Kelly Brook stuns in plunging bikini snaps from week of 'love' celebrating husband Jeremy Parisi's 40th birthday in the South of France

Kelly Brook showed off her incredible curves in a joyful bikini snap from her holiday to the South of France on Friday. The model and radio host, 45, was all smiles as she posed in the plunging red and white bikini that she accessorised with a pair of oversized sunglasses with brown lenses. She tied her hair back as she went for a dip in the crystal clear waters as she and husband Jeremy Parisi celebrated his milestone 40th birthday. Kelly simply captioned the picture: 'Pure joy'. The couple, who tied the knot in 2022, appeared to have a fantastic time on the week-long trip, spending much of their time by the sea enjoying French cuisine. As revealed on Kelly's Instagram stories, the romantic holiday began in the French capital of Paris before the couple made their way to the French Riviera. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Kelly later shared a series of snaps from the trip on her profile grid, captioning them: 'What a Beautiful Week of Love Sun Sea Sand and Crudite.' The trip will undoubtedly have had huge personal significance for the couple as Jeremy, who is Italian, perviously lived in France and is fluent in the language. Their love story is a very modern one and began in 2014 when Kelly watched on of the model's videos on Instagram and slid into his DMs. A year later in 2015, they were officially an item. The snaps come after Kelly revealed the diet and lifestyle changes she made which helped her lose two stone before running the London Marathon with her husband last month. After moving back to the United Kingdom from Los Angeles in 2017, the radio presenter went from a size 12 to 16 after she said she had 'let her fitness go'. But Kelly has since turned her health around, losing two stone and recently making the 'huge achievement' of completing the London Marathon - despite having 'never run a 5k before this year'. The model underwent a gruelling training regime with Jeremy and even fractured her foot during the race, but said it was 'all worth it' as she sobbed while crossing the finish line. In an exclusive interview with MailOnline last year, Kelly revealed exactly what she eats throughout an average day to maintain her incredible curves. Breakfast varies depending on the plans ahead, with Kelly sitting down with a granola bar and coffee if there's time or grabbing a SlimFast shake to go if she's in rush. Up next is another SlimFast shake for lunch or one of the weight loss brand's meal bars of bag of pretzels. Kelly always sets time aside for dinner, however, as she revealed it's a sacred time for herself and husband Jeremy Parisi. Jeremy ensures there's a healthy but hearty dinner on the table when she returns home from hosting the Heart Radio drivetime show. Kelly explained: 'I'll come home to a nice cooked meal. He's very sweet, he'll always light a little candle and set the table. 'He's Italian-French so it's all about sitting down and eating together so we do that and a lot of walking. 'We try and keep fit and healthy together. We've got a dog so we go out on weekends for two hour hikes and stuff like that, which we love to do. 'It's definitely our lifestyle, we'd much rather be out walking the dog than be sitting at home watching a movie.'

EXCLUSIVE What Kelly Brook eats in a day - after losing two stone and running the London Marathon

Kelly Brook revealed the diet and lifestyle changes she made which helped her lose two stone before running the London Marathon. After moving back to the United Kingdom from Los Angeles in 2017, the radio presenter, 45, went from a size 12 to 16 after 'letting her fitness go'. But Kelly has since turned her health around, losing two stone and recently making the 'huge achievement' of completing the London Marathon - despite having 'never run a 5k before this year'. The model underwent a grueling training regime with her husband Jeremy Parisi, 39, and even fractured her foot during the race, but said it was 'all worth it' as she sobbed while crossing the finish line. In an exclusive interview with MailOnline last year, Kelly revealed exactly what she eats throughout an average to day to maintain her incredible curves. Breakfast varies depending on the plans ahead, with Kelly sitting down with a granola bar and coffee if there's time or grabbing a SlimFast shake to go if she's in rush. 'It's definitely our lifestyle, we'd much rather be out walking the dog than be sitting at home watching a movie.' Yet while Jeremy helps Kelly on her health and fitness journey but not with the goal of seeing her lose weight. She explained: 'Jeremy's Italian so he likes he likes a big bum and boobies - so I don't have to worry about that!' Kelly continued: 'You just have to realise that no one really cares what you look like other than you do. You've got to what makes you feel good because if you're trying to look a certain way to please someone else it's a never ending battle. 'I'm happy in myself and confident and I don't think my husband notices my weight if it fluctuates... if you feel good that that can only lead to more sex!' Reflecting on the differences between her figure now and in her 20s and the public perception of weight, Kelly mused: 'I was called curvy a lot in my modelling days when I was just a very typical, normal looking woman. I was a lot lighter than I am now! 'I was a trailblazer for "curvy" models at the time because it was all about that skinny, waifish look at the time but I worked with lingerie brands celebrating curves. 'The men's magazine market also celebrated curves, so men were championing girls that look like me, whereas the female magazines weren't so much. 'I think we've come on so far and we embrace so many different shapes and sizes now.' Revealing how the public mood has done a 180, she continued: 'I get trolled when I post about SlimFast because people are like, "why are you doing that? You don't need to do that!" 'And I have to explain it's not about slimming down for me, it's maintaining.' But it's impossible to please everyone, and Kelly explained she gets trolled for her appearance now. She reasoned: 'I think it's a shock for people if they still see me in their heads as that Nineties model. 'Now as a 44-year-old married woman working on a radio show, they're just two completely different women. You can't even compare. 'I don't want to go backwards, I just want to move forward. 'I'm really comfortable with who I am and how I look. I'm so glad I don't have any of those body anxieties anymore. 'So if people see me and think "oh my God, she's unrecognisable" they just need to get their heads around it. 'It's not anything to do with me, it's all on them. I don't worry because I'm sure if I looked at a picture of them from like 25 years ago, they'd look different as well!

