Jennifer Lopez has gotten to work on a big project. The 55-year-old singer is giving a 'sexy glow up' to her new $21M nest that she snapped up in February after finalizing her divorce from husband of two years Ben Affleck. The over 10K-square-foot mansion is located in the gated Hidden Hills, California community where friends Kim and Khloe Kardashian as well as Kylie and Kris Jenner reside. 'Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction,' an insider told 'She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.' But this is business as usual for the Unstoppable actress. 'Jennifer renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own,' added the friend. Jennifer Lopez has gotten to work on a big project. The 55-year-old singer is giving a 'sexy glow up' to her new $21M nest that she snapped up in February after finalizing her divorce from husband of two years Ben Affleck; seen on Monday in Las Vegas 'She has great style so she makes everything better. And she had very specific ideas for this place. Jennifer wants it light, bright and flirty,' said the source. It will be a great pad to enjoy the summer months, though she will be out of town often. Lopez's Up All Night: Live in 2025 summer tour will feature shows across Europe and beyond, beginning on July 4 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and concluding on August 7 in Istanbul, Turkey. She will also be performing in Las Vegas, where she used to have a residency. Her 56th birthday falls on July 24. The home celebrates her new life as a single woman after a painful split from Ben. The property is an hour drive from Affleck 's home in the Brentwood area, near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. earlier reported the single mother to twins Max and Emme moved for peace of mind. 'Jennifer wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and have a more relaxed home life in Hidden Hills,' said the source. 'It has nothing to do with getting away from Ben and his family and Jennifer and their kids. She is OK with them. It is about being in a more relaxed environment.' It also helps that the security is tops. 'She bought a home in a gated community where there is security personnel and cameras everywhere, it's extremely safe. This way she doesn't have to worry if Max rides his bicycle down a street or if Emme goes for a walk with a friend.' 'Jennifer wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and have a more relaxed home life in Hidden Hills,' said the source. 'It has nothing to do with getting away from Ben and his family. It is about being in a more relaxed environment.'(seen in January 2024) Jennifer has lived in the area before. In 2001 she had a house in Calabasas when she was wed to Cris Judd. This new house is quite the beauty. The sprawling 2.5-acre estate features a 10,046-square-foot main house, along with a barn, stables, a riding arena, a guest house, and a pool. For added luxury, the home boasts a private theater, a chef's kitchen, and a fully equipped gym. The property also has a touch of Hollywood history, having once been owned by John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival, who purchased it from Sylvester Stallone before selling it to Lopez. Meanwhile, Lopez and Affleck are still struggling to sell their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased in May 2023. Initially attempting an off-market sale, they later publicly listed the 38,000-square-foot mansion for $68 million in July. Known as Crestview Manor, the lavish estate includes a 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom main house, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a caretaker's house, and a 12-car garage. The property also boasts a home bar, gym, sports lounge, boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, and parking for up to 80 vehicles. The former couple accepted a $64 million offer from a New Jersey buyer, but the deal fell through in September, leaving the mansion back on the market as of December 5. TMZ reported that while the buyers remain 'interested,' the home remains unsold. A source told PEOPLE that Lopez and Affleck weren't fully aligned when they bought the house. 'The $68 million mansion was Ben's idea and a major compromise for her,' the insider revealed, noting that its expansive layout was ideal for their blended family. However, Lopez reportedly preferred a more romantic, European- inspired aesthetic, while Affleck soon found the home's location inconvenient for his Brentwood-based life and children. After months of speculation about their crumbling marriage, Lopez filed for divorce in August, citing April 26, 2024, as their date of separation. Affleck moved into a $20 million Brentwood home in September, placing him closer to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three children. Lopez and Affleck's rekindled romance, which began in 2021 after 17 years apart, saw them wed in a whirlwind Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022, followed by a star-studded celebration at Affleck's Georgia estate. Last month Affleck shed some light on the breakdown of his marriage to Lopez and his relationship with first wife Garner in a candid chat with British GQ. Affleck has insisted there was 'no scandal, no soap opera, no intrigue' that caused their breakup. Admitting why he doesn't like to dwell too much on the split in interviews, he said that it wasn't a blame game but 'the reason I don't want to share that is just sort of embarrassing. It feels vulnerable.' Affleck also addressed his participation in the documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told - part three of his wife's $20 million media homage to their romance. Fans were quick to point out how disinterested he looked in the doc - where he openly said he felt 'uncomfortable' on camera and revealed he 'found their privacy sacred'. Doubling down on his remarks, Affleck explained: 'Part of it was, 'OK, if I'm going to participate in this, I want to try to do it in an honest way and in a way that's interesting.' Because I thought it was an interesting examination.' Addressing the difference in their approach to fame, he continued: 'My temperament is to be a little bit more reserved and private than hers. 'As happens in relationships, you don't always have the same attitude towards these things. 'And so I thought, "Oh, this is interesting because how do you reconcile that?" Because exactly what you said is true. I love and support this person. I believe in them. They're great. I want people to see that... You've got to own what you knew going into any relationship.' Clarifying that he 'has a lot of respect' for Lopez, the Oscar-winning actor added that fans would do well not to read too much into their documentary. He mused: 'I think it's important to say that wasn't the cause of some major fracture. It's not like you can watch that documentary and go, 'Oh, now I understand the issues that these two had.''

