling good for about a month, which was kind of shocking to me, and I think, mentally did a lot to me," Mellencamp said Teddi Mellencamp is providing a health update on her stage 4 cancer diagnosis. In the Wednesday, July 23 episode of her podcast Two Ts in a Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge, Mellencamp offered further details on her ongoing treatment. "Essentially, I haven't been feeling good for about a month, which was kind of shocking to me, and I think, mentally did a lot to me," she began. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 44, elaborated that she could barely open her eyes or "keep her words straight." She then revealed that she would be pausing immunotherapy treatment due to these side effects, as her team of doctors performed scans that showed her tumors were shrinking, with some "barely visible." "We're going to take a little break on the immunotherapy to get my body back feeling stronger," she said. Mellencamp also revealed that while her divorce filing from Edwin Arroyave stands, the proceedings remain on hold as she undergoes treatment. "I've never in my adult life been in a situation where I'm like, 'Gosh, I can't do this right now.' I can't stay up that extra hour and put my kid to bed tonight, I can't go to my daughter's horse show, or oh my gosh, I'm going to have to miss Cruz's practice. I've never once felt that way until recently, and it's heartbreaking," Mellencamp said of how her cancer journey has impacted her relationship with her three children, Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5. Mellencamp explained that recapping episodes of RHOBH has been difficult for her as she undergoes treatment for her brain tumor, but that she is working to "shield" herself from memory loss. She then recounted a vulnerable moment before her July 17 interview with Glamour alongside fellow RHOBH star Kyle Richards. "That day, everybody was like, 'Oh my gosh, Teddy, you look so beautiful, you look so strong, you look like you're on top of the world,' " Mellencamp said. "And I remember that day lying up in a ball before going calling Kyle and Jen and going, 'If one of you guys don't pick me up, I can't even be in a car service. I'm too embarrassed, like I'm not doing well. I can't do this today." The health update on Two Ts in a Pod comes after Mellencamp called out her doctors for not performing scans on her earlier diagnosis of stage one melanoma when a patch of the cancer was discovered on her shoulder. Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. 'I never really thought about it because I was like, 'I go to a doctor every three months. Why wouldn't they get me checked?' My highest melanoma on my shoulder was stage one. When I finally followed up on it, they were like, 'We didn't do the scans, because you didn't have anything above a stage one on your body.' But look what happened," she told Glamour. Mellencamp revealed in April that her disease progressed to stage 4, having metastasized to her brain and lungs. She has undergone surgery, radiation, and, until recently, immunotherapy, to treat the tumors. Read the original article on People

WNBA star Caitlin Clark says a kid-friendly ritual helps her manage stress
Caitlin Clark handles a high-pressure game the same way a parent might soothe a meltdown: with some calming music and a Disney movie. During an All-Star Weekend event held in Indianapolis on Saturday, the WNBA star spoke to Glamour about how she takes care of her mental and physical health as a pro athlete. Clark said that one of her favorite ways to manage stress is rewatching Disney classics. "The other day I watched 'The Parent Trap,' which literally never gets old, even though I know every single word in it," Clark, 23, said. Even though the latest season of "Love Island" was a viral hit, the basketball player says it's just not her thing. "I watched the first episode but couldn't get into it. Maybe it was too cringe for me? And it takes a lot of time — there's a new episode like every single day! I just couldn't do it." Instead of blasting hard-hitting tunes, her pre-game ritual is all about calming melodies or no music at all. The Indiana Fever player also enjoys journaling before each game, a habit that helps her clear her head and stay focused on her goal. "It makes me really intentional about what I want to accomplish and is a good reset if I'm feeling nervous or anxious about the game, to kind of wipe that away," she said. Whenever she can, Clark unwinds with a round of golf. While traveling for games, she also takes evening walks and tries new restaurants with her teammates. Being in the public eye isn't easy, and that's why she also checks in regularly with the sports psychologist on staff. "I don't just talk about things that stress me out but also the joys in my life, and that's always a good reminder and reset for me," Clark said. But her favorite tip for staying in tip-top