Made by Google on August 20: What to expect from Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Watch 4
Promotional materials for the anticipated Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold foldable smartphone and Pixel Watch 4 have reportedly surfaced online. According to a report by 9To5Google, the leaked marketing assets showcase the devices from various angles and highlight new features, including Gemini AI integration on the Pixel Watch 4. For the uninitiated, Google is set to host its annual Made by Google event on August 20, where the company is expected to launch its Pixel 10 series smartphones. The Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a are also likely to debut at the event. Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold: What to expect According to the report, the marketing material offers a closer look at the design of Google's next-generation book-style foldable smartphone. The images show the Pixel 10 Pro Fold in the same grey-blue colour that Google previously previewed for the Pixel 10 Pro. This new colourway is expected to be called 'Moonstone.' Design-wise, the foldable appears similar to its predecessor, featuring a floating camera island that houses a triple-camera setup. The cover display is expected to be slightly larger, likely due to slimmer bezels. Google may also introduce changes to the hinge mechanism to improve durability. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to be powered by the next-generation Tensor G5 chip, which is likely to power the entire Pixel 10 series. Built on TSMC's 3nm process, the new chip is expected to deliver improvements in both performance and efficiency, along with a custom image signal processor (ISP) for enhanced photo and video quality. In terms of cameras, the foldable is rumoured to use the main sensor from the Pixel 9a, instead of the Pixel 9 sensor found in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Additionally, the device is expected to support Qi2 magnetic wireless charging, along with support for custom accessories that Google will likely brand as 'Pixelsnap.' Google Pixel Watch 4: What to expect The Pixel Watch 4 is also expected to retain the overall design language of its predecessor, but with a notable hardware change: its charging contacts will now be placed on the left side instead of the back. The images show a side-mounted magnetic charging pin, likely meant to work with a redesigned charger. According to 9To5Google, this new charger will be called the 'Quick Charge Dock' and will support up to 25 per cent faster charging. The report also mentions that the Pixel Watch 4 will feature a new 'Actua 360' display, which is expected to be slightly larger and capable of reaching 3,000 nits of brightness. The smartwatch will also include dual-frequency GPS for more accurate location tracking, particularly in dense urban areas. On the software front, the Pixel Watch 4 will come with built-in Gemini AI. According to the leaked marketing copy, the integration will allow users to 'raise your wrist for quick AI assistant responses and personalized help,' and to 'keep the conversation going with AI text suggestions that sound like you.'

Google is preparing to introduce its Pixel 10 lineup at the 'Made by Google' event on August 20. The series will include the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Days before the official unveiling, what seems to be promotional materials for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel Watch 4 have surfaced online. All three devices in the leaked content feature a Moonstone colour finish. Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel Watch 4 have appeared in leaked ads ahead of official launch.(Google ) Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold: Design (Leaked) The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold has been in the spotlight recently, following reports that its sales will start more than a month after its announcement. Despite this delay, the leaked promotional video and images provide a detailed view of the foldable phone. Shared by a reliable leaker, Evan Blass on X, the material shows the device opening to reveal its inner display with a camera cutout. The bezels around the display remain noticeable, and when folded, the device retains a small gap near the hinge, a design aspect similar to the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold. This gap is reportedly smaller than the one on Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 6. While the video showcases the phone's design, most of its features have already been disclosed in earlier leaks. On the other hand, the Pixel Watch 4 promotional clip also offers a close look at its circular dial, a right-side control knob, and an additional button above it. The strap, which matches the Moonstone theme, is made of rubber. The package, priced at $239 (around Rs. 20,915), includes 2 TB of cloud storage. Google on Monday (August 4, 2025) revealed the launch date of the Pixel 10 series through its X account. The Alphabet-owned big tech company also mocked its rival Apple for delaying the full-fledged launch of Apple Intelligence in iPhones. 'If you buy a new phone because of a feature that's coming soon but it's been coming soon for a full year, you could change your definition of 'soon' or you could just change your phone,' shared @madebyGoogle handle. It further says, 'Get outside your comfort phone'. The Google Store page in India says that Google Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL phones are coming. However, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is also expected. The teaser showcases the Pixel 9 series design language coming in Pixel 10 devices with a protruding visor in a metallic and polished back. Being Google's own phones, the Pixel 10 series is most likely to run Android 16 out of the box in every region possible. Meanwhile, Google Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL will succeed the Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL. The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is going to be their second foldable phone in India. Google uses its own silicon in the Pixel phones and Pixel 10 series is likely to get the Tensor G5 processor in all the phones. A custom Titan chip is also expected to security. Display wise, the Pixel 10 series is not going to see any major alteration in display sizes. Google might use the same 6.3 (Pixel 10), 6.3 (Pixel 10 Pro) and 6.8 inches (Pixel 10 Pro XL) screens. Perhaps, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold could see a change in cover display going up to 6.5 inches. A minimum of 5,000 mAh battery is also on the cards among Pixel 10 series. Major optical changes is least expected in the upcoming series. The Google Pixel 10 series launches on August 20 in global markets and for India, the arrival has been scheduled for August 21. They are likely to sell on Flipkart, Reliance Digital and Croma here. A microsite has already been created for the launch on Google Store page for notification.
