The scooter also offers four riding modes — Smart Eco, Eco, Ride, and Sport. Design The design remains unchanged. The sharp styling, LED headlamp, and premium finish stay consistent with the rest of the 450 range. Features The new 450S packs a 7-inch display with Bluetooth, turn-by-turn navigation, auto brightness, and AtherStack Pro compatibility. Safety features include AutoHold, Fall Safe, Emergency Stop Signal, and even Alexa voice integration. Also, charging the scooter from 0 to 80 percent takes 4.5 hours using a home charger. The new offering expands Ather's 450 series and is aimed at riders seeking extended range within the existing performance-focused lineup. The 450S with a 3.7 kWh battery is priced at ₹145,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru) and is intended to address a gap between entry-level and top-tier electric scooters. It is now available for bookings across India, with deliveries set to begin in August 2025. Specifications and features The 450S 3.7 kWh retains the existing 5.4 kW electric motor producing 22 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.9 seconds and offers a top speed of 90 km/h. The scooter includes four ride modes — Smart Eco, Eco, Ride, and Sport — allowing users to switch between performance and efficiency. It features a 7-inch display with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and automatic brightness adjustment. Safety features include AutoHold, Fall Safe, Emergency Stop Signal, and anti-theft functions, many of which are available via AtherStack Pro. The scooter is compatible with Ather's over-the-air (OTA) software updates and is integrated with Amazon Alexa. For charging, the model supports Ather's public charging network — Ather Grid — with over 3,300 points nationwide. Home charging from 0 to 80% takes approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. Ather is offering its extended warranty programme, 'Ather Eight70', with this model, providing coverage for up to 8 years or 80,000 km with a minimum of 70% battery health guaranteed. The scooter will be priced at ₹148,047 in Delhi, ₹148,258 in Mumbai, ₹145,999 in Bengaluru, and ₹147,312 in Chennai.
