It's been in the news for 30 years, bro. Or some version of my personal life, let's put it that way. It's been an annoyance I've had to always deal with in different degrees, large and small, as I do the things I really want to do. So, it's always been this kind of nagging time suck or waste of time, if you let it be that, I don't know. I don't know. Mostly I feel pretty…. My life is fairly contained. It feels pretty warm and secure with my friends, with my loves, with my fam, with my knowledge of who I am, that, you know, it's like this fly buzzing around a little bit.' When asked whether the settlement of his divorce came as a relief to him, the actor added, 'No, I don't think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally.' Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie first met and fell in love on the set of their 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. They married in 2014 at their French estate, Château Miraval. However, their marriage ultimately ended in divorce. Brad's upcoming film F1- The Movie is directed by Joseph Kosinski, who helmed Top Gun: Maverick. What goes around comes around: Tom Cruise secures THESE screens for Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning in the West
In 2023, Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible faced IMAX competition from Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer. Now, Cruise has secured an exclusive three-week IMAX window for Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning in 2025. This strategic move highlights the importance of premium formats in box office success, reversing the situation from two years prior. When Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One released back in July 2023, Tom Cruise found himself facing an unexpected and rather frustrating hurdle. Despite being one of Hollywood's most vocal advocates for the theatrical experience and premium formats like IMAX, Cruise had to watch helplessly as Oppenheimer, helmed by Christopher Nolan — another staunch IMAX loyalist — swept up most of the coveted IMAX screens within just ten days of Dead Reckoning's release. Nolan's exclusive three-week deal with IMAX left Cruise's blockbuster scrambling for prime real estate, triggering reported heartburn within the Mission: Impossible camp. At the time, insiders noted Cruise's disappointment. After all, he had been championing the cause of big-screen spectacles, urging audiences back to cinemas post-pandemic, only to be edged out by another director's IMAX-first strategy. The timing couldn't have been worse for Dead Reckoning, a film tailor-made for the larger-than-life experience that IMAX offers. Fast forward to 2025, and it seems Cruise took that hard lesson to heart. Word on the street is that for Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning, Cruise has secured an exclusive three-week IMAX window — a strategic coup that ensures the film will dominate premium screens until June 13. Only then will DreamWorks' How to Train Your Dragon reboot step in to claim its share of the IMAX pie. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Secure Your Child's Future with Strong English Fluency Planet Spark Learn More Undo It's a move that signals Cruise's astute understanding of the modern box office battleground, where premium formats can make a crucial difference in opening numbers and overall grosses. More importantly, it's a moment of poetic symmetry — what went around in 2023 has now come around in 2025. Cruise, who once ceded ground to Nolan, now finds himself in the driver's seat. One might wonder why movie stars crave for IMAX screens which have a very limited presence across the globe- at last count it has less than 2000 screens. But as per current trends, these screens provide as much as 10 % of total box office revenue, thus making it a good business decision. Final reckoning which also stars Hayley Atwell , Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg , Esai Morales and Pom Klementieff has already corssed US $ 100 million in USA. Pedro Pascal Lazy 50 Year Old Bougie Bitch Video
It's been exactly one week since I talked about Pedro Pascal. Don't worry. He did something silly again, and we're so back! If you remember, last week, he was at the Cannes Film Festival for the Ari Aster film Eddington, also featuring Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone, and Austin Butler. At the festival, Pedro was wearing Calvin Klein with his arms out, being cheeky and cute, and the internet loved every second of it. Now,The Last of Us actor is back with a new version of viral internet behavior, and people can't stop talking about it. On May 22, Pedro was captured by Sam Cornforth at the London, England, premiere of Ballerina to support his friend Ana de Armas. In the video, Pedro said something hilarious as he walked up the IMAX theater stairs to find a seat, joined by Sean Seraphim. I have a hunch that Pedro knew the camera was rolling. When Sean seemingly suggests that Pedro hang out with him and his housemates, his reaction is priceless. In response to Sean, Pedro said, "Hell no! I am a lazy 50-year-old bougie bitch!" The minute Pedro's sassy sentence hit the internet, it went viral. Here's what people are saying: "You know been around the world more than Lis a Stanfield the past two weeks, so it's valid," one person said. Somebody said his response was "immediately iconic." Another person said, "he's so diva." And this person said, "he's not just a man... he's a lifestyle, a mood, a genre." People really love Pedro. "Lazy 50 year old bougie bitch is literally my type," another user wrote. Some people are standing in solidarity with Pedro after his "bougie" declaration. This person said, "I don't know that you can call the guy who's in everything lately 'lazy' and if he is, he's earned the right to be," and that's fair. According to some fans, Pedro is "so sassy" and they love it. Finally, someone said, "Pedro pascal callign himself a lazy 50 year old bougie bitch when he is literally booked and busy and probably steps 0.5secs into his own house lie wow I wish I was that lazy." Crossing my fingers that Pedro does something silly in the next few days, and you'll know where to find me. I can get used to talking about him every week. That video really captured an unforgettable moment. Thank you for your service, Sam!
