Jeremy Clarkson's girlfriend shares shocking picture of plane crash after miracle escape

Jeremy Clarkson's partner, Lisa Hogan, was travelling to London from Spain in the 90s when she had a near-death experience on a plane Jeremy Clarkson's girlfriend, Lisa Hogan, 'amazingly' survived a plane crash and took to social media to share a terrifying picture of the wreckage from 1996. The 51-year-old model had the horrifying experience 29 years ago when the plane came off the runway at RAF Northolt in London and hit a van on the A40. ‌ At the time, she was heading into London for a film role when the accident happened. This week, she took to her social media page to share a picture from the wreckage as she recalled the shocking moment that saw no casualties. The picture showed the Spanish Learjet 25 plane split in half after colliding into the van. ‌ ‌ She was living in Palma, Spain and working on the comedy Fierce Creatures from Monty Python and Fawlty Towers actor John Cleese. "Amazingly, the pilots, van drivers, and I survived. I took another flight the same day. And landed safely," she captioned the post on Instagram. It comes after former Top Gear star Jeremy discussed the couple's record on airplanes. The duo 'walked away from three crashes over the years'. ‌ He said to the Sunday Times: "Whenever Lisa and I board an aeroplane, we are usually pretty confident that it will land safely because between us, we've walked away from three crashes over the years. "Both mine involved broken landing gear and were fairly minor, but hers was a proper shunt. She was the only passenger in a Learjet that careered off the end of the runway at Northolt and on to the A40, where it was hit so hard by a van that it split in two. ‌ "It's amazing no one was killed, and if you Google the images, you'll see what I mean." He went on to say that the 'law of averages' suggests they wouldn't be involved in any more crashes. Lisa previously told the Irish Independent she thought "everything was fine for a while" when the plane took off from Palma. Lisa said the captain tried to get her to change seats, but she refused to do so. ‌ "I insisted on sitting where I was, which was just as well because that was the area where the van came through when we crashed and I would have been killed instantly,' she told the publication, with her refusal to move seats possibly saving her life. A few hours later, she booked another flight and returned to Spain.

Jeremy Clarkson's co-star Harry Cowan shares harsh four-word verdict on the TV host

Jeremy Clarkson's Clarkson's Farm co-star Harriet Cowan has opened up about their time on the Amazon Prime Video series and issued a brutal verdict on the TV host Harriet Cowan has taken a cheeky dig at her new TV co-star, Jeremy Clarkson, whilst discussing the presenter's farming methods. ‌ In a candid interview, Harriet, who has become Clarkson's Farm's latest breakout sensation, revealed how she landed her role working alongside Jeremy on the massively successful Amazon Prime series, which has now reached its fourth series. ‌ The rising star had already begun building her fanbase before her television breakthrough, racking up an impressive 40,000 TikTok followers (now soaring to 730,000) through her tractor-focused videos. ‌ Her journey onto Clarkson's Farm also kicked off via social media when she was contacted by the production team. ‌ Harriet revealed how they were seeking someone to "come and help," reports Gloucestershire Live. Speaking to the Sunday Times, Harriet explained: "Charlie (Ireland, Clarkson's land agent) let me know they were looking for someone to come and help. I think they were keen for it to be a woman who could do that role and show they could do it well." ‌ The agricultural expert then shared her impressions of Jeremy, confessing she wasn't particularly acquainted with his previous work, though she'd certainly heard his name, remarking that she wasn't "really into the cars". She described Jeremy as being "very much like every other farmer I've ever met" and "very much willing to learn. He wanted to do well by the farm." In a particularly cheeky observation, she quipped that "he's got the physique of a farmer." ‌ The 24 year old nurse and farmer, Harriet, filled in for Jeremy Clarkson's usual sidekick, Kaleb Cooper, from the renowned Diddly Squat farm in the Cotswolds, while he was away on a live tour. Derbyshire-born Harriet chose dual career paths, inspired by her parents. Her mother, a nurse, hoped she would follow in her footsteps, whereas her father manages the family farm. ‌ After graduating from the University of Derby in 2023, Harriet now juggles full-time nursing with helping out on the farm, using social media to shed light on the realities of farm life. Her stint at Diddly Squat Farm saw her tackle tasks ranging from animal care to fence repairs. She has also expressed that she'd be "very open" to returning to the farm should Jeremy require her assistance again. In his Sunday Times Magazine column, Jeremy Clarkson shared insights into his farming journey, pinpointing what he finds to be the most "difficult thing" within the industry, admitting there are still elements he fails to grasp. Despite being a seasoned presenter on The Grand Tour, Clarkson confessed that certain aspects of food production baffle him, such as not knowing how to "turn a pig into a sausage" and stating it's "even worse" with cows. Yet, one challenge reigns supreme as the "most difficult" for him: "But by far and away the most difficult thing would be turning my wheat into bread. This is something that has fascinated me for years because how on earth did anyone figure it out?"

