Chahat Pandey To Be A Part Of Chhoriyan Chali Gaon? What We Know
Chahat Pandey will be joining Sana Makbul, Naera Mishra, Aishwarya Khare, Isha Malviya, Aamna Shariff, Nyra Banerjee in Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. In a move to revolutionise Indian TV reality shows, Zee TV is bringing a culturally immersive show titled Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. Produced by Banijay Asia, the show has piqued viewers' interest even before its premiere, mainly for its unique narrative, set in a rural area. It will see an interesting lineup of female celebrities as contestants, stepping out of their comfort zones to experience rural life first-hand. As per the recent reports, Chahat Pandey has also joined the cast, set to participate in the reality show. Telly Chakkar confirmed Chahat Pandey's participation in Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, claiming that sources suggested them that Bigg Boss fame will be seen in the upcoming show. If it turns out to be true, Chahat will be joining Sana Makbul, Naera Mishra, Aishwarya Khare, Isha Malviya, Aamna Shariff, Nyra Banerjee, Dolly Javed (Uorfi Javed's sister), popular twin influencers Chinki Minki, Anita Hassanandani and Anjum Fakih. While the exact premiere date of Chhoriyan Chali Gaon is yet to be confirmed, it is expected that the show will air later this year on Zee TV. With a compelling concept and intriguing cast, the reality show is set to create a strong impact on the audience's minds. Bollywood Life reported that the show will be hosted by Roadies fame Rannvijay Singha and will be shot in a rural area in Madhya Pradesh. The show was earlier titled Goriyan Chali Gaon but the makers have reportedly changed the title for unforeseen reasons. Coming back to Chahat Pandey, the television actress proved her mettle with her roles in shows like Durga Mata Ki Chhaya, Tenali Rama, Mahakali — Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, Pavitra Bandhan and Aisi Deewangi Dekhi Nahi Kahi. Her participation in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 18 took her to new heights of success. Recently, it was reported that Chahat Pandey has been signed for a role in the upcoming Naagin 7. Later, reports emerged suggesting that not her but Isha Malviya is in talks with the makers of the show to play the lead in the forthcoming season of the much-loved show. An insider informed Mid Day, 'Isha is indeed in talks with the makers of Naagin, and things are looking positive." However, the makers are yet to announce the lead actress of Naagin 7. Isha Malviya wore lehenga weighing over 40 kilos for Marathi debut song ‘Shaky'
Mumbai: Television actress Isha Malviya made her debut in the Marathi music industry with the track Shaky. She said that the most challenging part about the song was wearing a lehenga that weighed 40-45 kilos while dancing. Asked about the difference in vibes on the set compared to her previous music videos or television shoots, Isha,who teamed up with Sanju Rathod of Gulabi Saree fame, said: "The vibe was great because everyone was speaking in Marathi, and I was just observing their faces, trying to understand what they were talking about. But everyone was sweet. 'People were really nice and cooperative, and Sanju is a sweetheart. He's not only very talented but also has a very pure heart." Isha recalled one particularly tough experience filming Shaky. She said: "The most challenging part was wearing a lehenga that weighed 40-45 kgs while dancing. It was extremely difficult to even take a single step, yet I had to perform the entire dance sequence, including the signature Shaky step.' 'Despite the difficulty, I love challenges and pushed through it." Isha, who hails from Madhya Pradesh, shares that she wasn't exposed to Marathi songs during her childhood. She said: "When I moved to Mumbai, I started learning more about it. Gulabi Sadi was a massive hit, and that's when I realized the Marathi industry is really evolving. This song isn't just a Marathi song; it's a Marathi pop song that blends Afro beats, hip-hop music, and more. It's something different." With her debut in Marathi music, Isha is now looking forward to expanding her horizons further. She said: "I'm definitely super excited for the upcoming Marathi projects, and I'm open to everything." Among the many memorable moments from the shoot of Shaky, one stands out for the actress. Isha reveals, "There have been many, but one I'll never forget is the 40-45 kgs lehenga. I could hardly walk in it, but I still managed to do my dance sequence and shot it."
