I still can't believe it. My fractures on my body have finally healed but I'm wounded inside. I've been quiet long enough. Silence protects no one - and it almost destroyed me. What started as a love story sadly turned into something else. Behind the pictures, promises and the plans for a life together - the beautiful days - changed into something into sadness with emotional manipulation and eventually physical harm. I loved deeply, believed in our future and stood by someone I thought would protect me and instead I was left alone and harmed in ways I never imagined. I was not only failed by him but deeply affected by the presence of unresolved ties to his past. Yes I posted an Instagram story with a simple yes or no question about if your ex should be a part of your present relationship. I felt there were too many people in our relationship: me, my boyfriend and his ex. 'Three's a crowd', they say. I asked so many times if we could be just the two of us, but the answer was a strong NO. I experienced what I can only describe as targeted emotional distress which he allowed to continue. The ex and her family put us through so much misery and false accusations, I won't go into details. They had no reason whatsoever to do what they did to us, but for some reason they wouldn't let go and let us enjoy our love. Everybody knows that real friends support you and want to see you happy. So I posted a story on Instagram. After being together for one year my boyfriend finally promised me that he would have boundaries. He would put a stop to all that had been going on for months. But he didn't. Instead he broke the promise and her controlling behaviour continued. The rest is history. I was brutally thrown out of our new home in the middle of the night wearing only my pyjamas. I opened the door to let him in and only minutes after I found myself laying down on the stairs outside our house. My clothes and belongings were being thrown out from the balcony down on me. I was injured. Thanks to incredible neighbours who heard and saw what happened and acted, I got help. They called police, brought me to safety and ensured the incident was taken seriously. A gentleman does not abuse you and end up in jail and call you the love of his life. A gentleman does not blame you for his actions. A gentleman will confide in his partner, family and close circle of friends, keeping them close and safe. A gentleman chooses you always and leaves the past in the past - including exes. Life is to be lived together and not to please people who want to take advantage of you. At the end of the day, fame can only do so much - it's all about being strong and growing together. Life is simply not a reality TV show, life is real. I have tried to understand why. I have cried so many tears thinking about the way he chose to hurt me. He said he loved me and I believed him and here we are. There is now a legal record of what happened. Violence has no excuse - no matter how much love preceded it. To those who questioned me for staying as long as I did: I stayed because I believed in love. I believed he and we could grow, could heal, could choose peace. But love doesn't survive in chaos. And it cannot survive where violence lives. To every woman reading this: if you've ever questioned your worth, your safety or your sanity in a relationship - this is your sign. You deserved to be loved with care and integrity. And you are not alone. To the men: real strength is protection. Real love is safe. Be the kind of man who lifts women up - not one who breaks them down, neither by violence or silence. To the future: never say never. I will get the little family I've always dreamed of and have my dream wedding to symbolise and celebrate true love in front of my dear family and friends. I'm healing now. Slowly, bravely and unapologetically. I will rise and I will use my voice - not for vengeance but for truth. For every woman who's been silenced by someone who said 'I love you' and then proved otherwise. This is not just my story. It's a reminder: abuse - whether emotional, psychological or physical - has no place in love.