Kelly Brook reveals the painful injuries she endured during gruelling London Marathon training ahead of the race: 'Nothing prepares you'

has revealed the very painful injuries she endured during her gruelling London Marathon training. The TV personality, 45, is set to run the marathon on Sunday alongside her husband, Jeremy Parisi, whom she married in 2022. She will join thousands of other runners, including fellow celebrities like Harry Judd, Joe Wicks, and Alexandra Burke - and there's one thing she knows she mustn't forget. Speaking to The Sun, Kelly revealed she's stocked up on tubs of Vaseline after finding herself bleeding during training. She said: 'I have gone through pots of Vaseline and on Sunday I was away. I was tapering and had a quick 10k to do. 'I panicked because I left my Vaseline at home so I went without. Nothing prepares you for the chaffing! I was bleeding after 10k.' The TV personality, 45, is set to run the marathon on Sunday alongside her husband, Jeremy Parisi, whom she married in 2022 The former Page 3 model also recently admitted it's been 'challenging' training with her husband Jeremy. She joked he 'has been like her carer' when it comes to running in recent months. In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Kelly - who has been working with Slimfast - said running with Jeremy can also become quite competitive and challenging for her. She said: 'In terms of training and doing things together on a physical level, that is a bit more challenging because he's super competitive and he's very fit and sometimes when he comes out on a run with me, it's like he's my carer! 'He's there giving me electrolytes, giving me another energy gel, he's there walking and I'm there shuffling thinking I'm running! It's harder for him. 'I don't want to be like that, I want to feel on par with him. I feel like I've let my fitness go a bit. 'This is why I'm a bit more of an advocate now and getting out and going for a run because I hadn't done it for years.' While Kelly continues to strive to get her fitness on par with her husband's, she noted how running has vastly improved her mental health. 'Running gave me clarity and there was a whole different approach to everything I would do, I was so much more in control' she explained. 'I feel like the exercise has really helped with my mental health actually. More so than I thought.' She added: 'We are having a bit of a lifestyle overhaul at the moment, which is amazing. We've just bought our house, we've been renting this for the last two years but we've now bought it so there's going to be decorating and doing lots of fun stuff. 'So I feel like we're going into a chapter of our life where as we get older, we just want to be healthier.... my husband turns 40 this year. I just feel like we're in a really good dynamic at the moment.' Kelly also told how women put 'too much pressure' on themselves to lose weight. The radio host went from a size 12 to 16 in 2018 after moving back to the UK from LA but dropped the weight with the help of SlimFast for which she is a brand ambassador. Elsewhere in the interview, Kelly encouraged women not to stress too much about looking a certain way, especially in the eyes of their partners, as she noted that for the most part, men don't even 'notice' the body hang-ups that women do. In a candid and open chat about weight loss, healthy living and body confidence, the star - who has maintained her weight with the assistance of SlimFast - said: 'We put so much pressure on ourselves, sometimes it doesn't even come from our other halves. 'They don't see it, they're not looking at the rolls, the back fat and the wobbly bits that we think they are. They don't notice it as much.'
