Completing his stylish avatar was a chain, stacked bracelet in one hand and silver watch in the other. Adding to his charismatic look, some pictures showed him wearing black sunglasses.

Since then, he has appeared in popular shows like Prem Ya Paheli—Chandrakanta, Meri Doli Tere Angna, Jeevan Saathi, Kumkum: Ek Pyaara Sa Bandhan, CID, Sasural Simar Ka, Tere Bin, and Gangaa.
However, it was his role as Anuj Kapadia in Rajan Shahi's Anupamaa that turned out to be the biggest turning point in his career. Co-starring Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey, the show paired him alongside Rupali. But he has to exit from the top-rated drama, as the show took a 15-year time leap, leaving fans heartbroken.
Gaurav Khanna was most recently seen in Celebrity MasterChef season 9, and the rest is history. The actor received a lot of appreciation, eventually taking home the trophy and prestigious chef coat of the cooking reality show. The show judged by chefs Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar and Farah Khan saw Nikki Tamboli and Tejasswi Prakash as first and second runners-up, respectively.