Matthew Stafford Bought These Two Hidden Hills Homes From Drake — Now He's Trying to Sell Both
Benzinga and Yahoo Finance LLC may earn commission or revenue on some items through the links below. In 2022, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford purchased two Hidden Hills homes from rapper Drake. Stafford briefly tried to sell them in 2024, but now the neighboring properties are back on the market. Michelle Graci at The Beverly Hills Estates holds the listings. Drake used to own three Hidden Hills properties, including the two for sale, that made up the "YOLO Estate." He originally listed all three together as one sale, but they ended up being two separate transactions with Stafford taking the smaller two properties. Both properties are ranch-style homes. The first is listed just under $7 million and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on two acres and is filled with mature pine, pomegranate, citrus and other types of trees. As if Hidden Hills wasn't private and quiet enough, this home is at the end of a cul-de-sac. It certainly has a rustic touch with vaulted and exposed beam ceilings and an antique brick fireplace in the living room. The backyard features a private horse trail, so you can ride in peace. The second property is a bit cheaper, listed at just under $6.5 million. However, it has more living space than first – 3,645 square feet vs. 2,449 square feet. With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, it has more rooms to accommodate a larger family or guests. Also sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac, it has high ceilings and fireplaces throughout the interior and a heated pool and lounge in the exterior. There's an 800-square-foot guest house and pool house in the backyard. You could take a page from Drake's book and create your own estate by snagging both properties. Putting these two ranches up for sale doesn't mean that Stafford is leaving Hidden Hills, though. As detailed on Zillow, the NFL star purchased an eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom Hidden Hills home featuring a vineyard in the backyard in 2022 for $10.5 million — $2 million less than the original asking price. Stafford also purchased a nine-bedroom, 12-bathroom Hidden Hills mansion once owned by singer Jennifer Lopez for $28.15 million in 2023, according to Zillow. So, he's still certainly in the area. Take a look inside Kris Jenner's $13.5m California mansion with eight bathrooms listed for sale
The former California home of TV personality Kris Jenner remains on the market. Tomer Fridman - founder of The Fridman Group - who is listing the property, told This is Money the family purchased the home 15 years ago for $4million. The property featured heavily in former episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The family's reality show was filmed in the house for multiple seasons over its run on the E! network, but it has been empty since the family grew up and started moving to nearby Calabasas to buy their own mansions. The Hidden Hills mansion is on the market in the US for $13,500,000 and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The new owner will have 8,860 sq. ft. of living space to play with on the sprawling 1.5 acre plot. Tomer told This is Money: 'Over the years, the house underwent a remarkable evolution in taste and style, something viewers witnessed season to season during its time on air. 'Every detail, down to the fireplaces, reflects the owners' personal touch. What's most striking is how authentically they lived in the space, this wasn't just a house, it was truly their home.' On entering the property, there is a bespoke double staircase in a foyer, setting the tone for the luxury within. The main bedroom suite comes complete with a fireplace, wet bar, spa-like bath with steam shower, private gym and a balcony overlooking the estate. Another unique feature of the house it that is has an in-built frozen yoghurt machine. 'The home was designed for living: and yes the iconic frozen-yogurt machine in the kitchen is still there, ready for the next family to enjoy', Fridman said. Jenner also had an office space built into the property. The house also comes with a butler's pantry, a swimming pool and spa area, where the Kardashians frequently held parties on the hit TV show. 'With towering trees and thoughtful screening, it feels like your own private paradise' Fridman said. Let there be light: The property is packed with tall windows letting in all the light Cheers: A bar area in Kris Jenner's former home now on sale Light's, camera and action: One of the eight bedrooms in the house When the family decided to sell up they brought in Ryan Saghian to inject the space contemporary look. Saghian introduced soft neutral paints, updated the light fixtures and curated a bespoke furniture collection, all of which is available for purchase. Viewings are restricted and prospective buyers are vetted before they can take a look inside. Fridman told This is Money: 'Given the home's significance in pop-culture history and the level of fanfare surrounding it, we're exceptionally mindful about who tours the property. 'Every prospective buyer is thoroughly vetted; proof of funds, genuine intent, and a deep appreciation for the home's legacy are non-negotiables. 'This is about finding the right steward for a truly iconic property. 