James Argent's ex Nicoline Artursson, 32, sparks romance rumours as she cosies up to hunky Italian tennis player Lucianco Darderi, 23 - two months after the TOWIE star's suspended jail sentence for pushing her down steps

James Argent 's ex Nicoline Artursson sparked romance rumours as she cosied up to Italian tennis player Lucianco Darderi on Saturday, following a turbulent few months. The ex-TOWIE star, 37, received a suspended jail sentence in May after he was arrested for pushing the former Miss Sweden down some steps at their Spanish home. Nicoline, 32, suffered several injuries to her neck, arms, hand and leg, and James is now banned from contacting her because a two-year restraining order is in place. She then broke her silence on Instagram last month and accused James of causing her 'targeted emotional distress'. But Nicoline has hinted that she has now found happiness after posing alongside the Argentine-born Italian athlete, 23, following his match at the Nordea Open. The pair appeared in a warm embrace, with the song, Baby I Love Your Way by Big Mountain, followed by the caption, 'Proud of you Champ.' Nicole flaunted her jaw-dropping figure in as skimpy plaid co-ord and soon posted a second image of the pair, accompanied by the tune, Sweet Little Mystery, by Wet Wet Wet, followed with the words, 'Today we go again VAMOS!' Lucianco has also played at Wimbledon, and despite their nine-year age gap, the duo both follow each other on Instagram, and have been liking each other's glamorous posts in recent weeks. It comes after last week Nicoline shared some poignant words about 'reaching rock bottom' after her ex James pushed her down some steps in Spain. Following her lengthy statement, Nicoline shared some further poignant words about overcoming 'setbacks' and going through 'hardships'. She took to Instagram last Wednesday to share snaps of herself at the four-star alpine chalet Hotel Maribel Sierra Nevada and penned some heartfelt words in a caption. Nicoline thanked her fans for their support and spoke about helping people out when they reach 'rock bottom', before adding hashtags about 'narcissistic abuse awareness', 'recovery' and 'healing', among others. She penned: 'Partner with the right power! Meaning - Surround yourself with ONLY people who shares the motto of wanting to be their best extraordinary self with you and others. 'In the midst of a setback there is a comeback laying ahead of you. I'm so blessed and privileged to be learning from our dear family friend Tim Storey. 'I thank each and every one of you for all your supportive kindness & love you've been showing me - It means more than you'll ever know! I appreciate you all so m 'Going through hardships, your focus will be put to a test. Where you re-direct your mindset will be crucial. 'This does not mean to suppress any emotions or feelings - It means to go through them fully no matter how hard it is. 'The power of humanity is that we cheer each other on when good things are happening and we help each other out when life take you rock bottom. So let's come together! 'Surround yourself with pure and warmhearted people who will be there with you and let them know they matter to you. 'I feel so passionate about helping others going through big as small hurdles to show you life has a plan for you. 'Remember, we stand strongest together.' Earlier this month, Nicoline broke her silence after James' suspended jail sentence as she admitted she was still 'wounded inside' in a lengthy statement about her injuries. She wrote: 'It's now been a month. I still can't believe it. My fractures on my body have finally healed but I'm wounded inside. I've been quiet long enough. It's a reminder: abuse - whether emotional, psychological or physical - has no place in love.' MailOnline contacted James' representatives for comment at the time. After accepting his suspended sentence, it was claimed that James moved on from the lawyers who represented him and hired a new legal team. The lawyers have not been named and it marks his third legal team since the May 5 assault in Spain. James has been ordered to attend a rehabilitation course aimed at addressing gender violence, and his new lawyers may work with him on the terms of this course. Court papers obtained by The Sun showed James - who raked in £5,000-a-week last year - was only required to pay Nicoline £250 in damages. Nicoline was left with cuts and bruises to her neck, arms, hand and leg after the fall, according to a court filing. Prosecutors were reportedly pushing to charge James with wounding, which carries a jail sentence of up to nine months. However, the ex-reality star eventually agreed to the lesser offence of mistreatment as part of a plea deal. James was handed a six-month suspended sentence and a restraining order that prevents him from contacting Nicoline for a two-year period. So why IS disgraced James Argent still in Mark & Michelle's inner circle? Pals reveal truth after secret hol & ultimatum