shape? A good night's rest. "I've obviously done everything under the sun, but there's no better rest and recovery than just straight up sleeping," Clark said. As she recovers from a groin injury, she said she has come to truly understand the value of self-care. "This is the first time I haven't felt like a young body that can run around and sprint every day and just continue to do that," Clark said. "Being a professional athlete, you really have to take care of both your body and your mind — it's been a journey learning about that." As of Tuesday, Clark has missed 11 regular-season games due to various injuries, per ESPN. She never missed a game during her four years playing for the University of Iowa or during her rookie WNBA season in 2024. Clark isn't the only athlete who has spoken about the ways they cope with the pressure and take care of their health. Simone Biles said she saw her therapist ahead of the 2024 Olympic gymnastics team final, where she and her team went on to win gold. "At the beginning of the day, I started off with therapy this morning, so that was super exciting. I told her I was feeling calm and ready and that's kind of exactly what happened," Biles said to reporters after the competition. Masters champion Rory McIlroy says he overcomes performance anxiety by visualizing the worst-case scenario. "For whatever reason, imagining the worst-case scenario gave me a level of comfort because I felt like any worst-case scenario that I could bring up in my head, I'd be able to deal with," he said during an April appearance on "The Whoop Podcast."

Scheana Shay reveals husband Brock Davies cheated on her while she was pregnant
Scheana Shay revealed her husband, Brock Davies, cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter, Summer Moon. The 'Vanderpump Rules' star said Davies admitted to his affair around the time he was rumored to be sleeping with her former co-star Raquel Leviss in 2023, according to an excerpt from her upcoming memoir, 'My Good Side,' and obtained by Glamour. She explained that, after an 'amazing day' with her family, they sat down to watch the latest episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey,' before he asked her to 'put down the remote.' 'Brock said that with all of the fake news being published, he was afraid that something that actually was true might surface, and it was best that I heard it directly from him,' she wrote, referencing the rumors surrounding his friendship with Leviss. 'My whole body froze, and I remained in a state of paralyzed shock as he confessed that he'd cheated on me two years prior, when we were living in San Diego during the [COVID-19] pandemic, while I was pregnant with Summer. '… As I sat there, feeling completely sick to my stomach, he admitted that — at the time — he was scared about being a father again, specifically about whether he even deserved to be, and he chose to deal with it by sleeping with someone else. 'I use the word 'chose' because it was very much a conscious decision. No one twisted his arm or dragged him into bed.' Shay, 40, described feeling a 'deep fury bubbling inside of [her]' that she 'couldn't release,' saying that she avoided screaming to avoid waking up their daughter. 'Our daughter,' she said. 'His baby, whom I'd been carrying while he was in bed with another woman. I stood up and started pacing back and forth, fuming, and feeling like I might throw up.' However, the Bravolebrity lost control of her emotions and slapped Davies across the face before throwing a Rubik's cube at him, 'which he dodged.' According to Davies, the woman he cheated with was someone he had known before dating Shay and had recently reconnected with. Shay described not understanding how he cheated on her because he had shared his location with her. However, she found out that he had a second cell phone for his gym business, which became the main communication line between him and the other woman. That same night, Davies handed Shay a letter he had written in 2022 — a year before he confessed — where he revealed how many times he and the woman had slept together and the places they had intercourse. Davies, who has two children from a previous marriage, wrote the letter after 'he realized he was throwing his second chance at a family away by stepping out.' He also 'swore to himself that he would never betray [Shay] again.' 'Once I'd read it, that was more than enough,' Shay continued. 'I told him to immediately toss it into the fire. I never wanted to set eyes on those words again.' Before giving birth to Summer in April 2021, Shay experienced a miscarriage the prior year. The couple, who got engaged in 2021, secretly tied the knot in 2022 before hosting a larger celebration in Mexico the following year. 'My Good Side,' which also touches on Shay's affair with Eddie Cibriani while he was married to Brandi Glanville, is available for purchase on July 22. Solve the daily Crossword
