BBC Celebrity Gladiators line-up for 2025 is ‘confirmed'

An I'm a Celebrity winner and a well-known fitness icon are among those rumoured to be taking on the elite athletes, known as Gladiators. It comes as The Sun has 'confirmed' the celebrity contestants set to take part in a number of physical challenges. Father-son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh host the show, which will return to screens with a new series alongside the celebrity special. BBC Celebrity Gladiators line-up for 2025 is 'confirmed' The celebrities reported to be taking part in Celebrity Gladiators, according to The Sun, is: Vogue Williams - Irish host and media personality Joe Wicks - fitness coach Nicola Adams - former Olympic boxer Sam Thompson - TV personality and former I'm a Celeb winner On the line-up, a TV insider told The Sun: 'Last year, producers of the debut celebrity version played it for laughs with three comedians taking part — with hilarious results for viewers. 'But this year they've assembled four celebrities who can give the Gladiators a serious run for their money, and serve up a clash to savour.' Familiar Gladiator faces, including Apollo, Athena, Bionic, Comet, Cyclone and Diamond will return. Dynamite, Electro, Fire, Fury and The Giant will also come back for the new series alongside Hammer, Legend, Nitro, Phantom, Sabre, Steel and Viper. Kalpna Patel-Knight, head of entertainment at the BBC, said: 'Audiences have loved getting together to watch our mighty Gladiators take on contenders from all across the UK, with younger fans especially excited to cheer on their Saturday night superheroes. 'With this brand-new series and another celebrity special confirmed, there will be even more epic battles, more high-octane action and of course even more foam fingers than ever before for everyone to look forward to.' 'Celebrity Sabotage' is expected to replace Ant and Dec's 'Saturday Night Takeaway', which previously announced it's taking a break. The new prank-style show will be hosted by Joel Dommett, who will be joined by Loose Women star Judi Love, Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson and podcaster GK Barry. Together, the four will team up to sabotage unsuspecting contestants to help them win a secret cash prize. Joel Dommett, Judi Love, Sam Thompson & GK Barry lead the ultimate prank squad in #CelebritySabotage – a brand-new reality game show where nothing is real but the cash prize. Coming soon to ITV1 & ITVX Produced by @LiftedEnts, part of #ITVStudios. Each week, the four celebrities will be joined by a guest saboteur, including Jo Brand, Guz Khan, Harry Redknapp, Olivia Attwood, Jill Scott MBE and Fay Ripley. Contestants on Celebrity Sabotage will be taking part in the show believing that they're participating in a brand new ITV show.
