Egypt: Heliopolis Housing's profits fall 36.1% YoY in Q1 2025
Arab Finance: Heliopolis Housing and Development logged net profits after tax worth EGP 478.056 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, an annual drop of 36.12% from EGP 748.465 million, the financial results showed. Basic earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 0.36 in Q1 2025 from EGP 0.56 in Q1 2024. The company generated revenues amounting to EGP 530.825 million at the end of March 2025, up year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 239.688 million. Egypt:Heliopolis Housing sees 67.2% YoY lower profits in 2024
Arab Finance: Heliopolis Housing and Development recorded 67.218% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits after tax at EGP 2.559 billion in 2024, according to the financial results. The generated net profits were compared with EGP 7.808 billion in 2023. Earnings per share (EPS) dropped to EGP 1.92 last year from EGP 5.85 at the end of December 2023. The operating revenues also shrank to EGP 1.055 billion from EGP 15.620 billion.