'So far, everyone who's walked through the door has been not only qualified but intimately familiar with the home's story.' How to find a new mortgage Borrowers who need a mortgage because their current fixed rate deal is ending, or they are buying a home, should explore their options as soon as possible. Quick mortgage finder links with This is Money's partner L&C > Mortgage rates calculator > Find the right mortgage for you What if I need to remortgage? Borrowers should compare rates, speak to a mortgage broker and be prepared to act. Homeowners can lock in to a new deal six to nine months in advance, often with no obligation to take it. Most mortgage deals allow fees to be added to the loan and only be charged when it is taken out. This means borrowers can secure a rate without paying expensive arrangement fees. Keep in mind that by doing this and not clearing the fee on completion, interest will be paid on the fee amount over the entire term of the loan, so this may not be the best option for everyone. What if I am buying a home? Those with home purchases agreed should also aim to secure rates as soon as possible, so they know exactly what their monthly payments will be. Buyers should avoid overstretching and be aware that house prices may fall, as higher mortgage rates limit people's borrowing ability and buying power. Khloé Kardashian shares long-awaited pantry tour
Khloé Kardashian gave an in-depth tour of her $17 million ($26 million AUD) mansion's immaculately organised walk-in pantry. 'Welcome to my crib, my pantry crib,' the Good American co-founder said in a video posted to her YouTube channel Monday, adding that she has been getting requests to give a tour for years. 'This is where all the magic happens,' she joked. Kardashian, 40, transformed one of her Hidden Hills, California, garages into a pantry because she ran out of space in her original food storage closet. 'I wanted it to look a little farmer's market-y (and) beautiful,' she said of the design concept. The bottom shelves are filled with family-sized bags of chips and other snacks, including her newly launched Khloud popcorn brand, organised in wooden crates. The Kardashians star — who shares daughter True, seven, and son Tatum, two, with ex-partner Tristan Thompson — explained that she keeps the snacks on the bottom shelves because her 'kids are little and shorter, so (she wants) them to be able to grab and go'. 'The higher we get, the more adult-y we get,' she said, listing off condiments like olives for her mum Kris Jenner's beloved martinis. Above that, Kardashian keeps glass containers with steel lids filled with various noshes, while the shelves above are used for 'back stock' and the highest ones store her fragile glass cake trays for 'all the fun, good stuff'. The reality TV star sections out her food containers by category, with one being for healthy items. She also shared that she likes to use a label maker to note a food's expiration date since she removes the products from their original boxes. 'We do a pantry restock, re-fluff, when need be,' she said. Kardashian opts for lazy Suzans from CB2 to organise her canned goods, while her glass containers are from Amazon — though she added her own personal touch by staining the lids grey because she admittedly is 'a psychotic freak'. The Hulu personality admitted she keeps some processed food in the house but noted, 'That's life'. 'I can't be full-on Kourtney (Kardashian), but in my soul I try,' she joked of her sister, who is famous for her strict organic diet. 'I'm just happy they don't have tons of plastic over here'. On the opposite side of the pantry, she shared her impressive cutting board collection lining the backsplash of her marble countertop. 'Yes, I use them, but also I like the way they look on my counter,' she explained. A massive wooden bowl of fruit is also atop the counter, which she fills with bananas, apples and other fruits as well as plastic versions for 'fluffer'. Shelves above the counter are home to bottles of San Pellegrino and Perrier soda water. 'A little green adds some vibrancy and colour in here,' the star said of the emerald-hued glasses. She keeps a few cake stands filled with cookies and other sweet treats out, explaining, 'Life is about moderation'. As for her drawers, the former Revenge Body star organises them with dividers to help separate things like utensils, biodegradable straws, cocktail napkins, cookie cutters, rolling pins and other baking accessories. Another drawer is completely filled with candies such as Ring Pops and lollipops. As someone who 'loves to bake,' she keeps jars of sprinkles out for aesthetic purposes, but she uses cabinets to hide things that 'aren't too pretty' like ziplock bags, aluminium foil and aprons. 'Things I don't really care to have out,' she added. 'So you're allowed to have 'junk drawers,' although mine aren't really junk drawers 'cause I still keep everything organised.' The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum believes every inch of any room is 'usable space'. 'You just have to be creative with it,' she said before suggesting, 'If you don't have counter space for cutting boards, hammer it into a wall and keep them there. They're not only usable, but they're also pretty.' She keeps a snow cone machine in the corner of her pantry and displays her fine china in her high-up shelves accented with strip lighting. 'Okay, guys, so that is really the end of my 'Cribs' pantry tour. Thank you guys for coming,' she said before joking, 'So you don't have to go home, but you gotta get the hell out of here'.