Jeremy Clarkson says he's 'worried' about John Torode after his MasterChef sacking for 'using the N-word on set'

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he is 'worried' about John Torode after the MasterChef star was sacked for allegedly using the N-word on set. Australian-born Torode, 59, lost his job at MasterChef after two decades over allegations he used the racial slur, which he claims to have 'absolutely no recollection' of. The BBC said on Tuesday that Torode's contract would not be renewed after a report found he had used an 'extremely offensive racist term' following a complaint from a member of staff. Clarkson, who was dismissed from the BBC himself in 2015 following an altercation with a Top Gear producer, commented on Torode's sacking in his latest column for The Sun this week. Admitting he is concerned for the cooking star, Clarkson wrote: 'Funny isn't it how Top Gear was always seen as the bad boy of the BBC. Every week, we'd be in the papers for doing something wrong or saying something inappropriate. 'And as a result, we were always being carpeted by bosses who told us to sit up straight and clean our teeth, and behave ourselves. Ha. It now turns out that, compared to every other show on the Beeb, we were saints. 'That said, I am a bit worried about this John Torode chap from MasterChef. Because he seems to have been sacked for an offence, even though no one can quite say what the offence was. 'He's been told that at a private party seven or eight years ago, he sang a song which someone thought was racist and that as a result, he has to go. Who reported him? Dunno. Was there any context? No one's saying.' It has been previously reported that Torode, who also hosts a cookery show with his wife Lisa Faulkner on ITV, used the N-word while singing along to a Kanye West song during a wrap party in 2019. But BBC News has since reported this was not the incident which led to the complaint upheld by the report. This instead related to another incident a year earlier, when he allegedly used the same word on set after filming an episode of Masterchef and it was directed at a member of staff. The news site added that the upheld allegation of racist language was one of nine complaints made against Torode in the report, which also related to allegations of abusive language towards junior production staff and sexual language, and which were not upheld. These allegations were not upheld as they were unsubstantiated due to a lack of evidence or witnesses. The complaint against Torode was revealed in the report into co-presenter Gregg Wallace's inappropriate behaviour. Wallace, 60, was sacked after more than 40 complaints against him were upheld. The report also included one further complaint which was upheld relating to a third unnamed person, supposedly a MasterChef senior executive who was accused of swearing, according to BBC News. The news site said it had contacted that executive. Meanwhile, a Banijay spokesperson said the allegation is being handled 'appropriately internally'. Last week, Torode said he had 'absolutely no recollection' of the incident and was 'shocked and saddened' by the allegation. 'I would never wish to cause anyone offence,' he added. Responding to his sacking, Torode said: 'I'd hoped that I'd have some say in my exit from a show I've worked on since its relaunch in 2005, but events in the last few says seem to have prevented that.' He said he 'had loved every minute' working on the show but it was 'time to pass the cutlery to someone else'. 'Life is everchanging and ever moving and sometimes personal happiness and fulfilment lay elsewhere,' he added.

Jeremy Clarkson left completely confused over farm issue as he reveals 'most difficult thing'

Clarkson's Farm star Jeremy Clarkson has turned his countryside escapades into a hit TV series - but he has confessed he is still very clueless about some agricultural practices Jeremy Clarkson may be reaching new levels of fame thanks to his hit documentary series about his Oxfordshire farm - but he has admitted there are aspects of farming that he is still completely clueless about, despite working the land for years. ‌ The 65-year-old TV star previously enjoyed fame as a host of Top Gear on the BBC - before departing the show under a cloud of shame after he punched a producer behind-the-scenes. He then launched rival car show The Grand Tour on Amazon Prime - however this success has been eclipsed by his hugely popular agricultural series, Clarkson's Farm. ‌ The show follows Jeremy as he endures trials and triumphs as he tries to make a living from his farm - which he named Diddly Squat as he has struggled to make sizeable sales from his crops. But the star appears to be enjoying his challenges - and has even become a spokesperson of British farming, and has turned on the current Labour government over changes to tax rules that risk decimating the UK farming industry. ‌ Jezza has been learning as he goes - and admits there are still many aspects of farming he cannot understand. In a recent column, he explained that he can be confused by the industry - including how animals are turned into food after they are sent to the slaughterhouse. He writes in the Sunday Times Magazine:"It's nigh on impossible to deduce which bits are used to make steaks and which are for mincing and whether that bulbous-looking thing is incredibly tasty or a bowel." ‌ He continued: "But by far and away the most difficult thing would be turning my wheat into bread. This is something that has fascinated me for years because how on earth did anyone figure it out?" As well as running his farm, Jeremy has opened his Diddly Squat Farm Shop where he sells his home-grown products to the public. And more recently he opened a pub called The Farmer's Dog - which is a short trip from his farmland. Clarkson's Farm has been on the air since 2021 and has proved to be a surprise hit for Amazon. The show, now in it's fourth season and with a fifth on the way, has won over TV fans who have admitted they have become unexpectedly emotional while watching the show. ‌ The r/ClarksonsFarm Reddit page has swelled in contributors since the show began - with many fans heading there to review episodes online. And fans have not shied away from confessing they have been moved to tears by the show. One poster admitted: "I have, like many others, only known Jeremy from Top Gear and Grand Tour, and I've always perceived him as this cocky character whom I also find funny of course. ‌ "I expected him to be the same way when I started watching Clarkson's Farm. But I am more than surprised with how big his heart is!" The fan went on to share their favourite moment from the show, a scene which many have praised as one of Clarkson's Farm's very best parts. The fan adds: "He is so interested and humble (to a certain degree with Kaleb). He cares so much for the animals and even though it's sad, I love seeing how deeply it hurts for both him and Lisa when they send them to the butchers or they die. "He sees farming from such a wide perspective and he uses his screen time well to enlighten us non-farmers about the unknown reality of this hardcore profession in an interactive manner. I just love watching it! I just saw the episode of season three where Kaleb gets frustrated over the bad crops and how much work that goes into it. I must admit I teared up a bit." A sixth season is also expected to be filmed following the release of season six - although Jeremy has previously hinted the crew behind the cameras will take a long break after the fifth season before filming the sixth.
