Victoria Beckham shares daughter Harper Seven's go-to blusher from her beauty line
Victoria Beckham's beauty line is just as much a hit with her family as it is with fans, as daughter Harper Seven shows how to use her water tint blusher for a natural glow It's no secret that ever since she launched her eponymous beauty line, Victoria Beckham 's makeup has been a huge hit with fans. Everything from the creamy eyeliners (a firm favourite of Claudia Winkleman) to the perfume range inspired by her and David Beckham 's love stories have racked up countless fans, and it seems even her family love wearing her products. Recently Victoria shared a video of their daughter Harper Seven trying out one of Victoria Beckham Beauty's latest launches, her Colour Wash Blush Water Tint (£44) which is perfect for getting that natural-looking flush for summer. In the Instagram video, Harper showed how to apply the liquid blusher, with fans praising the look saying: 'Thank you for showing how teens can wear so little makeup and look natural.' The Colour Wash Blush Water Tint has an unusual water-like formula that is applied with a pipette and soaks into the skin, giving a natural-looking flush that looks like it comes from within. It's easy to blend, with Harper only using her fingers to dab the blush into her cheeks, nose and eyelids, as well as using it as a subtle lip tint. Despite its lightweight liquid formula, it's a slow setting stain which gives you plenty of time to blend it in and apply it exactly where you want it. Once it's settled into your skin, though, it has a long-lasting wear time that doesn't fade or smudge. To use the Colour Wash Blush Water Tint, you simply press the top of the bottle to release formula into the pipette, before dotting the metal-tipped dropper exactly where you want the colour to sit. Then use your fingers or a brush to blend, with the product working just as well on clean, bare skin as it does over the top of other makeup products. Harper opted for the shade Flushed, which is a sheer red and Victoria's go-to signature shade. However you can also pick up two other shades, including a brighter coral and a deep berry mauve colour. The blusher has a similar formula to the iconic Benefit Benetint Lip And Cheek Stain, which you can pick up for £22.50, albeit with a slightly thinner texture. If you prefer something slightly denser, the Saie Dew Blush (£22) combines blusher and highlighter for a glowy, sheer wash of colour. Alternatively, the Glossier Cloud Paint Gel Cream Blush (also £22) has thicker cream-like texture with a sheer finish, strong colour pay off and nine different shades to choose from. David Beckham had a bit of a hair disaster at the weekend, with the star accidentally giving himself a bald spot after the head fell off his clippers partway through a trim. THE Beckham family have wished Harper a happy birthday - amid fears big brother Brooklyn will swerve her party as the ongoing family feud rumbles on. David and Victoria Beckham 's only daughter has turned 14 today, and her family have taken to social media to send special messages to the adored teenager. 8 8 8 8 Sharing a slew of sweet snaps, proud mum Victoria wrote: "Happy 14th Birthday Harper Seven - Happy birthday to my world!! "You are my everything and I'm so proud of the strong, confident, kind and talented young lady you are becoming. "You're my best friend and I'm so lucky I get to be your mummy. We love you so so much #HarperSeven!! Enjoy your special day!! ❤️ Kisses." Victoria tagged her husband David into the post, which included an adorable photo of him and his daughter on a motorbike. Other pictures included a sweet selfie of Posh with her only daughter, as well as plenty of adorable photos of Harper growing up over the years. The teen's brother Romeo, 22, also shared a cute picture with his sister. There are fears that Harper's eldest brother Brooklyn will swerve her birthday celebrations today. In May, sources told The Sun that the Beckhams were hoping that Harper's 14th birthday could help heal the rift. At the time the source said they were hoping the feud will be resolved by then. As well as David's big bash, Brooklyn was also absent from the pre-birthday fishing trip with his sons Cruz and Romeo, an intimate dinner at their Cotswolds home and his star-studded soiree in London. The truth behind Harper Beckham's birthday at Buckingham Palace and David Beckham's close relationship with the Royal Family
While best known for his football career and marriage to Posh Spice, David Beckham has long described himself as a 'huge royalist'. The former England captain, who was appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2003, first struck up a friendship with William and Harry in the 1990s and attended both of their weddings. And after years of developing a close bond with the Firm - even queueing to see the late Queen lie in state - he was awarded a knighthood as part of the King Charles 's Birthday Honours List earlier this year. With royal connections and money being no object, it seems only natural the Beckhams would spare no expense for their childrens' parties. Today, David and Victoria Beckham 's youngest child, Harper Seven, turns 14. While the teenager is unlikely to want a princess-themed party this year, eight years ago she was treated to an afternoon tea party of a lifetime by Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York. Back in 2017 when six-year-old Harper was enrolled in a top London Stage school attended by Pixie Lott and Louise Redknapp, the Beckhams made headlines for sharing photos of their daughter dressed as Princess Elsa from Frozen joined by a group of friends inside Buckingham Palace. Details of the supposedly private tea party were kept secret on the day until David and Victoria posted a series of photos on Instagram days later, much to the royals' dismay. The 'indiscreet' publication of the pictures which showed the children enjoying the run of the royal residence caused frustration at the Palace. One image was taken by the former footballer inside Andrew's private office with Princess Eugenie. Eugenie can be seen kneeling down with her arms around two of Harper's five friends who were invited to the Palace. Underneath the picture, David wrote: 'Lucky Harper meeting a real life princess at the Palace.' A third photograph shows Harper on her own, holding a red balloon in the Palace's central quadrangle, with the message from mother Victoria: 'Our little birthday princess x Kisses.' As the pictures went viral - being viewed several million times within hours - both the Beckhams and Buckingham Palace came under fire online. One critic wrote: 'If you have enough money you can buy anything!!' Another said: 'Is this a new commercial venture by the Royal Family or do all little princesses now get an invite?' This was not the only posh party held for David Beckham's daughter. 'The Palace is the venue for glittering state occasions but when it is used – or misused like this – surely the public is entitled to know how it came about, who organised it, was money paid and why it is only open to rich and famous ex-footballers.' David posted a further post after the party adding: 'One last picture of the birthday girl. 'Just to be clear this wasn't the Palace opening the gates for Harper's birthday party, this was a tea party where us and other guests were invited, so it was a beautiful thing to do with my mum, Harper plus a few school friends... We were honoured to be able to be there...' Asked to explain why the tea party was held, a Buckingham Palace spokesman at the time confirmed the 'private' event. He said: 'From time to time members of the Royal Family who reside at royal residences invite guests to visit privately.' And sources fear Harper could be 'collateral damage' should they fail to acknowledge her birthday celebration as the feud with her parents escalates. An insider told The Mirror: 'Harper's been particularly affected by what's going on because she's always been really close to Brooklyn. 'They've always had a lovely bond because Brooklyn was that bit older when Harper was born and the hope when Brooklyn married Nicola was that she'd become like a big sister to Harper in a house full of brothers. 'But obviously that hasn't happened and it's potentially going to be heartbreaking for Harper if Brooklyn doesn't show up for her on her birthday. Despite the apparent olive branch, insiders believe Brooklyn will not be in attendance for Harper's birthday. The source added: 'He took a stand and missed his dad's 50th so he's not likely to suddenly do a U-turn and forget everything that's happened, as much as he loves Harper. 'But if he did, it could be a much-needed olive branch to start repairing things. An end to the family drama would be the best birthday present Harper - and her parents - could ask for.'