THEY'VE been best friends for years, but following James Argent's shocking attack on his ex-girlfriend, many were quick to assume Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan would distance themselves from him. And indeed, pics from their recent holiday showed friends and family, but Arg conpsicuously absent - as behind the scenes the couple have been grappling with the fallout from the devastating attack. 10 10 As Arg continues to try and make amends for shoving his former partner, Nicoline Artursson, down a flight of stairs in Spain in May, Mark and Michelle have been quietly rallying round him, with insiders telling us they see this as 'a really sad situation' but it was 'never in question' they'd support him. The proof comes in a new image of Arg, 37, seen in the background of a TikTok video that Mark's sister, Natalya, shared from a friends and family holiday to a luxury resort in Andalusia, Spain. It was the first time he'd been pictured in the company of the Wrights - including Mark and Michelle with their four-month-old daughter Palma - since the attack, leading to speculation that they had taken him under their wing as he dealt with the fallout of the assault. But it appeared clear from the holiday snaps and videos taken by the Wrights that Arg's presence, although welcome, wasn't one Michelle and Mark wanted to be conspicuous following his plunge from grace. And Michelle is said to be cautious, insisting that she doesn't want any bad influences around her daughter. 'Stern words' A source told us: 'Arg is basically Mark's family, it was never in question he'd support him, though of course he was completely unimpressed by everything that went down between Arg and Nicoline. 'Mark put his head in his hands when it all came out, mainly because he knows he's stuck between a rock and a hard place. "Arg is his best friend, and there is a lot of loyalty there, but Mark has a respected career and now a daughter - he absolutely doesn't condone violence towards women. "There's been some stern words behind closed doors - tough love, you could say - but ultimately Mark and Michelle will be there for Arg as he continues to try to make amends for the hurt he's caused.' Indeed Michelle, who met Arg through Mark, is said to be 'devastated' by Arg's actions. The source continued: 'It's all so close to home and she has grown to love Arg like family, so she was devastated and incredibly disappointed, especially now she has Palma. 'She absolutely will not have her daughter around anyone or anything she feels is unsuitable or unsavoury. But she knows the real Arg and will stand by him.' However, this isn't the first time Arg has put his pals in a tricky predicament. Both Mark, 38, and Arg have spoken openly about the strain Arg's demons have put on their friendship. Just over ten years ago, Mark warned Arg that he would be banned from his and Michelle's 2015 wedding if he didn't clean up his act. At the time, TOWIE star Arg was suspended from the show over his self-confessed 'wild partying'. He also admitted to mistreating his then-girlfriend, Lydia Bright. It was then that Mark stepped in, prompting Arg to seek help and enter rehab in Christmas 2014. Arg later recalled: 'Mark told me I wasn't invited to his wedding if I didn't change. But when I went into rehab, he got in touch because he was so proud of me.' However, rehab wasn't the permanent fix Arg's loved ones had hoped for, and in 2020, Mark revealed he'd threatened to cut him off again, after Arg's cocaine use spiralled out of control. 10 10 Speaking on Loose Women, Mark explained how desperate the situation had become. Mark said: 'I text him and said, 'you're not affecting my life anymore, I'm done'. Obviously I didn't mean that. I said that to scare him.' It worked. Arg messaged Mark later to tell him he'd reached 'rock bottom'. 'On Boxing Day he texted me and said: 'I'm ready. I've hit rock bottom. I need to go to rehab'. I got on the phone to a rehab centre I researched in Thailand and then I booked it for him the next day and he got on a plane and he went.' 'Rock bottom' Arg went on to get sober and lose 13 stone in weight thanks to a gastric sleeve. Mark expressed his admiration for his friend, telling the press he was 'so, so proud of Arg.' And he and Michelle, 38, love to affectionately rib him when they can. Last year, Michelle hilariously revealed that Arg was banned from using the toilet in their lavish Essex mansion after he 'destroyed it'. With so much water under the bridge - and with Arg copping to his bad behaviour, accepting a six-month suspended sentence for the assault on Nicoline - our source doesn't believe that Mark will take the same stance as before and threaten to cut him off. And Mark and Michelle clearly have the backing of their family, including Mark's mum Carol and sister Jess. There's been lots of talking and apologising - Arg knows if anything like this ever happened again, the family won't be so forgiving. Source Allowing him to join the holiday group for a day at the prestigious La Reserva Club Sotogrande in Spain in early June was a clear sign of the rehabilitation underway. Lying on a lounger by the pool, Arg looked trim and relaxed on what he would regard as a much-need break with friends. Markedly however, there were no posed pictures, despite Michelle, Mark and sister Natalya posting a series of sweet snaps from the day. The source said: 'Arg has made it clear he's devastated and apologises for letting everyone down and as a result the Wrights have rallied around him. 'There's been lots of talking and apologising - Arg knows if anything like this ever happened again, the family won't be so forgiving. But while they really do see this as an isolated incident and a really sad situation, he'll definitely have to tread carefully if he wants to stay in favour going forward.' 10 10 Last month, Arg was pictured at the wedding of former TOWIE co-stars Georgia Kousolou and Tommy Mallett and prior to that he celebrated pal Megan McKenna's nuptials too. 'The Essex crowd are a tight-knit group of friends and they will all look out for each other,' the source continued. 'People outside of his circles are disgusted with Arg but those that know him are definitely stepping up to show their support, it's not just Mark and Michelle.' One person who is far from impressed, however, is Nicoline. After Arg was sentenced, the Swedish model, 32, released a bombshell 800-word statement, blasting his behaviour. Nicoline wrote: 'I have cried so many tears thinking about the way he chose to hurt me. He said he loved me and I believed him and here we are. There is now a legal record of what happened. Violence has no excuse - no matter how much love preceded it.'

