Bkt Serdang high-rise bags double honours in regional property awards

A HIGH-RISE residential project atop Bukit Serdang has earned international recognition, bringing home two awards at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2025–2026. Some units will have up to three parking bays. The project sits within the mature township of Seri Kembangan, with easy access to UPM MRT and Serdang Jaya MRT, connecting residents to Kuala Lumpur and nearby cities like Puchong and Cyberjaya.
