Huge girlband formed by Simon Cowell set to reunite seven years after bitter split – but one member WON'T be back

A HUGE girlband formed by Simon Cowell is set to reunite after seven years - but one member won't be back. After the show, they had a hugely successful career and won numerous awards, thanks to tracks such as Boss and Worth It. The band announced an indefinite hiatus back in 2018 - but could soon be making a big comeback. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the beloved group is in talks to reunite. They continued: "We are all very excited and grateful to be able to take this time to learn and grow creatively and really find our footing as individuals. "In doing this we are allowing ourselves to gain new experiences, strengths and perspectives that we can bring back to our Fifth Harmony family."d Bruno Mars' four sisters already formed a group called The Lylas. Huge 00s girl group reuniting in 2026 'without one key member'

A chart-topping 00's girl band is set to make a grand return, however, one fan favourite member will continue to pursue her solo career. Fifth Harmony fans are ecstatic as a reunion is officially in the works, but it's happening without original member Camila Cabello. The girl group, originally formed on The X Factor USA in 2012, is reportedly planning a major comeback for 2026, nearly a decade after the release of their iconic album 7/27. Camila, who left the group in 2016 to pursue a solo career, is not expected to take part in the reunion. Instead, the plans are centred around the remaining four members – Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane – who are said to be actively involved in discussions about a tour and new content for fans. It has been revealed that the comeback is being planned to coincide with the 10-year anniversary of 7/27, which included some of the group's biggest hits like Work From Home and That's My Girl. The group went on indefinite hiatus in 2018 after continuing as a four-piece following Cabello's exit, with each member pursuing solo ventures in music, acting, and other creative projects. Harmonizers took to X to express their feelings on the long-awaited return of the American girl band. Evidently, fans were disappointed to see that it was looking more like a fourth harmony reunion as Camila is not rumoured to return. One X user, @bloodylikeabody, stated, ' WE DON'T WANT IT WITHOUT CAMILA.' 'Then it won't make as much noise. It's not a true reunion without Camila…' @arianaunext said. However it was not all doom and gloom as many fans were excited to see the four girls come back together. One Fifth Harmony fan was thrilled with the news, @sanjayvatts, 'Wow, Fifth Harmony reuniting without Camila is big news! Excited for their tour and that documentary -can't wait to see what they've been working on. #5HReunion' Now, they are said to be working with Ally's husband, music executive Will Bracey, to coordinate their return to the spotlight. The reunion is expected to feature a global tour as well as a behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling their journey back together and the evolution of Fifth Harmony since their time on reality TV. More Trending While Camila's absence may disappoint some longtime Harmonizers, others are thrilled to see the remaining members come together once again. Sources close to the group have hinted that the vibe among the four is positive and collaborative, with the reunion aiming to celebrate how far they've come individually and collectively. Although no official dates have been confirmed yet, 2026 is shaping up to be a nostalgic year for pop fans as Fifth Harmony prepares to take centre stage once more. Got a story?
