Fans grow concerned after Kelly Clarkson remains absent from her self-named talk show
Where is Kelly Clarkson? It's the question many fans of her show are asking after her last appearance on 'The Kelly Clarkson Show.' On March 3, Clarkson was unexpectedly absent from her hosting chair and her would-be guest actor Simu Lu was asked to step in as guest host as a result. 'Kelly isn't able to make it today. We're sending her our very best,' Lu told the audience. 'I did not know that I was doing this until about five minutes ago when I arrived to promote my new movie 'Last Breath.'' He continued, saying, 'I'm here now, and look, I'm not one to back down from a challenge.' Clarkson then returned to her rightful place on March 4 and 5, but didn't acknowledge her absence. From March 6 to 11, Clarkson remained absent from the show as several celebrities filled in for her, including Josh Groban, Brooke Shields, Willie Geist and more. Actress Molly Sims is scheduled to finish out this week as guest host. Although Clarkson hasn't addressed her absence, fans are hoping she's OK. 'I just want to know if Kelly is okay cuz it's now been kind of a long time,' one commenter wrote. Under a video of Shields hosting the show, another fan wrote that she is doing a 'FANTASTIC job in Kelly Clarkson's absence, but just know that Kelly's fans are concerned at this point.' In addition to being a successful singer, host, and businesswoman, Kelly Clarkson is also a mom to 10-year-old River Rose and 8-year-old Remy Alexander. The kids have occasionally appeared on the show. Remy went viral in 2024 when he sang 'I Did It My Way' for the live audience.

Derek Dollah Jones of Huxl Republic Films directed the "Whip Appeal" video project. Together the team elevated "I Did It My Way" beyond basic covers, adding new school production sensibilities. "So many of us reminiscence fondly about the '90's. The music from back then was the soundtrack to many of our lives. I'm honored that UNV had a prized moment in that history. With 'I Did It My Way," I wanted to return R&B lovers to the flavor of those days but add a modern vibe to it. With this project, literally every single track was already a hit, many Grammy nominated or Grammy winning. But my intention was to also engage a new generation of listeners and invite them to put some respect on the music that more than likely got them here, lol," expressed J. Poww. "Take for instance, Babyface's recent red-carpet mishap on Grammy night. The younger generation often doesn't realize the musical legacies that were laid before them. I am honored that each original artist on my project, including Babyface, gave me their nod of approval on each song I covered!" "I Did It My Way," is a luxurious selection of songs and videos, offering the opportunity to make every month a month of love.
