In an official statement released Wednesday, ENR confirmed that train No. 1940 departed Ramses Station in Cairo this morning, heading to Aswan's High Dam Station, carrying hundreds of Sudanese families. How to Keep Your Body Cool and Energized
Pasant Elzaitony With rising temperatures in the summer, the food we eat becomes a key factor in maintaining our energy and well-being throughout the day. Our choices can either help us feel light and refreshed or leave us tired, thirsty, and sluggish. Foods that hydrate and energize you: Summer fruits: Watermelon, melon, grapes, and peaches are rich in water and fiber, helping to keep the body hydrated. Fresh vegetables: Cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots provide both fluids and essential minerals. Yogurt and laban (fermented milk): They cool the stomach and support healthy gut bacteria. What to avoid? Fatty and fried foods, as they increase feelings of heaviness and heat. Spicy dishes and hot spices, which raise the body's temperature. Sugary and carbonated drinks, as they cause faster fluid loss. Smart tips for a refreshing summer: 1. Drink 8–10 glasses of water daily. Add lemon slices or mint for extra freshness. 2. Split your meals into 4–5 small, light portions instead of two or three heavy ones. 3. Try chilled salads such as cucumber yogurt salad or quinoa with fresh vegetables. 4. Make natural juices part of your day, but avoid adding extra sugar. Food in summer is not just about nutrition—it's a way to balance your body and beat the heat. Smart meal choices guarantee a lighter, cooler, and healthier summer. read more 15 Ludicrous Cosplay Costumes That Will Blow You Away Watch... The 'Unhappy Husband Syndrome'… A Silent Crisis in Many Homes!
Pasant Elzaitony Have you ever heard of the term 'Unhappy Husband Syndrome'? The name might sound unusual, but it's a reality for many men after years of marriage. Behind the quiet faces and tired smiles, there are husbands who feel their marriage is no longer a source of love and support, but rather a heavy emotional burden. How does it show? Constant boredom with daily routines. Loss of passion for the relationship. Ongoing stress and sudden bursts of anger. Emotional withdrawal and long silences. Why does it happen? Sometimes the culprit is a killing routine, other times it's unrealistic expectations that never came true. Financial pressures play a big role too, along with the feeling that his efforts go unnoticed. And here lies an important truth: men need appreciation just as much as they need love. Feeling valued restores their confidence and gives them the motivation to keep giving. What's the solution? Start with honest communication: talking openly can break the silent wall. Show appreciation: a thank-you or small gesture can make a huge difference. Spend quality time together: a night out, a short trip, or even a cozy evening at home. Seek professional help: marriage counseling can bring balance back when things feel overwhelming. In the end Marriage is a long journey, and no matter how heavy the pressure gets, communication and attention remain the key to keeping love alive. Remember—behind every 'unhappy husband,' there's a man simply looking for care and appreciation. read more 15 Ludicrous Cosplay Costumes That Will Blow You Away Watch...