James Argent's ex Nicoline Artursson radiates happiness as she enjoys girls trip to Morocco - after the TOWIE star's suspended jail sentence for pushing her down steps

James Argent 's ex Nicoline Artursson radiated happiness as she enjoyed a girls trip to Morocco this week after a turbulent few months. Former TOWIE star James, 37, received a suspended jail sentence in May after he was arrested for pushing Nicoline down some steps at their Spanish home. Nicoline, 32, suffered several injuries to her neck, arms, hand and leg, and James is now banned from contacting her because a two-year restraining order is in place. The former Miss Sweden then broke her silence on Instagram earlier this month and accused James of causing her 'targeted emotional distress'. And after the tough times she was enjoying some rest and relaxation with her girlfriends in the sun as she said she was 'blessed' to have good people around her. Snaps shared to Instagram showed her enjoying a dip in the pool in a black bikini, posing in a pretty patterned dress and eating delicious food. She penned in the caption of her post: 'What a dreamy stay we had at NOBU Marrakech filled with culture, new friendships and eating a looooot of food. 'So blessed for my Marbella Familia @daniel_shamoon @kenzaeyz @saekohamada.' It comes after last week Nicoline shared some poignant words about 'reaching rock bottom' after her ex James pushed her down some steps in Spain. Earlier this month, Nicoline broke her silence after James' suspended jail sentence as she admitted she was still 'wounded inside' in a lengthy statement about her injuries. She wrote: 'It's now been a month. I still can't believe it. My fractures on my body have finally healed but I'm wounded inside. I've been quiet long enough. Silence protects no one - and it almost destroyed me. 'What started as a love story sadly turned into something else. Behind the pictures, promises and the plans for a life together - the beautiful days - changed into something into sadness with emotional manipulation and eventually physical harm. 'I loved deeply, believed in our future and stood by someone I thought would protect me and instead I was left alone and harmed in ways I never imagined. 'I was not only failed by him but deeply affected by the presence of unresolved ties to his past. I felt there were too many people in our relationship: me, my boyfriend and his ex. ''Three's a crowd'', they say. 'Everybody knows that real friends support you and want to see you happy. 'So I posted a story on Instagram. After being together for one year my boyfriend finally promised me that he would have boundaries. 'He would put a stop to all that had been going on for months. But he didn't. Instead he broke the promise and her controlling behaviour continued. The rest is history. 'I was brutally thrown out of our new home in the middle of the night wearing only my pyjamas. I opened the door to let him in and only minutes after I found myself laying down on the stairs outside our house. 'My clothes and belongings were being thrown out from the balcony down on me. I was injured. 'Thanks to incredible neighbours who heard and saw what happened and acted, I got help. They called police, brought me to safety and ensured the incident was taken seriously. For every woman who's been silenced by someone who said 'I love you' and then proved otherwise. 'This is not just my story. The attack took place at the couple's beachfront home in the early hours of May 5, reportedly after a dispute about James' friendship with ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright. James was reportedly seen flinging clothes belonging to Nicoline from the balcony of their home before aggressively escorting her to the front door. She was then allegedly pushed down some steps in front of the couple's house before falling on the concrete patio. Nicole received treatment from medics at a nearby hospital, while James was arrested shortly after midnight. The suspended sentence means James could still face a jail sentence if he reoffends - and he also has to attend a 10-week-long domestic violence course. The pioneering programme, known as Regener@r, will require him to listen to the testimony of domestic violence survivors and is designed to help men create a new, less toxic form of masculinity. James was handed a six-month suspended sentence and a restraining order that prevents him from contacting Nicoline for a two-year period Fans questioned whether James's behaviour was sparked by a return to his wild drug and alcohol abusing days, which saw the reality favourite spend several stints in rehab. James, who over the years has struggled with weight issues and cocaine addiction, has previously suffered two near-fatal drug overdoses as he battled against his demons. The Essex star has been alcohol and drug free since 2022, prioritising rehabilitation, clean living and maintaining a healthy weight after having gastric band surgery. And speaking exclusively to MailOnline, James confirmed he is still sober and the police incident was not triggered by a relapse. James said: 'I haven't relapsed. I am still three years and four months clean and sober. I am devastated by what's happened.'
