Kerry Katona goes solo as she lands new job without Katie Price amid tour chaos
Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has landed a huge new job amid her on and off tour with best pal Katie Price as they've been hit with cancellations and scheduling woes Kerry Katona hasn't let her pal Katie Price get in the way of her heading out on the road, as she secures a new lucrative deal. The former Atomic Kitten star, 44, suffered a setback when her scheduled appearance with the former glamour model, 47, was cancelled at the last minute. They also revealed they would be travelling the country on a mammoth tour, stopping off at over 30 towns before it was cancelled. However, Katie and Kerry managed to revive their shows as just weeks later they confirmed it was back on. While their tour looks set to happen, Kerry has secured another all on her own. Without needing to rely on mate Katie, Kerry is set to spend two months on the stage as part of the cast of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. The theatre show of the hit movie will travel across the UK in June and July next year as Kerry takes centre stage. Kerry's agency confirmed the exciting project as they said: "Our client @kerrykatona7 will be touring in the musical Here We Go Again in June and July 2026 across the U.K. and Ireland." Her celebrity pals have already signed up to support her when the tour kicks off as Love Island's Olivia Hawkins commented: "Yessssss finally! Superstar! Ready to be front row." The news comes as Kerry has faced uncertainty over her performances with Katie. This past weekend, Katie pulled out of Glasgow Pride due to "another urgent obligation." It came just weeks after she and Kerry pulled out of Barnsley Pride due to "unforeseen circumstances" and "personal reasons." Back in May, Katie and Kerry also cancelled their entire "tell-all" tour, which had been scheduled to visit venues around the UK. An Evening With Katie Price & Kerry Katona was given the axe when Katie was reportedly prevented from committing due to her "busy schedule." A source told The Sun: "Katie is gutted and tried everything she could to make it work, but she has had to step away from the tour because she has childcare commitments and also a very busy schedule." However, the tour is now back on and the shows will go ahead as originally planned. A source added to the publication: 'For the last few weeks, the team putting this together have been in crisis talks with Katie's people and they've managed to find a solution that suits everyone. "Some of the dates will be rescheduled to fit around Katie's childcare clashes, meaning she is back in. Everyone behind the scenes is thrilled because it would have been a financial nightmare to pay back all the tickets that had been re-sold. "Katie and Kerry are chuffed too as they didn't want to let any fans down.' Their show will kick off in September in Ellsmere Port and end the following month in Hull. The pals plan to "share stories of their friendship, marriage and divorce, bankruptcy, 'I'm A Celebrity', the importance of family, their constant press attention and turning their lives around."

The glamour icon, 47, has been sunning herself on a number of jaunts recently and made the most of the gorgeous weather in the Middle East. Sporting a tiny patterned turquoise bikini, the mum-of-five showcased her epic collection of tattoos, sporting pink Christian Dior sliders and a bright yellow manicure. Dubai, of course, is devoutly Muslim and t ourists are advised to dress modestly during their time there so they respect the local culture. Responding to her dress, one fan quipped on FaceBook: "I didn't realise in Dubai you could walk around like that I always thought Dubai had a strict clothes policy. I must have got that wrong !" Meanwhile, another fumed: "You'd be arrested for wearing that in dubai." And a third added: "That outfit is totally disrespectful!! She is totally underdressed. Respect the country you're in." A fifth also claimed she was risking arrest, writing: "She'll be arrested going out in dubai dressed like that!!" And another agreed, musing: "Don't think that's appropriate for Dubai could end up in jail." Her trip came just days after she was papped on another sun-kissed holiday, partying in Ibiza. The mum-of-five was spotted alongside perennial partyer, Wayne Lineker. as they soaked up the Spanish sun on the island. Katie had been due to attend Glasgow Pride on Saturday, July 19, but backed out of the event due to "another urgent obligation." The Free to Love star was slated to appear alongside headliners Miriana Conte, Subwoolfer, Kelly Llorenna and Karen Dunbar at the bash. See 6 pictures from this year's Glasgow Pride march
Despite weather warnings, the country's largest city was awash with vibrant colour as attendees marched from Kelvingrove to the Barrowlands, where a free festival was held afterwards. Amongst the marchers was Still Game's Greg Hemphill, as well as hosts Bev Lyons, Miss Bella Houston, Lee Cammy and Garry King. (Image: Craig McConnell/Catching Light Photography)One TikTok user posted a clip of Hemphill waving a pride flag with an audio from an infamous episode of Still Game, where Isa says "Jack and Victor are gay, I saw it with my own eyes". Though Katie Price, one of the main acts who was set to perform at the event, pulled out at the last minute, entertainment included comedian Karen Dunbar, Eurovision acts including Subwoolfer and Miriana Conte, as well as dance musician Kelly Llorenna. (Image: Craig McConnell/Catching Light Photography) Amid a scaling back of transgender rights, attendees still marched with pride despite comments from Kate Barker, chief executive of LGB Alliance, who said Pride had "become hijacked by gender identity ideology". (Image: Craig McConnell/Catching Light Photography)With Pride having started as a political protest, that spirit was still alive in Glasgow as marchers showed solidarity with Palestinians (above). In May, a row broke out over Glasgow Pride working with organisations such as JP Morgan Chase, who have a presence in Israel. Campaign group No Pride In Genocide criticised the move whilst urging Glasgow Pride to express "solidarity" with the "most marginalised in our community, with a focus on trans rights". In response, the company highlighted that Saturday's event had "no sponsors", that it 'actively support[s]' trans people and said it would 'fight for their safety and rights". (Image: Craig McConnell/Catching Light Photography) This year's march had a number of high-profile corporate partners, including First Bus (pictured above), Tesco, Sky and Auchentoshan Distillery.
